Entity Reporting & Intelligence Manager

BlockPortland, OR, United States of America
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 24, 2026

It all started with an idea at Block in 2013. Initially built to take the pain out of peer-to-peer payments, Cash App has gone from a simple product with a single purpose to a dynamic ecosystem, developing unique financial products, including Afterpay/Clearpay, to provide a better way to send, spend, invest, borrow and save to our 50+ million monthly active customers. We want to redefine the world’s relationship with money to make it more relatable, instantly available, and universally accessible.

Today, Cash App has thousands of employees working globally across office and remote locations, with a culture geared toward innovation, collaboration and impact. We’ve been a distributed team since day one, and many of our roles can be done remotely from the countries where Cash App operates. No matter the location, we tailor our experience to ensure our employees are creative, productive, and happy.

Block is one company built from many blocks, all united by the same purpose of economic empowerment. The blocks that form our foundational teams — People, Finance, Counsel, Hardware, Information Security, Platform Infrastructure Engineering, and more — provide support and guidance at the corporate level. They work across business groups and around the globe, spanning time zones and disciplines to develop inclusive People policies, forecast finances, give legal counsel, safeguard systems, nurture new initiatives, and more. Every challenge creates possibilities, and we need different perspectives to see them all. Bring yours to Block.

The Role

This role owns end-to-end subsidiary governance reporting across Block's 11 regulated entities — managing cadence, coordinating with entity-level compliance leads, synthesizing cross-entity intelligence, and delivering Board-ready governance reporting. You'll operate as a named IC with published scope, decision-making authority over how you execute, and direct accountability for reporting quality.

You Will

  • Own the subsidiary reporting cycle across 11 regulated entities — from cadence design through final delivery
  • Coordinate with MLROs and entity-level compliance leads to gather, validate, and synthesize reporting inputs on a recurring schedule
  • Compose cross-entity narratives that surface patterns, risks, and themes for leadership consumption
  • Deliver Board-quality governance reporting (ARC and subsidiary committee materials) under deadline pressure
  • Assess the substantive quality of reporting content — applying governance judgment, not just formatting
  • Maintain awareness of entity-specific regulatory contexts to inform reporting accuracy and relevance
  • Manage reporting templates and format stewardship for subsidiary deliverables
  • Identify gaps where reporting needs exceed current capability and flag them for prioritization

You Have

  • 7+ years in compliance, governance, risk, or regulatory reporting
  • Direct experience producing Board-level or senior leadership reporting
  • Experience managing reporting across multiple regulated entities or jurisdictions
  • Strong corporate governance knowledge — you understand what Boards need and what stays operational
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise narratives
  • Fluency with AI tools as a daily workflow accelerant — you use AI for drafting, synthesis, and pattern detection, and you know where human governance judgment must override
  • Experience managing reporting cycles with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written communication — you write for executives, not for compliance peers
  • Ability to work autonomously, exercise judgment, and own your scope

Even Better

  • Financial services, fintech, or payments industry experience
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CAMS, CRCM, CFE)
  • Experience with multiple regulatory regimes (UK FCA, AUSTRAC, MAS, CBI, etc.)
  • Data visualization skills or experience building reporting dashboards

Program Manager, Alliances & Channels

StripeChicago, ATL, US-Remote
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 24, 2026

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups— use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Alliances and Channels (A&C) team is responsible for building a vibrant ecosystem of partners that accelerates our mission. Within A&C, the Programs team drives partner success and ecosystem growth at scale through programs, incentives, enablement, and operational rigor.

The Platform Co-sell Initiative enables SaaS platforms to co-sell Stripe alongside their enterprise and commercial customers globally. The program spans platform qualification and readiness, direct sales enablement, commercial model development, and go-to-market framework design across AMER, EMEA, and APAC—and operates at the center of A&C's strategy for scaling partner-sourced revenue.

What you’ll do

You will own the day-to-day operation of the Platform Co-sell Initiative—a high-visibility, cross-functional program that runs to senior sales and partnerships leadership—building the operating system that allows Stripe's partner managers, channel sales, and direct sales teams to co-sell at scale. You will run the platform qualification funnel, own program reporting, manage the cadences that keep sales and partner teams aligned, and build the commercial frameworks that govern how the program grows.

