About the team + role
We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.
The Security Operations (SecOps) team protects Robinhood and its customers by detecting, investigating, and responding to security threats across our production systems, endpoints, and cloud environments. We combine detection engineering, incident response, and threat intelligence to identify emerging risks, strengthen our defenses, and reduce the impact of attacks before they reach our customers. As we continue to evolve our security platform, we're embracing AI and automation to help our teams move faster, uncover threats more effectively, and scale our defenses against increasingly sophisticated adversaries.
As the Manager of Response, Automation, Intelligence and Detection Engineering (RAID) within SecOps, you will lead teams across North America, shaping the strategy, execution, and long term evolution of our defensive security capabilities. You'll be responsible for building high performing teams, maturing our detection and incident response programs, and ensuring we stay ahead of an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape. Working closely with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Trust & Safety, you'll translate emerging threats into scalable defenses while championing the use of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to transform how we detect, investigate, and respond to security events. This is a highly visible leadership role where your decisions will directly influence Robinhood's security posture and help protect millions of customers.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or Denver, CO office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 5 days per week.
At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
What you’ll do
- Lead the Detection & Response and Threat Intelligence organizations across North America, setting the technical vision, organizational strategy, and execution priorities for both teams.
- Mature Robinhood's detection and incident response capabilities by improving detection coverage, response workflows, operational readiness, and measurable security outcomes.
- Define and track operational metrics such as detection coverage, response time, investigation quality, and control effectiveness, using data to continuously improve team performance.
- Lead security incident response for high-severity events, serving as an Incident Commander when needed and ensuring thorough post-incident reviews that drive lasting improvements.
- Partner with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Security, Trust & Safety, and Engineering leaders to translate emerging threats into scalable detection, response, and prevention capabilities.
- Drive adoption of automation, AI, and modern engineering practices to improve analyst productivity, accelerate investigations, and scale security operations.
- Contribute to long-term security strategy, annual planning, budgeting, and organizational design as the Detection & Response program continues to grow.
What you bring
- 8+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, detection engineering, threat intelligence, or a closely related security discipline.
- 4+ years of experience leading high-performing security engineering or security operations teams, including hiring, coaching, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling detection and response programs, including incident response, detection engineering, operational processes, and security metrics.
- Experience leading high-severity security incidents and coordinating cross-functional response efforts involving engineering, communications, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong technical foundation across modern cloud environments, endpoint security, identity systems, SIEM, EDR, and detection engineering practices, with the ability to provide technical leadership without needing to be the primary implementer.
- Experience applying automation, AI, or software engineering practices to improve the scale and effectiveness of security operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence engineering leaders and clearly communicate technical risk to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Leadership expectations
Our ambitious roadmap requires a great culture shaped by exceptional leaders. Here’s what we expect from them:
- Drive high performance by setting clear, focused goals, giving real-time feedback, stretching top talent, and scaling impact through focus, innovation, and tech.
- Hire and retain top talent by setting a high bar, hiring only those who raise it, investing in onboarding, and addressing talent issues quickly and fairly.
- Create community by connecting work to purpose, removing friction while prioritizing safety, building trust and inclusion, and leading from the front with integrity.

