VP, Customer Success

FireblocksNew York
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 10, 2026

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the VP of Customer Success will lead our worldwide Customer Success organization, building and scaling a team of Customer Success Managers and regional CS leaders across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. The mandate is to increase software value realization, retention, adoption, and business expansion - with a primary focus on our banking, payments, and strategic enterprise customers globally, who represent the most important and complex accounts in our portfolio.

Given our subscription model, this role is vital to Fireblocks' long-term growth. It calls for a leader who can operate at the executive level with our largest institutional customers, while running a data-driven, high-accountability CS organization underneath them.

The Profile We're Looking For

This is a rare combination. The right candidate is all three of the following, not just one or two:

  • Data-led - Leverages AI to operate the CS org with focus metrics (GDR, NDR, NPS, adoption, health scores), uses data to drive execution and inform strategy, and holds the team accountable to measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical - a structured, process-oriented thinker who can design playbooks, segmentation, and operating models that scale across regions and a complex enterprise customer base.
  • Technical - credible with a sophisticated, technical product in the areas such as blockchain, digital assets, infrastructure, security and with technical buyers and stakeholders inside Financial institutions, banks and payments companies.

A combined background of post-sale and sales experience is ideal. A professional services background is a strong plus, particularly given our focus on enterprise transformation in regulated, high-complexity accounts.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Deliver outcomes - Increase renewal rates and reduce churn; drive adoption and new business growth; improve Net Promoter Score; own renewals forecasting, operational excellence, and bookings.
  • Build and lead the team - Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing, collaborative, empowered global CS organization, including regional CS leaders and CSMs. Build a high-performance culture that retains top talent and develops future leaders.
  • Own the enterprise customer lifecycle - Oversee onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal for banking, payments, and strategic enterprise accounts. Manage lifecycle touchpoints and interventions with automation, and drive continuous process and scale improvement.
  • Drive expansion with GTM rigor - Identify and create upsell and expansion opportunities for NDR, partnering closely with Sales using MEDDPICC to qualify economic buyers, decision criteria, and timing. Full Stack Engineer, Blockchain

FireblocksLondon
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 10, 2026

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

About Fireblocks

Fireblocks is on a mission to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. As a leading provider in the digital asset space, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce that mirrors the global clientele we serve.

About the Team

The FinApps Access team at Fireblocks builds the backbone of on-chain access for some of the world's largest financial institutions and crypto-native organizations. We operate at the intersection of blockchain protocol engineering and enterprise-grade reliability — designing systems that route, protect, and optimize transactions across dozens of chains at scale.

You'll work on mission-critical infrastructure powering DeFi connectivity, multi-chain integrations, transaction execution pipelines, and on-chain data access — with direct impact on how billions of dollars flow through decentralized networks every day.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build robust, scalable backend services supporting high-volume on-chain transaction flows across multiple blockchain networks — both EVM and non-EVM.
  • Own end-to-end development of backend components and APIs — from architecture decisions to production deployment.
  • Lead integrations with DeFi protocols, on-chain data sources, and blockchain nodes across a wide range of chains and ecosystems.
  • Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards to keep Fireblocks at the cutting edge.
  • Optimize existing production systems for performance, reliability, and security — reducing latency and increasing throughput.
  • Collaborate closely with product, protocol research, and platform engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Drive features from inception through to delivery at scale, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer.
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree/experience.
  • Blockchain and Web3 experience are a must — including deep understanding of transaction lifecycles, consensus mechanisms, smart contract interactions, and on-chain data.
  • Proven experience working across multiple blockchain ecosystems — EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, etc.) as well as non-EVM chains such as Solana, TON, Tron, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing and operating microservices in production CI/CD environments.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, cryptography, and best practices in a blockchain context.
  • Familiarity with DeFi protocols — AMMs, lending markets, bridging infrastructure, or on-chain routing — is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Web3 tooling and libraries (ethers.js, viem, web3.js, Solana web3.js, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience taking products from inception to delivery at scale.
  • Full stack experience (React, frontend development) — a nice to have.

