The future of Operations at Adyen is built on data-driven autonomy. As AI increasingly automates the mechanics of data retrieval and trend summarization, the real value shifts to the human layer: framing the right problems, validating rigorously, and turning insight into action.
You'll lead an analytics and insights function of around 10 people: a Team Lead overseeing 1 Data Engineer and 4–5 technical analysts on Foundational Data Integrity, plus roughly 4 Business Analysts focused on Business Insights, reporting directly into you. You'll support an Operations organization of over 1,000 people, working closely with the Global Operations Leadership team to turn this function from a reporting service into the strategic engine behind how Ops leadership makes decisions.

Adyen is seeking a Partner Engineering Manager to build and lead our Hardware Partner Engineering function. This is a hands-on player-coach role: you'll manage a small team of Partner Engineers while personally owning the technical relationship with one of our key terminal OEM partners. Tech Enablement Specialist – Change & Adoption
Tech Academy is a strategic partner to Adyen’s global Tech organization – Engineering, Product, and Product experience – making teams faster and more effective by giving them the skills and know‑how they need to ship products and solve real customer problems. We treat learning as part of the workflow, not as a one‑off event, and we measure success by improvements in delivery speed, quality, and clarity.
We’re hiring a hands‑on Tech Enablement Specialist who will sit close to Tech teams, understand how work really happens, and help them adopt the enablement, tools, and practices.
This is a builder role focused on change and adoption - you’ll make it easier for engineers, PMs, and PX to adopt and improve ways of working, learn new skills and move through the change effectively.
In this role, you will:
Focus on helping Tech teams move from “this is the new way we want to work” to “this is how we do it at Adyen”. This is not a training‑delivery or “defining how Tech should work” role; it is focused on change, enablement, and adoption.
Who You Are
You are comfortable working close to Tech, translating change into something people can actually use, and using AI as a normal part of your work.

About the role
Agentic Commerce is the most significant shift in digital payments since mobile. We are moving from a world where humans click "buy" to a world where AI agents negotiate, book, and transact on our behalf.
We are looking for a strategic commercial operator to help define and execute Adyen’s Go-to-Market strategy for this emerging channel. You will not just be selling a product, you will be building the playbook for how the world’s largest enterprises accept payments from AI agents.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of Commercial GTM Strategy, Account Management, and Product. You will work closely with Adyen’s leadership to take our "Universal Translator" strategy to the market.
What you’ll do
Who you are
Why now?
Agentic commerce is in its infrastructure phase. The protocols, standards, and commercial models are being written and tested right now. In this role, you won't be executing an established playbook, you will be authoring it. Adyen processes payments for many of the world's largest, most sophisticated enterprises, which means the decisions we make here will shape how AI-initiated transactions work at scale, not just in theory.
The annual base salary range for this role is $190,000 - $240,000 + RSUs. To learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.
