Senior Product Manager - Operations Automation & Enablement (OAE)
About the opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Senior Product Manager - Ops Automation & Enablement (OAE) with a passion for building the intelligence and systems behind world-class banking operations.
This is a true builder’s role: you will lead the strategy, design, delivery, and enterprise-scale adoption of Agentic AI, hyperautomation, process mining, and internal tooling to reshape how complex, control-intensive Banking Operations are executed.
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operational leaders to ensure N26 can scale aggressively across markets and product offerings without proportional headcount growth—all while maintaining the strict regulatory and quality standards our customers expect.
In this role, you will:
Lead Enterprise Transformation & Agentic AI Adoption:
- Architect AI Workflows: Design, deploy, and govern E2E, multi-step Agentic AI solutions and automations that target high-volume processes, cross-team friction, and manual back-office tasks.
- AI Champion: Act as the primary AI Champion for Banking Operations: translating complex ML/AI concepts into practical, working systems rather than just talking about them.
- Change Management & Value Realization: Identify structural and behavioral barriers to adoption; design frameworks that embed new AI capabilities into day-to-day operations and team decision-making.
End-to-End Operating Model & Process Intelligence:
- Process Mining Re-Engineering: Lead structured process capture, process mining, and workflow mapping. Evaluate opportunities to completely redesign end-to-end workflows rather than merely automating existing inefficiencies.
- Core CRM & Platform Integration: Partner with Conversational Banking and Platform owners to optimize Salesforce (our core case-management backbone) and integrate AI agents with our central architecture and AWS infrastructure.
- Operational Efficiency & ROI: Define and track clear metrics for every initiative (FTE impact, handling times, error rates, cost-per-unit, and time saved) to ensure high business value and ROI.
Execution, Governance & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Bridge Tech & Operations: Work directly with Banking Ops leads, Data Science, AI Enablement, and Engineering to turn operational pain points into clear product specs, PRDs, and prompt configurations.
- Regulatory Excellence: Collaborate with Data Protection, Legal, and Compliance teams to build resilient workflows that comply strictly with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and internal governance standards.
- Operational Readiness: Own product readiness for launches: ensuring changes in one pod do not disrupt downstream processes, control environments, or customer outcomes.
What you need to be successful:
- Product Management Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation, ideally in a fast-moving tech, digital, or fintech environment.
- AI & Automation Track Record: Demonstrated experience taking ML, RPA, or Agentic AI products from 0 to 1 (or significantly scaling them) with measurable, quantified operational savings.
- Hands-On & Technical Curiosity: Comfortable working with APIs, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools. You are hands-on enough to build/configure the first version yourself, but strategic enough to design the long-term vision.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Proven expertise in workflow mapping, failure demand analysis, and structured waste-reduction methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
- Regulated Environment Experience: Background in banking or fintech, navigating compliance, legal, and risk sign-offs in a control-heavy environment.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in using data to model impact before building and measure results after (Power BI, SQL, or similar).
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of presenting complex trade-offs to senior leadership (EXCO/SteerCo) and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
About You:
- Structured by default: You write things down, build systems, and actively retire processes that no longer serve the organization.
- AI-First Instinct: You inherently see how agents can augment human teams and make work faster, smarter, and cleaner.
- Pragmatic & Outcome-Focused: You care deeply about results, operational quality, and scalable growth, not just deploying shiny tools.
What’s in it for you:
- Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀.
- Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.
- Come together with your team in the office for a dedicated day of teamwork each week, plus another day of your choice, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work the rest of the time. Some roles may require additional in-office presence.
- As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account. As well as subscriptions for friends and family members.
- Additional day of annual leave for each year of service.
- A high degree of autonomy and access to cutting edge technologies - all while working with a friendly team of peers of diverse nationalities, life experiences and family statuses.
- A relocation package with visa support for those who need it.

Data Analyst, Financial Data Engineering
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
Data Science at Stripe is a vibrant community where data analysts and data scientists learn and grow together. You'll work with some of the most fundamental data at Stripe, and use that data to help drive company-wide initiatives. We have a variety of Data Analytics roles and teams across Stripe and Data Analysts are hired in line with the business needs and domain of the organization they will support.