About You

  • You think in systems and care deeply about correctness, reliability, and scale.
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and can drive technical decisions with limited oversight.
  • You have a natural curiosity for how blockchain protocols work under the hood — and you actually read the specs.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and can balance shipping velocity with long-term code quality.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and research.

Why Fireblocks

  • Work at the frontier of blockchain infrastructure, with real impact on how DeFi scales for institutional and retail users.
  • Tackle genuinely hard engineering problems — multi-chain routing, on-chain data indexing, protocol integrations, and more.
  • Collaborate with world-class engineers, protocol researchers, and product minds in a fast-growing global company.
  • Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and a culture that rewards ownership and initiative.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.

Sales Director - Qualified Custody

FireblocksNew York
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 9, 2026

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

Fireblocks Trust Company (TrustCo) is the regulated, Qualified Custody division within Fireblocks Financial Services. We are seeking a Sales Director – Fireblocks Trust to serve as a dedicated subject-matter expert (SME) embedded within the Fireblocks sales organization. This is an overlay role: rather than owning a standalone book, you will partner with platform account executives to bring Qualified Custody expertise into their deals, helping them win and expand institutional and high-net-worth relationships. You will work closely with TrustCo leadership, sales, partnerships, product, legal and compliance to ensure clients understand and adopt TrustCo’s qualified-custody solution and to drive assets under custody (AUC).

Key Responsibilities

  •     Act as the qualified-custody SME embedded with the platform sales team, supporting account executives in advancing and closing deals where custody is a decision driver.
  •     Position and sell qualified custody to institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals, including funds, registered investment advisers, exchanges, miners, token issuers, fintechs, and family offices.
  •     Educate and consult clients on the value of a qualified custodian — asset segregation, bankruptcy-remoteness, TrustCo’s regulatory standing, and on how those protections map to their fiduciary and regulatory obligations.
  •     Assist in deal structuring by tailoring custody arrangements to each client’s mandate and risk profile.
  •     Support qualified-custody offerings such as staking where clients can earn rewards on assets held in custody, positioning these as a complement to — not a substitute for — the core custody value proposition.
  •     Work cross-functionally with product, operations, legal, and compliance to refine custody positioning, support diligence, and ensure seamless onboarding and continued engagement.
  •     Provide competitive and market intelligence on custodian offerings, regulatory developments, and client feedback to sharpen TrustCo’s positioning and inform product priorities.
  •     Develop sales enablement materials — decks, FAQs, diligence responses, and case studies — that equip the platform sales team to communicate the qualified-custody value proposition with confidence.
  •     Track and optimize custody adoption across the pipeline, identifying opportunities to grow AUC and deepen client engagement.

Qualifications

  •     Proven track record of supporting and closing institutional sales, ideally in custody, digital assets, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  •     Strong understanding of Qualified Custody and digital assets — including custodial structures, the regulatory framework for custodians, and the obligations of institutional and fiduciary clients.
  •     Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory and custody concepts clearly to sophisticated buyers.
  •     Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret pipeline and adoption data and translate it into actionable sales motions.
  •     Comfortable operating as an overlay resource in a fast-paced, evolving industry, with a proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

Nice-to-Have

  •     5–7 years of experience in digital asset custody, institutional crypto, or regulated financial services.
  •     Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for Qualified Custodians (e.g., NYDFS-chartered trust companies, national trust bank charters, and adviser custody requirements).
  •     Existing relationships across institutional and high-net-worth crypto market participants.

How We Work

We operate on a hybrid work model three days per week in-office, enabling our teams to benefit from face-to-face collaboration while maintaining flexibility.

