What you’ll do

As a Support Operations Associate at Privy, you will own the internal systems and workflows that keep our Developer Success team efficient, responsive, and focused. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe is looking for a senior product strategist-operator to join the Strategic Business Performance (SBP) team. SBP is the "connective tissue" of Stripe. You will have a front-row seat to how the company operates and a direct hand in ensuring we hit our most important goals. If you are a technical strategist who loves to move fast and fix high-stakes problems, we’d love to hear from you.

SBP is a small, high-leverage group within Central Strategy & Operations at Stripe. Our mission is to create strategic clarity around Stripe’s performance. We work with partner teams to report on the business; dive into it to support and pressure-test our strategy, driving change wherever we find soft spots and enabling the success of other teams.

We are looking for someone who connects across data, financials and product & business strategy. and can unearth a signal in the noise and either fix the problem directly or convene the right people to fix it fast.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will work cross-functionally within our group and across Stripe’s technical and user-facing teams to solve problems and design workflows that benefit our users. Specifically:

  • Own the "Signal": You will define and maintain the metrics that actually matter for in-year performance. You’ll develop a "morning read" discipline—a curated, high-signal view of the business that drives immediate action,
    moving far beyond standard dashboarding.
  • Deep-Dive Interventions: You will lead "surge" projects to diagnose and unblock critical goals at risk. You aren't just identifying problems; you are staying in the arena until the trajectory has measurably changed.
  • Bridge Product & Strategy: You will translate long-horizon corporate theses into in-year operational reality. You’ll take ambiguous opportunities that cut across product, risk, and marketing and decompose them into structured
    workstreams.
  • Synthesize for Leadership: You’ll think ahead of our executive team, preparing CEO/COO-level materials that translate unstructured signals into structured diagnoses they can act on.
  • Pressure-test our Assumptions: You’ll work closely with Corporate Strategy and Product teams to identify gaps between our external market forces and our internal execution.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Staff Data AnalystNew

Full-timeNot specifiedAug 27, 2026

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Risk Data Science team builds the data foundations, models, and measurement frameworks that power Stripe's risk and product decisions — from underwriting and reserves to merchant interventions and enablements. We're at an inflection point: as Stripe increasingly offers risk capabilities as a product to platforms and users, we need a data leader to shape how we build, measure, and evolve our risk data strategy.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to drive the data strategy for our risk as a product offering. Define the metrics, data products, and analytical frameworks needed as Stripe brings risk capabilities to platforms and connected accounts at scale. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Risk leadership to ensure data investments align with the product roadmap. You will design metrics, pipelines, and data products that serve as the analytical backbone for risk decisioning.

You will own the definition, reliability, and visibility of our most important risk metrics. Establish a canonical set of north star and operational metrics and ensure they are trustworthy, well-documented, and consistently surfaced to the right audiences. Build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps these metrics accurate as our data and product landscape evolves, including clear ownership, alerting on regressions, and scalable pipelines that reduce the cost of keeping insights current.

You will also own and evolve Stripe's risk experimentation strategy by defining what we test, how we measure, and how we learn. Ensure we can rigorously evaluate the impact of changes to risk policies, merchant journeys, and risk models across diverse merchant populations.

Finally, you will mentor and raise the bar for the Data Analysts on the team. Set technical and strategic standards. Guide junior and senior analysts on how to frame ambiguous problems, structure analyses for maximum impact, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related roles
  • Track record of defining and driving data strategy across multiple teams — not just executing on a roadmap, but shaping it
  • Experience designing experimentation frameworks or measurement strategies for complex, multi-variant systems (e.g., risk policies, pricing, marketplace dynamics)
  • Deep expertise in SQL; proficiency in Python
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches and communicate findings to executive stakeholders
  • Experience building and scaling data products (metrics frameworks, pipelines, dashboards) that become operational infrastructure, not one-off analyses
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate model development, analysis and coding

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience in risk, trust & safety, or related domains and understanding of risk in the Fintech space
  • Experience building data for platform/product offerings where data is part of the product surface, not just internal analytics
  • Familiarity with causal inference and A/B testing in non-standard environments (e.g., where randomization is constrained by risk considerations)