What you’ll do
In this role, you'll partner deeply with teams across Stripe to ensure that our users, our products, and our business have the models, data products, and insights needed to make decisions and grow responsibly. You'll design, build, and own the scalable data infrastructure that powers analytics and reporting across the company.
Day to day, you'll translate complex business requirements into reliable data models, own end-to-end pipeline development from raw data ingestion to clean, consumption-ready datasets, and work with leaders to prioritize the highest-impact data investments. You'll go beyond building dashboards—you'll architect the data layer that makes self-service analytics possible and deliver actionable business recommendations through rigorous analysis and data storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows that power production-grade financial reporting, risk measurement, and operational decisioning for Treasury Finance
- Leverage AI tools (code assistants, LLM-based agents) to accelerate pipeline development, data quality automation, reconciliation, and documentation - expanding technical scope while maintaining quality.
- Model and transform raw data into clean, well-documented datasets that serve as the core foundations for decision making for Treasury Finance (e.g. float positions, cash explainability, risk exposures, liquidity management)
- Establish and enforce data quality standards through testing, monitoring, and alerting on pipeline health
- Establish and own data freshness SLAs, operational alerting, and incident response for your data domains - ensuring production reliability for risk and finance critical workflows
- Partner deeply with Treasury Finance, data scientists/analysts, and engineers to define data requirements and deliver trusted, reusable financial data products
- Partner deeply with Treasury Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into data architecture decisions, anticipating needs and helping to drive data strategy rather than reacting to requests
- Build self-service tooling and analytics layer that empower stakeholders to access and explore trusted data autonomously
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 6+ years of full-time experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence Engineering, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex query optimization and data modeling
- Proficiency in Python for data pipeline development, not just scripting
- Experience with distributed data frameworks like Spark to write and debug data pipelines
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Flyte, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and dashboards
- Good understanding of development processes and best practices like engineering standards, code reviews, and testing
- Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact with cross-functional partners
- Experience owning production data products with defined quality standards, testing, and documentation
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience at a growth-stage internet or software company
- Prior experience working with Finance or Treasury teams
- Understanding of treasury and finance concepts (e.g., float positions, FX exposure, cash reconciliation, balance sheet usage, liquidity management)
- Experience with data quality frameworks, data contracts, tiering/classification, or SLA management
- Experience creating leadership-level reporting, such as QBRs and MBRs
- Experience building financial reporting infrastructure - e.g. automated treasury processes, regulatory reporting, or finance close
- Proficiency with AI tools (code assistants, LLM agents) to accelerate pipeline development and data quality automation
- Interest in how data products enable automated/agentic workflows — understanding that data quality determines the reliability of every downstream decision

Manager, Field Sales - Houston
Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together.
So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.
Square is building a world-class, high-accountability field sales organization — and we’re looking for a leader based in Dallas, Texas who is both a coach and a builder. You know the craft of selling deeply: how to open doors, generate pipeline, position value competitively, and close with precision. You lead from the front, developing your team through active engagement — not from the sidelines.
You will be the driving force behind a disciplined, insight-led sales motion that blends in-person selling with proactive outbound strategy. Your leadership will elevate both the quality and velocity of revenue while shaping a culture rooted in excellence, ownership, and growth.
If you are a hands-on leader with deep product expertise, strong competitive instincts, and a track record of raising the bar for sellers — this is your next move.
You will:
Lead with expertise in the field
- Develop Territory Account Executives through active, in-market coaching — from sourcing and opening conversations to consultative discovery, competitive positioning, and closing with clarity.
- Model world-class selling by joining prospect and customer meetings, demonstrating product fluency, value articulation, and decisive deal strategy.
- Spend significant time in the field with your team, strengthening local relationships, fueling community-driven pipeline creation, and ensuring sellers experience Square through a human, product-driven presence.
Operate in the details
- Manage pipeline and KPIs with rigor — diagnosing gaps, identifying risks, expanding coverage, and guiding AEs to create and progress high-quality opportunities.
- Run disciplined weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews that drive action, accountability, and predictable outcomes across multiple markets.
