Which fintech jobs do not require coding?

The largest group is sales and go-to-market, with 914 titled roles (21.8% of the panel). This covers account executives, sales development, partnerships and customer-facing technical sales. Product and design adds 404 roles, risk, compliance and legal 307, operations and support 219, finance 178, marketing 143 and people 76. Another 481 roles fall outside these groups, and some of them will be technical, so the 65.0% figure is an estimate of non-coding titles rather than a precise count.

Product roles do not usually require you to write code, although they reward technical fluency. Compliance, risk and finance roles ask for domain expertise and qualifications instead. Read the guides to fintech product manager skills and fintech compliance jobs.