This role spans program management, operations, and analytics. It's for someone equally comfortable shipping a dashboard, running a quarterly business review, and drafting a framework for how to tier a partner portfolio—and who raises the quality bar without needing a big team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the A&C co-sell program end-to-end: define what co-sell readiness means across partner types, maintain the standards that govern which partners enter the motion and how, and serve as the connective tissue between partner teams and the direct sales organization
  • Own the platform qualification funnel from nomination through co-sell readiness and activation, including intake standards, progress tracking, partner health monitoring, and portal operations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for program health and outcomes (platform activation, co-sell pipeline, deal conversion, incentives throughput); define metrics and documentation so reporting is trusted and reusable
  • Develop seller-facing reporting experiences that make partner signals actionable (account views with signal type, recency, and deal stage)
  • Partner with GTM Ops and data owners to improve data availability and attribution; identify gaps and drive pragmatic fixes
  • Own the operating interface with the sales development representatives that support partners: intake standards, routing rules, play briefs, QA loop, and weekly/monthly performance readouts tied to SLAs and pipeline outcomes
  • Operationalize and track the effectiveness of partner-ready sales plays end-to-end (inputs, workflows, scorecards, iteration loop) and drive a consistent cadence to monitor and improve execution
  • Build the frameworks that govern how the program scales: platform engagement tiers, low-touch model, and capacity planning
  • Proactively identify at-risk program work and step in to unblock delivery when timelines or data quality are at risk

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, partnerships operations, GTM strategy, or revenue operations; or 5+ years with deep, end-to-end ownership of a complex cross-functional program
  • Demonstrated experience running complex multi-stakeholder programs—standing up cadences, managing qualification funnels, defining metrics, and delivering executive-facing readouts
  • Hands-on analytics skill, including comfort with Salesforce and SQL (or equivalent) and experience building dashboards used operationally by field teams
  • Comfort working across imperfect data sources and evolving commercial models; ability to improve definitions and data hygiene over time
  • Clear written communication skills; ability to write concise operating notes, metric definitions, frameworks, and stakeholder updates

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with partner co-sell motions and platform ecosystems (ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplace ecosystems)
  • Experience with co-sell infrastructure: account mapping tools, partner portals, and lead routing and attribution systems

We’re committed to building a diverse team and inclusive culture and believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream. We make this a reality by empowering you with the tools, resources, and support you need to grow your career.

Why join us

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets. We combine corporate cards, banking, spend management, bill pay, and travel into one AI-native platform — trusted by companies like DoorDash, Coinbase, Anthropic, OpenAI, Robinhood, Zoom, Plaid, Reddit, and SeatGeek.

Working at Brex lets you push your limits, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry. We're committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive culture, and we believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream.

Following Capital One's acquisition of Brex, AI is one of our biggest areas of investment — with real backing and stability behind the bet.

Product at Brex

The Product team is at the forefront of Brex's mission to empower employees anywhere to make better financial decisions. With a deep understanding of the business, we identify and scope out the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. We are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams — such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design — on key decisions. We set strategy and drive products from inception to launch, enabling Brex to grow rapidly and help our customers reach their full potential.

The Brex Assistant

The Brex Assistant is an AI agent that acts as an executive assistant for every employee — handling the expense, spend, and travel busywork they'd otherwise do by hand, and meeting them where they already are, in chat and over SMS. No app to open, no form to fill; the agent understands what you need and takes real actions on your behalf, in a conversation.

The vision is broad: nearly anything an employee or manager does around their spend, the Assistant can help with. Swipe your card and it reaches out to document the charge — moving it to the right spend limit, drafting a memo from your calendar, pulling in attendees, checking your policy, and requesting the receipt. Beyond that, it files reimbursements, answers spend and policy questions, helps with Brex travel (from booking to sorting out issues that come up mid-trip), and chases the expense follow-ups that normally pile up. It's one of the most agentic products at Brex: the experience leads with conversation rather than screens and forms, so the agent has to genuinely understand what you need and take the right actions — not just point you to where you could do it yourself.

The card is at the center of how Brex works, so an assistant that strips the friction out of every swipe is one of the company's highest-leverage bets. For most employees, the card plus this agent can become the only part of Brex they ever touch.