Who We Are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About The Team

Specialist Solutions Architects (SSA) are domain experts aligned to specific Stripe solutions and customer buying centers. We have in-depth knowledge of specific solution offerings and a deep understanding of customer challenges. We align with specialist product sellers on deals, advise the broader pre-sales team on complex opportunities, support pipeline development and revenue attainment, serve as an advisor on go-to-market sales plays, and provide critical insights to our product and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

You will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets, while also educating the product and engineering teams on market trends and strongly influencing the product roadmap. You will develop deep relationships with senior customer business leaders and grow Stripe's solution offerings with new and existing customers. As a subject matter expert, you will scale the broader organization by creating reusable assets and coaching others on complex, high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe's Data products (data pipelines/export, revenue and reconciliation reporting, and analytics tooling) to accelerate opportunities
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of how businesses warehouse and model payments and revenue data — data pipelines into Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Databricks; ETL/ELT patterns; and how that data feeds financial reporting, reconciliation, and BI
  • Conduct deep discovery of customers' existing data architecture, warehouse, and reporting stack to architect solutions that align Stripe's Data capabilities with their analytics and finance requirements
  • Advise customers on how to design for complexity: multi-entity and multi-currency reporting, custom data models, integration with existing BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase) and ERP/GL systems, and data freshness/latency requirements
  • Create and share best practices and reusable assets such as reference architectures to enhance the quality and efficiency of the broader sales and pre-sales organizations
  • Partner closely with the Data product sales team and actively drive opportunities for Stripe's largest customers, leading solution strategy and owning key customer relationships
  • Serve as a "Voice of the Customer" to drive product and feature request prioritization
  • Identify product, industry, implementation, and competitive trends, and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders and sales to influence Stripe's Data product roadmap
  • Act as an escalation point to drive complex technical issues to resolution with Stripe's engineering team
  • Represent the technical health of the business on quarterly sales forecast calls and highlight deal blockers with proposed solutions
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

Who You Are

You're capable of engaging in both business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of a customer organization, including finance, data, and engineering leadership. You enjoy working on products that require deep technical understanding combined with business context, and you're as comfortable in a warehouse schema as you are in a revenue conversation with a CFO. You're excited to become an expert and to share that knowledge broadly.

If you meet the minimum requirements below, we encourage you to apply — the preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture role, with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or financial reporting
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data warehousing and pipeline architecture (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks) and ETL/ELT tooling
  • Strong understanding of how payments and revenue data maps to financial reporting and reconciliation workflows
  • Experience working with or implementing BI/analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering and API integration patterns, including how data pipelines are built and maintained
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Stripe or other RESTful APIs into data pipelines or web applications
  • Familiarity with complex reporting scenarios: multi-entity consolidation, revenue recognition data models, or usage-based billing data
  • Experience with SQL at an advanced level and comfort working directly in a customer's data warehouse during discovery
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in financial services, fintech, or a data/analytics vertical
  • Pre-sales experience with Enterprise customers

Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, MarketingNew

StripeSeattle, San Francisco
Full-timeNot specifiedAug 26, 2026

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Stripe Marketing organization is undergoing a fundamental transformation in how it works. We're building a team of Forward Deployed AI Accelerators (FDAs) embedded directly with marketing cohorts to make AI the default mode for all work — not an occasional tool, but the foundation of how every marketer at Stripe executes.

Today, marketers are already achieving remarkable results — building their own data dashboards, creating agents that compress multi-day processes, and authoring tools that accelerate workflows. The FDA team exists to take what's working and systematically scale it across the entire marketing organization.

What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you'll be embedded with a cohort of 25–45 marketers organized by functional team, shared workflow, or location. You'll build alongside them, and you'll help them fundamentally change how they operate. Your measure of success is the number of workflows you've permanently transformed and the extent to which those in your cohort start any task with an AI tool.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and document the highest-leverage workflow transformations within your cohort's day-to-day work by deeply understanding their processes and outputs
  • Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to each marketer's specific responsibilities
  • Coach and partner with each marketer through a progressive journey — from awareness, to first win, to regular AI integration, to full workflow transformation, to self-sufficiency
  • Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools over time, creating independence
  • Recognize patterns across your cohort and systematically scale what works — a tool built for one marketer will be reusable for their peers
  • Document every tool, playbook, and transformation pattern you build so the entire FDA team uses each other's work
  • Share wins visibly within your cohort and with leadership to build momentum, inspire, and celebrate success
  • Track individual and cohort progress rigorously against a defined maturity model, moving every marketer toward self-sustaining, AI-first work
  • Prepare marketers for an agentic future — not just prompt writing, but designing, building, and overseeing autonomous, multi-agent workflows

Who you are

We're looking for people who have already lived the transformation they'll be driving for others. You've used AI to fundamentally change how work gets done, not as a novelty, but as your default operating mode.