- Use data-backed insights to coach AE effectiveness, elevate sales execution, and ensure consistent momentum across high-velocity, complex sales cycles.
Build a high-performance, high-accountability culture
- Create an environment defined by trust, clear expectations, ownership, and open communication.
- Hold the team to a high bar of execution while providing the clarity, structure, and hands-on coaching needed to meet it.
- Hire, onboard, and develop AEs to ramp quickly, deepen product expertise, and consistently exceed quota.
Scale expertise, process, and go-to-market effectiveness
- Become a product and competitive expert — ensuring your team can confidently articulate Square’s value and differentiation.
- Build scalable, repeatable field sales motions that increase funnel quality, improve outbound productivity, and accelerate growth in your assigned cities.
- Continuously refine strategy, playbooks, and operating rhythms to deepen Square’s presence and win market share across key local ecosystems.
Partner and innovate across the business
- Champion the customer voice and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen product-market fit and unlock new revenue pathways.
- Engage deeply with community networks, partners, and local events to amplify brand awareness and fuel top-of-funnel opportunity creation.
You have:
- 8+ years of sales success, ideally in a high-growth environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing field account executives
- Experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales
- Strong bias toward action and experimentation, balanced with thoughtful decision-making
- A track record of building a winning, high-performing culture through hands-on leadership and coaching
- Extensive experience operating in a metrics-driven sales organization
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a rapidly scaling business
- Experience scaling and overseeing large Field Sales teams
- Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Within this group, the Accelerate team is responsible for the critical "zero-to-one" phase of the user journey. We partner with developers and technical leaders to ensure they deploy quickly, integrate with high quality, and derive strategic value from Stripe immediately.
Accelerate is a dedicated Stripe onboarding program designed to get users live fast and operationally ready. It is a prescriptive engagement where we guide users through technical integration, fraud prevention setup, and financial reporting. Whether through our foundational (free) tier or our premium high-touch service, the goal is identical—eliminate friction, reduce implementation risk, and accelerate time-to-revenue.
What you'll do
Stripe is launching Stripe Delivery Centers—a brand new global team to design, implement, and grow Stripe operations for the next decade. We're looking for dynamic and curious people who have a passion for solving global user issues, building operations, and driving process improvements, and who want to play a front-line role in building this new operational capability for Stripe and accelerating Stripe growth. If you like challenging, scaled problems and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you are the technical guide for users during their first 90 days with Stripe. You proactively unblock deployments and ensure users are operationally ready to scale. You manage a portfolio of users, guiding them through best practices for integration, Dashboard configuration, and risk management. You deliver technical workshops and serve as the primary touchpoint to help users navigate the complexity of payments infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Drive time-to-value—manage a portfolio of user implementations, acting as a lightweight project manager to ensure they hit their planned go-live dates
- Deliver technical workshops—lead pre-built, interactive workshops covering critical topics such as API integration, Dashboard utilization, fraud and Radar configuration, and financial reporting
- Proactive unblocking—anticipate technical challenges before they become blockers. Provide prescriptive guidance on API architecture and best practices to ensure a high-quality integration
- Operational readiness—go beyond code. Help users set up their teams for success by advising on dispute management workflows and reconciliation processes
- User experience—provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive onboarding experience, acting as a reliable partner so users feel supported and confident throughout the process
- Continuous learning—continuously update your knowledge of Stripe products, features, and updates to ensure you provide the most current and strategic advice to your users
- Process improvement—contribute to the improvement of onboarding processes and documentation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine our playbooks based on user feedback
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- High professional fluency in English. You explain complex API architecture to non-technical stakeholders and discuss business value with developers.
- 2+ years of experience in implementation consulting, technical support, or solutions engineering, preferably in API technologies or SaaS environments
- Technical aptitude—strong ability to read and debug code, understand RESTful APIs, and navigate complex technical environments
- Problem solving—you don't just find the answer. You find the best solution for the user's specific business model.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in Italian
- Experience with financial systems (ERP, Accounting), online payments, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience delivering live technical training or webinars to external users
- Familiarity with code-level debugging in languages such as Python, Ruby, or Node.js
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland and requires in-office attendance.
