As an AI Engineer, you'll be embedded directly with the Solutions Architecture team—building alongside them, deeply understanding their workflows, and shipping tools and automation that permanently change how they operate. Your measure of success is SA productivity: the engagements you've accelerated, the workflows you've transformed, and the tools you've built that the org adopts as default.
You'll ship code daily. You'll discover where SAs lose time and build high-impact solutions. You'll take what works for one person and scale it to work for the org. And when our most strategic customer engagements need custom technical assets, you'll build those too.

You won’t just be building templates; you’ll be building a scalable design language that empowers every Stripe to communicate with excellence. This is a high-impact, high-ownership position where you will help define the roadmap for how our brand scales, ensuring that even the most decentralized assets feel cohesive, intentional, and beautiful.

The Payments engineering powers the processing of hundreds of billions of dollars in card payments annually, enabling users to accept card payments from Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East regions. As the Engineering Manager for the team, you’ll have responsibility for expanding the reach of Stripe’s global payments network, delivering the best-in-class experience for card payments in these regions.
In this role, you’ll be making some of the most significant strategic, product, and technical decisions for card payments at Stripe. The systems this team builds enables our users to create a single integration with Stripe, then take payments across an ever-expanding set of card networks and grow their businesses globally.
