Effective stakeholder management and ability to successfully navigate organizational dynamics are a must for success. You should be outcomes-driven with a very high bias for action.

- Strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex dynamics and drive alignment.
- Execution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and blockers.
- Adept at transforming incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