  • You are a deep AI practitioner. You build agents, automations, and tools fluently. You don't just know what AI can do in theory. You've built things that changed how real teams operate, and the people you built for actually use what you shipped. You build in real time alongside the people you support.
  • You spot transformation opportunities and execute on them. You look at a team's workflows and see where AI changes the economics: where existing work can be done in a fraction of the time, or where entirely new programs become viable that weren't worth doing before. Then you build the thing, not just the slide.
  • You understand marketing work. You either have direct experience in marketing or quickly learn the workflows, deliverables, tools, and pressures of your assigned cohort. You know that understanding someone's work is a prerequisite to transforming it.
  • You are a pattern recognizer. When you build something that works for one person, you immediately see how it applies to others. You think in systems, not one-off solutions.
  • You are a strong communicator. You explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, adapt your style to different people, and make progress visible to leadership and stakeholders.
  • You are high-caliber, persistent, and versatile. Your skills and experience are valuable across the company. You're the kind of person who succeeds in many roles at Stripe.
  • You bias toward action and speed. You'd rather show someone a working proof-of-concept on their own deliverable today than present a polished deck about what's theoretically possible next quarter.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and evolution. This is a new team building a new operating model. The playbook will be rewritten as we learn. You thrive in that environment.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, tools, automations, or workflows that real people use in their actual work, whether that made existing processes meaningfully more efficient or made previously unviable work possible for the first time
  • Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, workflow automation tools)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapt your style to different learners
  • Comfort working across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously (you'll be supporting 25–45 marketers at varying stages of their AI journey)
  • Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others, with evidence that people you've helped actually changed how they work

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a formal AI transformation role where the job was substantially about identifying opportunities for workflow transformation and executing on them with hands-on builds
  • Experience helping people become more expert AI users and capable builders
  • Experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or a closely adjacent function, including familiarity with marketing technology stacks (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, content management tools)

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

As an Enterprise Services Manager, you will be a quota-carrying services seller and strategic advisor for Stripe’s largest users. You will originate, shape, and close complex advisory, implementation, and transformation engagements.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, solution strategy, and delivery. You will partner with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, implementation partners, and Stripe delivery teams to turn customer priorities into practical scopes, credible business cases, and executable paths to adoption.

You will own the Professional Services sales cycle from account planning and discovery through solution shaping, proposal development, commercial negotiation, contract signature, and delivery handoff. You will help customers define not only what they want to build with Stripe, but also how they will achieve value from it.

What you’ll do

Own enterprise Professional Services opportunities

  • Own Professional Services bookings, pipeline creation, qualification, and forecasting across an assigned set of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Architects on account plans that identify where Professional Services can accelerate adoption, reduce implementation risk, and unlock expansion.
  • Engage early in complex opportunities to shape the services strategy, customer value proposition, and path to implementation.
  • Build and maintain accurate forecasts, close plans, and stakeholder maps for complex, multi-party sales cycles.
  • Identify follow-on advisory, implementation, and transformation opportunities as customers expand their use of Stripe.

Lead discovery and shape practical solutions

  • Lead executive discovery sessions, assessments, and workshops with customer stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, operations, risk, security, and procurement.
  • Understand a customer’s business objectives, current environment, technical architecture, operating model, and implementation constraints.
  • Translate customer requirements into a practical services approach, including scope, assumptions, dependencies, milestones, risks, success measures, and an activation and realization plan.
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, delivery teams, and external partners to validate feasibility and create solutions that are valuable to customers and deliverable by Stripe.
  • Advise senior customer leaders on business cases for digital transformation, platform adoption, operational efficiency, and new revenue opportunities.