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate (or OTE for Sales roles earning commission) for this position is $184,000 - $240,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of your decision to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub for analytics or AI workloads.
  • Demonstrated ability to own projects independently: scoping problems, navigating ambiguity, and managing stakeholder relationships without heavy oversight.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills: able to present AI concepts and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences, up to CRO level.
  • Ability to work in our NYC office ~3 days in office weekly

Nice to Have

  • Practical knowledge of Snowflake as a database agent platform, including MCP, database agents, and semantic views/YAMLs, highly valued given our current stack.

Sales Engineer, Banking

FireblocksBerlin, Berlin, Germany; Netherlands, Netherlands; United Kingdom; Zürich, Switzerland

About the Role

The Sales Engineer, Banking is a technically credible, commercially aware member of the EMEA SE team, responsible for the full technical sales cycle across banking opportunities in Western and Central Europe.

This is not a generalist SE role. You will be expected to engage deeply with treasury operations leads, custody technologists, CISOs, and risk committees inside Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks. You will need to understand how institutional banking technology works — core banking platforms, custody and settlement infrastructure, ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging, and post-trade workflows — and be able to position Fireblocks clearly within that context. You will work closely with Banking-aligned Sales Directors across your region, taking primary responsibility for technical qualification, PoC delivery, RFP responses, and solution design from first engagement through to onboarding handoff.

What You'll Do

Technical Pre-Sales

  • Lead technical qualification for banking opportunities, distinguishing genuine digital asset programmes from exploratory noise
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences across custody, settlement, treasury, and compliance use cases

Product Manager, Mobile

FireblocksTel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

Founded in 2018, Fireblocks is a SaaS platform that helps companies create innovative products on the blockchain and manage day-to-day crypto operations. We enable financial institutions to securely build, run, and scale digital asset operations through the Fireblocks Network and MPC-based wallet infrastructure.

About the role
Fireblocks' mobile app is a critical component in the day-to-day financial operations of the world's leading financial institutions.
As the Mobile PM, you'll own the full product domain: driving the roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering and design, and ensuring every feature ships with precision and measurable impact. But this is more than a customer-facing product - it's also a foundational platform that other product teams across Fireblocks rely on to deliver their features to mobile users. You'll own both dimensions: driving the customer experience outbound while advancing the infrastructure that makes it possible. As the world moves toward agentic, AI-native financial operations, this team is building exactly that. You define what gets built and why.

 What you'll own

  • The mobile product end-to-end - roadmap, strategy, and delivery across iOS and Android, with full accountability for outcomes.
  • The customer experience - deeply understanding how institutional users interact with their financial operations on mobile, and continuously raising the bar.
  • The mobile platform - working with product teams across Fireblocks to understand their needs and ensuring mobile can support their features effectively.
  • The AI and intelligence layer on mobile - defining how smart, proactive capabilities get surfaced to users in a way that adds real value.
What the work actually looks like
  • Spending significant time with customers and data - forming a sharp, evidence-based view of what to build next and why.
  • Making hard prioritization calls - balancing customer-facing improvements, platform needs from internal teams, and long-term product investments.
  • Working across teams - product, engineering, design, security, and customer success - to align on scope and get things shipped.
  • Owning the full arc of a feature - from problem definition and spec to launch, adoption, and iteration.
What you bring
  • 4+ years in product management; experience owning a mobile product domain is a strong plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software - you understand multi-stakeholder users and complex workflows.
  • Strong data fluency - you write queries, build your own analysis, and don't wait for a data team to tell you what's happening.
  • Technical enough to have real conversations with engineers - you know what "hard" looks like and write specs that leave no room for ambiguity.
  • Experience with AI-powered features is a strong plus - especially mobile or workflow-embedded AI.
Nice to have
  • Background in fintech, digital assets, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
  • Experience with MPC wallets, custody platforms, or transaction approval flows.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in high-security, high-stakes environments.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.

Senior Backend Engineer – Finapps/Access

FireblocksWarszawa, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 9, 2026

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

For employees hired to work from Poland, the estimated compensation range for this role is PLN 300,000 – 3800,000 gross annually. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case.
