Senior Sales Account ExecutiveNew

BlockLondon, United Kingdom
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 28, 2026

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together.

So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we've embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.

Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We're building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.

The Role

At Square, we’re re-imagining how small and midsize businesses grow. As a Senior Sales Account Executive on our Outbound Team, you’ll bring Square’s ecosystem to new sellers across diverse industries by building, shaping, and closing your own pipeline. You’ll run sophisticated, multi-product deals from the first touch to final close — blending hunter instincts, consultative depth, and strategic execution.

If you’re an experienced closer who thrives in outbound environments, loves solving meaningful business challenges, and consistently delivers against ambitious targets — this is your role.

You Will

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to close — with SMB and mid-market merchants.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, targeted campaigns, and creative outbound strategies.
  • Develop multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem and tailor them to each merchant’s unique needs.
  • Partner with Business Development on lead flow while independently driving net-new logo acquisition.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery, demos, and negotiations with decisiveness across multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Act as a consultant and trusted advisor — seamlessly flexing across BDR, AE, and AM responsibilities when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue goals — monthly and quarterly.

You Have

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and net-new business creation (SaaS or fintech preferred).
  • Experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals with longer sales cycles.
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch using targeted, strategic outreach.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across phone, video, and written channels.
  • Strong consultative selling skills — diagnose business challenges and map tailored solutions.
  • A hunter’s mindset — resilient, creative, and driven to win.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

The Role

Join the Square Account Management team and play a critical role in helping some of our highest-value Sellers grow and scale with Square. The Account Management team partners with high-value Australian business owners to maximise the value they get from Square, providing tailored, strategic guidance to help Sellers achieve their goals.

As an Account Manager on our Strategic team, you will take ownership of long-term, high-impact partnerships with a diverse portfolio of dynamic business owners. Reporting to the Strategic Lead, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and engage in peer support.  Building trusted relationships across industries, developing a deep understanding of seller needs, and proactively shaping solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. You will act as a strong advocate for your Sellers within Square, balancing their priorities with broader business objectives.

In this role, you are expected to anticipate challenges and opportunities, applying sound judgment and creativity to solve complex business problems. You will leverage Square’s platform to design thoughtful, scalable solutions across a range of business scenarios, navigating ambiguity with confidence. As a trusted advisor, you will lead day-to-day engagement while also identifying and driving longer-term growth opportunities — expanding partnerships, influencing adoption, and negotiating commercially sound, mutually beneficial outcomes.

You will play a key role in representing the voice of some of Square’s highest-value Sellers, synthesising insights from your portfolio to inform internal teams and influence decision-making. Through strong cross-functional partnership, you will help shape how Square supports and grows its strategic sellers, contributing beyond individual accounts to broader team and business impact.

The ideal candidate brings experience across mid-market account management, business development, consulting, partnerships, sales, or sales engineering, and is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including business owners, IT, finance, and operations leaders. They have demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on behalf of customers and are confident operating independently in fast-moving environments. Internally, they collaborate effectively with product, engineering, finance, implementation, marketing, legal, and sales teams to drive successful outcomes for customers and Square.

You Will:

  • Build partnerships and establish lasting, fruitful relationships with existing sellers to retain and grow our presence with mid- large market organisations
  • Take full ownership of your managed book and oversee business prioritisation, contracting, technology strategy and ongoing account management
  • Anticipate and solve complex seller challenges, leveraging deep product, payments, and industry knowledge to design innovative solutions in ambiguous environments
  • Support and elevate peers, sharing best practices, contributing to team learning, and positively influencing the broader Strategic AM function.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the refinement and evolution of Strategic Account Management practices, applying subject matter expertise in account segmentation, prioritisation, and portfolio strategy
  • Experience designing and operationalising repeatable approaches to account planning, seller engagement, and opportunity management that improve consistency and impact across a team
  • Proven capability to engage and align cross-functional partners (e.g. Product, Sales, Implementation, Finance, Marketing) to support a more systematic and scalable approach to managing strategic sellers
  • Strong judgment in identifying patterns and insights across a book of business and translating them into practical frameworks or guidance that others can follow
  • Partner with sales colleagues to establish and grow newly on-boarded, high-value sellers
  • Be the "voice of the seller" curating analysis of product performance from your managed book, and provide relevant feedback to inform for product roadmap decision-making

You have:

  • 5+ years experience in account management, business development, partnerships, sales or sales engineering focused on technical products
  • Industry experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to own revenue outcomes and manage sophisticated commercial relationships with minimal guidance
  • In-depth experience collaborating internally with partners on complex deals or partnerships
  • Experience requirements gathering with customers, building business cases for feature development with products teams, while balancing expectations for both parties
  • Proven ability to own revenue outcomes and manage sophisticated commercial relationships with minimal guidance
  • Strong experience leading multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, finance, legal, and go-to-market teams
  • Demonstrated ability to quantify impact, build compelling business cases, and influence prioritisation decisions internally
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision-makers, both internally and externally
  • Formal sales or negotiation methodology training, with the judgment to adapt approaches based on context
  • Experience supporting or shaping go-to-market efforts for new or evolving products

Head of Managed ServicesNew

RippleChicago, Illinois, United States
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 28, 2026

At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

THE WORK:

As Head of Managed Services at Ripple Treasury, you own the delivery, performance, and growth of our Hedge Accounting managed services practice, spanning both FX and Interest Rate Risk management. You lead a team of Derivative Accountants who deliver technical excellence to our client portfolio, and you’re accountable for the practice’s operational health end to end: client satisfaction, delivery quality, staffing, and the workflows that let the team execute quarter after quarter.

You are responsible for running the Hedge Accounting practice: forecasting capacity against a growing client portfolio, making staffing calls, tracking delivery KPIs, resolving client escalations, and building the processes that let the team scale. When something technically challenging comes up — a contested de-designation, a novel structuring question, an auditor pushing back — you’re the final point of resolution, setting the direction the practice follows going forward.

This is a role for someone who can manage and lead a service organization day-to-day, and who has the technical depth in hedge accounting to support the team, when they need it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Practice Management & Operations

  • Design and manage the day-to-day operating model for how the practice delivers — from trade capture through close, disclosure, and audit response — across both FX and Interest Rate programs.
  • Lead Hedge Accounting Managers and Derivative Accountants who bring technical excellence to every client engagement.
  • Drive resource planning and capacity forecasting — including client-level staffing and organizational planning.
  • Set, track, and hold the team accountable for the KPIs that define what great delivery looks like, and step in personally when you see signs of trouble.
  • Identify and introduce technology that makes the team faster and more accurate in service delivery.
  • Own hiring, organizational design, and workforce planning as the practice grows under you.
  • Define and own the practice’s overarching strategy and methodology for how we advise clients on FX and Interest Rate hedge programs — setting the standards, frameworks, and technical positions the team operates within — and serve as the final escalation point for issues, discrepancies, or contested positions Managers unable to resolve.
  • Manage the Client Support and Solutions team, ensuring excellent customer support for users of our hedge accounting products.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Set clear performance expectations for Managers and team members, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback that develops both technical depth and delivery discipline.
  • Build a team culture grounded in accountability, technical rigor, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop each Manager’s technical and people leadership capability, so routine delivery decisions get made confidently without you.

Technical Expertise & Escalation

  • Own the practice’s technical position on ASC 815 and IFRS 9 across FX and Interest Rate risk management — the standards and precedents the Managers and team apply day-to-day.
  • Act as the escalation point when a Manager or team member surfaces a hedge accounting question that’s genuinely novel, contested, or high-risk — de-designation disputes, structuring problems without precedent, or positions an auditor is challenging.
  • Step into audit conversations personally when a position is contested or precedent-setting, standing behind the practice’s most defensible technical calls.
  • Stay current on FASB and IASB developments affecting FX and Interest Rate hedge accounting, and make sure the practice is ahead of upcoming changes rather than reacting to them.

Client Service & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the final escalation point for client inquiries, audit questions, and accounting positions Managers are unable to resolve, across both FX and Interest Rate risk engagements.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with client treasury, accounting, and finance leadership.
  • Partner with Ripple Treasury’s Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to inform platform capabilities and service design based on what you’re seeing across the practice.
  • Represent Managed Services in internal planning and reporting on portfolio health, delivery performance, and growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Renewal teams to ensure ongoing growth and retention of the customer base.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • CPA required; advanced degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 8–10 years focused on derivative instruments and hedge accounting under ASC 815 and IFRS 9, spanning both FX and Interest Rate risk management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing accounting or finance teams, including managing managers, not just individual contributors.
  • Proven experience running the operational side of a service practice: staffing/capacity planning, KPI tracking, workflow design, and delivery quality management.
  • Deep, current technical fluency in ASC 815 and IFRS 9, able to independently research, interpret, and defend the standards on the most complex and contested positions, whether the exposure is currency or interest rate driven.
  • Strong understanding of FX derivative instruments (FX forwards, options, cross-currency swaps) and interest rate derivative instruments (interest rate swaps, caps, floors, collars), and the distinct hedge accounting considerations each presents.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing process improvements — you leave workflows better than you found them.
  • Experience with hedge accounting platforms (Ripple Treasury, Chatham Financial, Reval, FIS Quantum, or comparable TMS) strongly preferred.
  • Strong communicator: you make complex accounting conclusions accessible to non-technical audiences, and you hold your ground on technical positions when it matters, including with auditors and skeptical clients.