It's an early-stage product with real momentum: no one has a finished playbook for building reliable, action-taking agents in the financial space — the right evals, the right feedback loops, the right way to keep an agent trustworthy as models and tooling shift underneath you. You'll invent much of that, with the ownership and pace of a startup and the backing of an established company behind you.

What you'll do

You'll own the Brex Assistant end to end — a product that can touch every Brex cardholder, yours to shape top to bottom. You'll set the product direction and strategy, decide which capabilities to build and how they should behave, and talk to users constantly to figure out what will actually help them. From there you go as deep as it takes to make it real — shaping the agent's behavior, writing and iterating prompts, designing the evals that prove it works, and digging into traces when it breaks. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and research, and you'll set the quality bar for an agent that real people trust with real money.

Where you'll work

This role will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is allowed up to 4 weeks per year, in increments of at least one week.

Responsibilities

  • Own product direction for the Brex Assistant — the strategy, the roadmap, and the day-to-day calls on what ships.
  • Define agent capabilities that take real actions for users, and translate messy real-world expense and spend workflows into reliable agent behaviors.
  • Invent the "how": design the evals, prompting approaches, and feedback loops that make the agent dependable — and re-invent them as the underlying models and tooling shift.
  • Get hands-on. Prototype, measure, read transcripts, and iterate quickly toward what actually works rather than what looks good in a demo.
  • Talk to users constantly, and let real usage — not assumptions — drive the next iteration.
  • Set and defend a high quality bar for an agent operating in a trust-critical, financial context.

Requirements

  • You're an experienced product manager (7-12 years of relevant experience). You have a track record of owning complex, user-facing products end to end — setting direction and shipping to real users — with the scope and judgment this senior role calls for.
  • You've built AI products for other people. You've shipped LLM/agent features to real users and have genuine, hands-on depth in prompting, eval design, and iterating against measurement — not just using AI tools in your own day-to-day.
  • You thrive in ambiguity. You do your best work when the goal is clear but the path isn't — you find the approach, ship, measure, and refine. You've owned something early-stage or taken a problem area and run with it on your own initiative (as a founder, an early operator, or an early or only PM on a surface), working closely with engineering and design rather than in isolation.
  • Strong product taste and judgment about what's worth shipping to customers and what isn't.
  • You move fast and go deep — comfortable prototyping, reading data, and getting into the details rather than working through layers.

Nice to have: experience building conversational, chat-native, or SMS-based products; familiarity with fintech, expense management, or spend workflows.

  • You're an experienced product manager (5-7 years of relevant experience).

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $184,000 - $230,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Please be aware, job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by malicious actors looking for personal data. Brex recruiters will only reach out via LinkedIn or email with a brex.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Brex via other sources should be ignored.

Every role on this page comes from a primary employer ATS or trusted partner — Stripe, Revolut, Wise, Monzo, Starling, Klarna, GoCardless, Adyen, Tide, Brex, Plaid, Affirm, Carta and several hundred others — so you only see live, currently-hiring positions instead of stale aggregator copies.

We split fintech hiring into the buckets that actually map to job ladders: payments and money movement, neobanking, lending and credit, wealth and wealth-tech, RegTech and compliance, and the platform/infrastructure layer used by all of the above. Filters along the side let you narrow by remote-first vs hybrid, seniority, contract type, and base salary band, while the keyword search reads the full job description (not just the title) so a search for “PSD2” or “KYC” surfaces roles even when the title is something generic like “Senior Backend Engineer”.

If you are early in your career, the entry-level and graduate filter highlights structured programmes at Monzo, Revolut and Wise. Mid- and senior-level engineers will find a strong skew toward Go, TypeScript, Kotlin and Python, while product, design and risk functions are dominated by London, Berlin, New York, Singapore and remote-EMEA postings. Salary benchmarks shown on each card are sourced from posted ranges where the employer publishes them, never from third-party guesses, so the numbers you see are the numbers you can negotiate against.

FinJobsly is built specifically for fintech: jobs are auto-tagged with the exact stack and regulatory regime mentioned in the description, duplicate listings from the same ATS are collapsed, and roles older than 30 days drop off automatically. The result is a clean, opinionated board where every click goes to a real role you can apply to today.