Drive commercial execution

  • Create tailored proposals, pricing approaches, and Statements of Work for advisory, implementation, packaged, and phased transformation engagements.
  • Shape commercial models that balance customer outcomes, delivery confidence, scope clarity, and long-term Stripe adoption.
  • Lead negotiations with senior customer stakeholders, procurement, legal, and internal partners.
  • Manage scope, resourcing, dependencies, implementation risk, and customer expectations before work begins.
  • Apply strong commercial judgment to determine when a customer needs a focused assessment, a defined implementation package, a broader transformation roadmap, or partner-delivered support.

Connect sales to delivery and product strategy

  • Prepare delivery teams with clear customer context, business outcomes, decision history, risks, assumptions, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain continuity from opportunity creation through customer kickoff and early delivery.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, and Support teams to help customers progress from signature to activation, adoption, and expansion.
  • Surface recurring enterprise customer needs and market insight to Product and Engineering teams to inform Stripe’s product strategy.
  • Contribute to repeatable sales plays, service offerings, tools, and best practices that improve how Stripe sells and delivers Professional Services.

AI and emerging technology

Stripe customers are increasingly evaluating AI-enabled products, automation, and new digital business models. You do not need to be an AI engineer or researcher, but you should be comfortable discussing how AI-related initiatives affect data readiness, integrations, security, privacy, governance, adoption, and implementation sequencing.

You will use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve account research, solutioning, documentation, forecasting, and delivery visibility, while applying sound judgment and validating recommendations with the appropriate technical and delivery experts.

Who you are

You are an enterprise Professional Services seller who combines consultative sales, technical fluency, and delivery-aware commercial judgment. You can lead a customer from an initial business problem through discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, SOW negotiation, close, and delivery handoff.

You are comfortable with executives and technical teams alike. You can ask strong questions, translate technical possibilities into business outcomes, challenge assumptions constructively, and create clarity in ambiguous situations. You know that a successful services sale is not simply a signed SOW; it is a credible and measurable path to customer value.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services, consulting, implementation, managed services, or complex technology solutions to enterprise customers.
  • A track record of originating, shaping, and closing sizable services or transformation engagements.
  • Experience owning a services sales cycle from discovery through proposal, SOW development, negotiation, contract signature, and delivery handoff.
  • Experience leading executive-level discovery, workshops, assessments, or business-case conversations.
  • Ability to understand complex business and technical requirements and translate them into an executable services approach.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, delivery teams, Product, Engineering, and external partners.

  • Experience selling packaged, phased, outcome-oriented, or partner-delivered services.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled software or automation, including practical implementation questions around data, security, governance, adoption, and measurable business value.

This is a 0-to-1 role: you'll identify the right channels, build the playbooks, and demonstrate what works before scaling investment. You'll work across paid channels native to China (WeChat, Baidu, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Bilibili, and others), as well as broader growth marketing levers like web optimization, content distribution, and landing page localization for Chinese users.

You will be the in-house expert on how to reach Chinese developers, founders, and business operators through digital channels, bringing deep knowledge of the local ecosystem, platform mechanics, regulatory environment, and user behavior. You'll partner cross-functionally with regional marketing, analytics, creative, product marketing, and sales to ensure paid media supports Stripe's growth objectives in China.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale paid media channels specific to the China market — including WeChat Ads, Baidu SEM, Douyin/Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Bilibili, and programmatic platforms (e.g., Tencent Guangdiantong, ByteDance Pangolin)
  • Develop and execute a testing roadmap to prove channel viability: define hypotheses, run experiments, measure incrementality, and make go/no-go recommendations on scaling investment
  • Own web optimization and landing page localization for Chinese audiences — ensuring Stripe's web presence converts effectively for local users
  • Build measurement frameworks for China-specific channels, partnering with analytics to attribute performance through to signups, activations, and revenue
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance reporting — communicating results clearly to stakeholders across time zones
  • Bring the skills and experience to unblock, set up and navigate media platforms and partnerships in the market.
  • Stay current on China's digital marketing landscape: platform algorithm changes, content regulations, privacy laws (PIPL), and emerging channels
  • Partner with regional marketing, sales, and product marketing to align paid media with broader China go-to-market strategy
  • Write concise performance updates and strategic recommendations for a global audience that ranges from paid media specialists to senior leadership