For positions that will be based in IL, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. Workplace Experience ManagerNew

StripeNew York City
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 28, 2026

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Workplace team’s mission is to create and support work environments that are welcoming, comfortable, and intuitive. These spaces are designed to promote collaboration, well-being, and productivity while adhering to the rigorous safety, security, and confidentiality standards required of a financial services company.

The Workplace Experience team comprises hospitality-focused professionals who partner with the business to shape the daily experiences of Stripes, visitors, and candidates across 20+ global office locations. This geographically dispersed team oversees facilities management, daily operations, and local workplace programs, including events and onsites.

What you’ll do

We're looking for a strategic leader and experienced manager with a high EQ who's enthusiastic about, and has a driving need to deliver, the best possible workplace experience for Stripes. You'll be a key member of our Experience team and responsible for ensuring that workplace operations, experiences, facilities, and programs run smoothly at our New York office. As a business partner, you have a deep understanding of the needs, experiences, and day-to-day realities of Stripes at your location and build strong relationships not only with site leads but also with cross-functional partners across the organization.

This role requires a high level of expertise and operational oversight—from understanding how the building functions top to bottom to governance of contractor team performance and ensuring financial accountability. A key part of the role is anticipating the needs of the business by understanding both the site and the broader context of company growth. You'll gather and synthesize feedback from multiple sources to ensure the workplace strategy is informed by real insights from the ground. While enterprise workplace strategy is developed centrally, you're expected to bring informed recommendations based on local business needs and operational insight, and to own successful implementation and adoption at your site.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee workplace operations at your site(s), providing direction on all workplace services, including building operations, front of house, shipping and receiving, events support, and employee health and safety.
  • Make sound, independent operational decisions by balancing business impact, risk, cost, and employee experience, seeking alignment when decisions create broader organizational impact or precedent.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of workplace services professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to drive team excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a strong rapport with locally assigned Stripes.
  • Own operational performance for your site by monitoring service levels and utilization, identifying trends, resolving root causes, and driving continuous improvement across workplace operations.

Fintech sits at the intersection of regulated finance and consumer-grade software, and FinJobsly tracks the people building it. Every role on this page comes from a primary employer ATS or trusted partner — Stripe, Revolut, Wise, Monzo, Starling, Klarna, GoCardless, Adyen, Tide, Brex, Plaid, Affirm, Carta and several hundred others — so you only see live, currently-hiring positions instead of stale aggregator copies.

We split fintech hiring into the buckets that actually map to job ladders: payments and money movement, neobanking, lending and credit, wealth and wealth-tech, RegTech and compliance, and the platform/infrastructure layer used by all of the above. Filters along the side let you narrow by remote-first vs hybrid, seniority, contract type, and base salary band, while the keyword search reads the full job description (not just the title) so a search for “PSD2” or “KYC” surfaces roles even when the title is something generic like “Senior Backend Engineer”.

If you are early in your career, the entry-level and graduate filter highlights structured programmes at Monzo, Revolut and Wise. Mid- and senior-level engineers will find a strong skew toward Go, TypeScript, Kotlin and Python, while product, design and risk functions are dominated by London, Berlin, New York, Singapore and remote-EMEA postings. Salary benchmarks shown on each card are sourced from posted ranges where the employer publishes them, never from third-party guesses, so the numbers you see are the numbers you can negotiate against.

FinJobsly is built specifically for fintech: jobs are auto-tagged with the exact stack and regulatory regime mentioned in the description, duplicate listings from the same ATS are collapsed, and roles older than 30 days drop off automatically. The result is a clean, opinionated board where every click goes to a real role you can apply to today.

Direct-to-employer applications

Apply links go straight to the employer's ATS — no recruiter middlemen, no expired postings.

Salary transparency where available

Where employers publish salary bands we surface them on the card; where they don't we mark it explicitly.