Privacy Operations Program Manager
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Privacy Operations team is a pivotal part of the global privacy program at Stripe. Our vision is operational excellence—a team that is proactive, streamlined, and deeply embedded in the way Stripe works. Privacy Operations is the authoritative operational hub for privacy processes, enabling high-quality privacy experiences for users and data subjects, and owning clear and auditable documentation for internal stakeholders and external regulators. We partner with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to protect user data.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll own the programs central to how Stripe handles privacy at scale. You'll drive end-to-end management across data subject requests, privacy impact assessments, records of processing activities, transfer impact assessments, and cookie compliance, making day-to-day decisions that keep operations regulatory-ready and auditable. You'll also identify where processes can be tightened or automated, and build the documentation and tooling that make the team's work consistent and sustainable.
You'll work as a key connector between Privacy Legal, Privacy Engineering, and cross-functional partners across the company, translating global privacy requirements into practical operations. As a primary point of contact for incoming privacy requests, you'll handle triage and routing, and build the playbooks and response libraries that allow the team to deliver high-quality, consistent privacy experiences for Stripe users and for the regulators who depend on clear, auditable records.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management across core privacy programs such as data subject requests (DSRs), PIAs and DPIAs, records of processing activities (ROPA), transfer impact assessments (TIAs), and cookie compliance, making day-to-day operational decisions, enforcing processes to ensure regulatory readiness, and measuring compliance at scale
- Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI tooling to automate routine tasks, developing structured workflows to sustain quality standards, and maintaining accurate, auditable program records including playbooks and process documentation
- Create and maintain clear, auditable privacy documentation, including privacy assessments, program playbooks, and customer response libraries, to provide scalable, consistent privacy operational support
- Work with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to fulfill user requests, build and deepen expertise on global privacy and data-protection requirements, and escalate novel or complex requests with appropriate context and documentation
- Rotate through the team's weekly runner model as the primary point of contact for incoming privacy requests, routing across intake channels and managing Jira run tickets
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated privacy program management and a proven track record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional organization-wide programs from the ground up
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly to all audiences
- Demonstrated experience with privacy legislation such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA. Experience with US state legislation, HIPAA, and GLBA is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with privacy impact assessments (PIAs and DPIAs), data subject request workflows, records of processing activities (ROPA), or other core privacy program operations
- Ability to analyze complex problems to identify root causes and trends, and to document complex narratives in a simplified way that others can use
- Curious and self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving outcomes
- Experienced in juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with tight timelines and shifting priorities
- A team player, willing to pitch in where needed
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Previous tech industry experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate day-to-day privacy operations work
- Experience with third-party risk management, RFP and DDQ response processes, or cross-border transfer assessments
- Privacy certification such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPM is a plus
Outsourcing & Third Party Risk Manager
Project Manager, Total Rewards
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Total Rewards Strategy & Enablement (TR S&E) team translates people strategy into business impact, building the infrastructure, programs, and systems that make Total Rewards work at scale. We're a small, high-leverage team that bridges strategy and execution, partnering with People leadership and cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, and the business to turn ambiguous problems into durable programs.
What you’ll do
Stripe's Total Rewards programs span compensation, benefits, equity, internal mobility/immigration, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), each with cross-functional dependencies, regulatory stakes, and direct impact on the Stripes they affect. Delivering these programs well takes a Project Manager who develops real subject matter depth, engages with pillar leads as a strategic partner, and brings structure to decisions that aren't always clear-cut.