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with significant hands-on experience running paid campaigns on China-native platforms (WeChat, Baidu, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or similar)
  • High professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English — able to write ad copy, review creative, and communicate strategy in both languages as this role will be heavily involved in the businesses in the Greater China region
  • Deep knowledge of the China digital marketing ecosystem: platform mechanics, ad formats, targeting capabilities, content regulations, and user behavior patterns
  • Experience launching new channels from scratch — demonstrated ability to take a channel from 0 to 1, prove its value, and scale it
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, developer tools, fintech, or high-growth technology companies
  • Self-starter mentality — ability to drive strategic and tactical work forward with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written communication skills — can write concise, clear updates for a global audience with varying levels of paid media expertise

Preferred qualifications

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with deep China market specialization
  • Experience marketing to developers or technical audiences in China
  • Familiarity with China-specific analytics and attribution tools
  • Experience with web optimization, CRO, or landing page testing for Chinese audiences
  • Understanding of China's regulatory environment as it relates to digital advertising (PIPL, CAC content regulations, industry-specific ad restrictions)
  • Experience working in a global company with cross-timezone collaboration

About the team

The Risk PMO team protects Stripe’s revenue and drives cross-functional strategy for company-level and org-level priorities. As Stripe operates across an increasingly complex and fast-moving global regulatory environment, one of our most important functions is ensuring that our largest, most strategic users can grow with us—compliantly, confidently, and at speed.

You are a natural leader who leads by influence and by example. You have a deep empathy for the user, an unyielding bias toward action, and you take pride in the craft of execution. No problem is too complex for you to deconstruct, and no detail is too small if it impacts the user experience.

Minimum requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Hands-on execution track record: Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor, managing complex, multi-stakeholder project plans and deliverables from inception to completion

Product Manager, Cash Platform

StripeNew York, NY
Full-timeNot specifiedAug 25, 2026

This role is open to remote candidates located anywhere within the Eastern Time Zone. The Cash Platform team is part of Stripe's Money Movement Services Platform. We manage Stripe's FX and cash positions across the globe, owning two of the most commercially critical problems in our business: delivering the best possible FX trades for our users, and optimizing the cost and routing of cross-border payouts across countries. Stripe recently launched its own in-house bank, enabling near-instant movement of funds across accounts worldwide—and Cash Platform is at the center of bringing that infrastructure to Stripe's products and, increasingly, to our customers.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with engineering teams across Cash Platform and Money Movement Services, cross-functional partners spanning Legal, Treasury, Financial Crimes, and Sales, and senior stakeholders inside and outside Stripe. You'll define the strategy and roadmap for Stripe's FX and cross-border payout products, drive cost optimization and routing decisions at scale, and help shape the path toward monetizing Stripe's in-house banking infrastructure for users globally.

Responsibilities

You are expected to:

  • Deeply understand the competitive landscape and define clear benchmarks for where Stripe's FX and cross-border payout products need to be
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Cash Platform, balancing near-term cost and performance optimization with longer-term platform monetization opportunities
  • Drive API design and technical decisions in close partnership with engineering leads, ensuring our infrastructure is both best-in-class and commercially oriented
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Money Movement, Sales, and partner teams to accelerate delivery and adoption of FX and payout products
  • Engage with senior customer and internal stakeholders to communicate roadmap direction, surface requirements, and build alignment
  • Own decisions directly impacting the revenue and cost profile of Stripe's money movement business

Who you are

This role is open to remote candidates located anywhere within the Eastern Time Zone.  We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Technically deep: You have a strong technical foundation—ideally as a former engineer or data scientist—and are comfortable owning API design decisions and understanding systems end-to-end, including what is expensive from a cost and latency perspective
  • Business-minded: You make decisions through the lens of revenue and commercial impact; this is infrastructure, not consumer product, and you understand the difference
  • Cross-functional by default: You thrive in environments where success requires tight coordination across engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and sales—not working in silos
  • Domain experienced: You've worked on FX, cross-border payments, treasury, or similar financial infrastructure at companies like Airwallex, Wise, Revolut, Payoneer, Ramp, or a major financial institution
  • Strong executor: You move with speed and urgency, can manage complexity across multiple workstreams, and have a track record of shipping in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
  • Strong communicator: You radiate intent—partners, stakeholders, and leaders know where you stand, what's blocked, and what's coming next