What you’ll do
As the Global Lead for Deloitte and PwC, you will drive the success of Stripe’s global alliance with these GSI’s by setting global strategy and enabling strong local execution of joint go-to-market and co-sell motions across all active regions. You will own the business plan, driving mutual revenue growth and strategic alignment across the GSI’s Payments, Industry, and AI practices.
You will partner with Partner Development Managers and Partner Sales Managers globally to generate net-new demand, expand the partnership, and support Partner Development Manager activities across priority GEO’s. In this highly visible, fast-paced role, you will advance our strategic relationship through joint sales execution, solution development, and delivery alignment while maintaining a global view of partner performance and accelerating partner-driven revenue across Stripe’s sales segments.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Sales leadership, Partner Development, Account Executives, and other Stripe teams to identify high-impact opportunities, support complex deals, and maintain strong operational rigor. Success requires deep knowledge of the Stripe partner ecosystem, strong stakeholder leadership, and a partner-first mindset that drives measurable customer value and shared growth for both the GSI’s and Stripe.
Responsibilities
- Build, enable, and operate the global PwC and Deloitte strategy and business, owning the global business plan and associated KPIs
- Set partnership objectives, goals, and strategic direction while acting as the senior counterpart to PwC and Deloitte executive sponsors
- Collaborate on joint GTM strategy, including strategic priorities, target markets, and industry focus areas
- Partner with global, regional, and local teams (Stripe PDMs, A&C leadership, and GSI counterparts) to drive strategy, solution development, partner enablement, pipeline growth, and deal closure
- Enable joint sales success by activating teams on the combined value proposition, leading account mapping, executing blitz activities, and co-creating opportunities
- Orchestrate cross-functional resources to support co-sell and GTM motions while building and maintaining a scalable long-term joint GTM model that drives partner and customer success
- Accelerate key partner deals through pre- and post-sales support and lead pipeline reviews to uncover growth opportunities
- Broker internal resources, tools, references, and investments required to achieve quarterly business goals
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 12+ years of experience in GSI Partner Sales and GTM, business development, strategic alliances, or platform sales, with a focus on global partnerships
- Proven track record of building successful joint GTM partnerships and solutions with GSIs
- Deep experience working with PwC and Deloitte, including established executive relationships and a strong understanding of the GSI partner’s internal structure and decision-making processes
- Leadership experience across strategy, sales, and solution development, collaborating closely with consulting partners and/or ISVs

- Experience in a Product or Platform partnership role at a top-tier Enterprise Cloud Software firm or within a GSI’s product arm
- Exposure to payments and commerce landscape
- Understanding of how Stripe’s stack differentiates and compliments other technology solutions in different integration models

We are seeking a passionate, technically-minded Product Manager - Product Factory to join our Core Systems team. Our mission is to disrupt traditional core banking technology standards by building highly configurable, modular, and automated solutions that enable rapid financial product launches across Europe, backed by automated compliance and seamless data flows.
The Core Systems segment is split between our Barcelona and Berlin, which serve as the primary product and tech hubs for N26 globally.
What is the "Product Factory"?
The Product Factory is the central engine room of N26’s core banking platform. Rather than hardcoding software from scratch for every new country or account type, the Product Factory builds the modular "building blocks" (flexible APIs, internal configuration engines, and a centralized product catalog) of the bank.
As the Product Manager for this group, you will own the internal platforms that allow N26 to dynamically mix, match, and launch new financial products (like specialized savings accounts, premium tiers, or localized lending features) in a highly competitive, scalable, and compliant manner.
In this role you will:
- Build Internal Self-Service Tools: Drive the strategy and execution for self-service product configuration and orchestration tools, enabling internal regional and market teams to launch or modify financial products without needing engineering intervention.
- Own Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for N26's core product infrastructure, including the orchestration of transactional and gateway data flows that power our underlying financial systems.
- Manage the Central Product Catalog: Maintain and scale the central system of record for N26's financial features, interest rates, limits, and fee structures, ensuring high system availability and data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other product managers, designers, and core engineers to continuously improve N26's platform architecture, ensuring it aligns with global business goals.
- Navigate Compliance & Rollouts: Work closely with cross-functional domains, including Local Market Teams, Legal, Operations, and Compliance to ensure that automated compliance guardrails are baked directly into the Product Factory framework for seamless market rollouts.
- Vendor & Third-Party Integration: Oversee technical relationships and integrations with high-engagement third-party core banking providers and external financial vendors.
What you need to be successful:
- Experience: 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally gained within a FinTech, modern banking environment, core banking provider, or a highly complex platform/API-driven ecosystem.
- Technical & Data Acumen: Strong familiarity with backend architectures, relational databases, system integrations, and building/managing internal API products. You speak the language of engineering effortlessly.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience working with centralized digital product catalogs, configuration engines, or complex financial orchestration systems.
- Vendor Management: Previous experience managing high-engagement third-party vendors and aligning external roadmaps with internal engineering goals is a major plus.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, Business, or Economics. An MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Execution & Communication: An autonomous, adaptive operator with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong bias for action, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile Mastery: A deep understanding of agile product development, continuous integration, and scalable delivery practices.
What’s in it for you:
- Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀.
- Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.
- As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account. As well as subscriptions for friends and family members.
- Additional day of annual leave for each year of service.
- A high degree of autonomy and access to cutting edge technologies - all while working with a friendly team of peers of diverse nationalities, experiences, and backgrounds.