We're hiring a Project Manager to own high-priority Total Rewards projects and programs end to end. You'll work closely with our Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars, building expertise in how these programs work and what it takes to land them well. Some programs have established playbooks you'll sharpen; others are less defined and will need you to help shape the approach before you execute it. Across all of them, you'll identify dependencies early, proactively surface and mitigate risks, and keep complex, multi-stakeholder work moving toward clear outcomes. This is a high-leverage individual contributor role for someone who brings both rigor and judgment to every project they own.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for high-profile cyclical and transformational Total Rewards projects, from intake and scoping through go-live and handoff to program owners
- Advise and embed with project teams across the Total Rewards and People portfolio, raising the quality bar and building PM capability across the extended team, not just doing the work yourself
- Build subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A — becoming a reliable strategic thought partner to pillar teams on program decisions, not just a tracker of status
- Build, automate, and continuously improve the infrastructure that makes program management repeatable and scalable: intake frameworks, project plan templates, SOPs, playbooks, and handoff checklists for common program types
- Leverage AI tools in your daily work and the team's workflows, using them to accelerate synthesis, drafting, stakeholder communications, and documentation, and actively identifying new opportunities to work faster and better
- Drive cross-functional alignment across People and key partner functions (Legal, Finance, Corporate Technology, and others), creating shared visibility into priorities, dependencies, and blockers
- Tackle complex, ambiguous program questions with rigor and independence, owning work from problem definition through final recommendation — including defining the approach, monitoring progress, identifying risks early, and putting mitigation in place before issues land
- Surface patterns and gaps across the program portfolio, translating observations into structured analysis and recommendations for People leadership
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience, including at least 3 years driving multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs end to end, ideally at a scaling or global company
- A track record of building from scratch: you've created processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure where none existed before, not just improved what was already in place
- Excellent written communication: you can produce an executive update, a stakeholder decision memo, and a practitioner playbook with equal fluency
- Strong stakeholder management across senior cross-functional partners: you drive results with a balance of urgency and thoughtfulness, and know when to push, when to align, and when to escalate
- AI expertise: you default to AI tools for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and communications, and you proactively design workflows that help the team move faster and operate at scale.
- Analytical fluency: you can work with data to build a credible narrative, identify patterns across a program portfolio, and make recommendations grounded in evidence
- A users-first mindset: you obsess over the Stripe employee experience and the operator experience, not just the project/program artifacts
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (such as Prosci ADKAR) and judgment about when to apply structured change management vs. lighter-touch approaches
- Experience building and deploying enablement materials or training resources for cross-functional teams
- Experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, or an adjacent HR domain
- Familiarity with PM and collaboration tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)
- Familiarity with Total Rewards or HR systems (such as Workday, equity administration platforms, or benefits administration tools)
- PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or comparable structured-program training

As the founding engineer for Finance Automation inside Coinbase's FP&A & Treasury organization, you'll architect the AI-native platform that transforms how the company plans, allocates resources, and manages liquidity. Reporting to the VP of FP&A & Treasury, you'll set the technical direction for how FP&A scales planning, cost allocation, headcount systems, and treasury operations without scaling headcount. This is a forward-deployed engineering pilot where you own the make-vs-buy strategy and write the playbook for how AI transforms non-technical functions company-wide.
What you'll do:
- Own the design and delivery of AI agents that automate high-volume Finance workflows including period-end close, GL reconciliation, intercompany eliminations, and regulatory filing drafts across 60+ entities
- Architect a governed agent platform with observability, evaluation frameworks, grounding strategies, and human-in-the-loop controls that meet SOX audit requirements for every automated financial output
- Build integrations with core financial systems (NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan), designing data pipelines from sub-ledger through GL, consolidation, and multi-GAAP reporting
- Define compliance-grade engineering patterns where every agent action is traceable, reviewable, and defensible to auditors, with segregation of duties and evidence requirements as first-class concerns
- Partner with FP&A and Treasury leadership as the technical thought partner who translates ambiguous, spreadsheet-based workflows into engineered systems and communicates tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of backend software engineering with production systems at scale, including demonstrated experience building reliable distributed systems and idempotent document-processing pipelines
- Proven track record deploying LLM-based applications in production with evaluation frameworks, hallucination guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design for high-stakes outputs
- Multi-agent orchestration experience, including systems where agents collaborate, hand off tasks, and escalate to humans through state-managed approval workflows
- Financial systems literacy covering ERP data flows, reconciliation logic, trial balances, and the architectural constraints of SOX-controlled environments (does not need to be a CPA, but must be eager to learn)
- Demonstrated success operating as a solo or embedded engineer in a non-engineering org, setting technical direction autonomously and communicating effectively with non-technical domain experts
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
