Incentive Compensation Manager

BettermentBetterment HQ - New York City
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 23, 2026

About Betterment

Betterment is a leading, technology-driven financial services company that offers investing, savings, and retirement solutions for retail investors and investment advisors, as well as financial wellness solutions, including a 401(k) for small and medium-sized businesses. Our team is passionate about our mission, to empower people to build wealth with confidence and ease. We’re headquartered in NYC and offer hybrid NY-based positions (four days / week in-office, with no required office days during the summer and winter holidays).

About the role:

Betterment is looking for an Incentive Compensation Manager to run the operational engine behind how we pay our go-to-market teams, reporting into our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of our incentive compensation programs, ensuring our go-to-market teams are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with plan design.

You’ll own the monthly commission process from data validation through payout, including the operating cadences, reporting, controls, and cross-functional coordination required to support a reliable and auditable process. You'll also partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR to design and operationalize compensation plans, model proposed changes, evaluate operational impacts, and translate approved plans into calculation logic and system configuration.

Beyond commission administration, you'll drive continuous process improvement by identifying manual or inefficient workflows, strengthening documentation and controls, and implementing automation to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational ownership with a systems mindset. You’re comfortable working with complex data, managing deadline-driven processes, improving existing systems, and following details through from source data to payment.

This role is based out of our NYC office.

Below we’ve reflected the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment’s total compensation package for employees.

  • New York City: $120,000-$140,000

This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus.

A day in the life:

  • Run the end-to-end monthly incentive compensation cycle, including data validation, calculations, reconciliation, stakeholder review, issue resolution, and coordination through payroll.
  • Administer and continuously improve our incentive compensation management (ICM) platform — plan configuration, quotas, rates, and data integrations — so earnings are accurate and employees have clear, self-service visibility into their attainment and payouts.
  • Build and maintain the documentation, controls, and operating procedures that make the compensation process repeatable, auditable, and ready to scale.
  • Automate manual steps and improve data quality to increase the speed and accuracy of compensation administration.
  • Produce recurring commission reporting, Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) tracking, partner payout reporting, and ad hoc analyses for Sales and Finance.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Business Systems to operationalize compensation plans, troubleshoot data or system issues, and ensure accurate, timely payouts.
  • Support plan design by modeling proposed changes, identifying operational and edge-case implications, documenting approved plans, and translating them into calculation logic and system configuration.
  • Investigate and resolve compensation questions from the field, with clear explanations reps and managers can trust.

What we’re looking for

  • At least five years of professional experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related operational role with responsibility for administering variable compensation programs.
  • Proven experience running a monthly commission or incentive compensation cycle end to end, with a high bar for accuracy and on-time payout.
  • Hands-on experience administering an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform such as Qobra, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, QuotaPath, or a similar solution.
  • A systems mindset with a passion for process improvement, automation, and building scalable, well-controlled operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting incentive plan design: modeling proposed changes, documenting plan rules, and translating them into calculation logic and system configuration.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and partnering with Business Systems or technical teams to troubleshoot upstream data and system issues.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively across Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Business Systems.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.

Marketing Programs Specialist, Symmetry

GustoScottsdale, AZ
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 23, 2026

About Gusto

At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.

All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.

About the Role:

At Symmetry, we're building the future of payroll compliance technology. We have a powerful vision and an ambitious growth plan—but brilliant strategy is nothing without tactical execution. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to be the operational backbone of our marketing engine—the person who turns strategy into shipped work across new business acquisition and client and product communications. This isn't a role about sitting in meetings or setting strategy; it's about making things happen, and making them happen faster than traditional marketing teams ever could.

You'll work hand-in-hand with two leaders: supporting the Demand Generation Manager to drive new client acquisition, and supporting the Product Marketing Manager to deliver client and product communications. And you'll do all of it as an AI-first marketer—using AI as your co-pilot in everything you touch. We believe the next generation of B2B marketers won't just use AI; they'll make it the default way they work. This role is built for exactly that person.

This is a high-impact execution role with a direct line to pipeline and revenue, offering a front-row seat to building a world-class, AI-first and B2B SaaS marketing function.

About the Team:

Symmetry's Marketing team is dedicated to building brand awareness and driving enterprise demand for our payroll compliance solutions. Our core mission is to achieve significant growth and position Symmetry as a leader in infrastructure for payroll tax compliance. We're developing a robust enterprise marketing team encompassing demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing and analytics—built from the ground up with AI embedded in how we work.

This role reports to the CMO and works in close partnership with the Demand Gen Manager and Product Marketing Manager. You'll execute across two pillars: new business acquisition (with Demand Gen) and client and product communications (with Product Marketing), gaining broad experience across digital marketing, events, lifecycle and product communications, and AI-first operations while learning from an experienced and collaborative team.

You'll also have the opportunity to:

  • Build hands-on experience with a modern, AI-augmented marketing tech stack.
  • Become deeply fluent in AI tools and workflows—a skillset that will define the next decade of marketing careers.
  • Gain exposure to growth strategies that connect marketing activities directly to revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, sales, product, and leadership—developing communication and collaboration skills that accelerate career growth.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

You'll grow into more ownership over campaigns and programs as you gain experience. As our Marketing Programs Specialist, you'll be the master of logistics, the keeper of the plan, and the person who proves what an AI-native marketer can do.

Supporting Demand Generation — New Business Acquisition:

  • Advertising Campaigns: Coordinate LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns targeting prospects, using AI to accelerate audience research, draft and iterate ad copy variants, analyze creative performance, and surface optimization recommendations.
  • Demand Gen Campaigns & Webinars: Support the planning and execution of prospect-facing webinars and digital campaigns—registration and landing page setup, speaker coordination, Zoom management, and follow-up reporting in HubSpot—using AI to draft promotional copy, campaign briefs, and post-campaign summaries.
  • Acquisition Campaign Operations: Build and maintain acquisition nurtures and lead workflows in HubSpot, using AI to personalize messaging, iterate copy, and analyze engagement.

Supporting Product Marketing — Client & Product Communications:

  • Client Story Activation: Activate customer stories and case studies across channels—turning each story into campaign assets, nurtures, sales enablement materials, social content, and webinar talking points. Use AI to multiply output: one story becomes a dozen distributed assets.
  • Developer Release Communications: Distribute release notes and product updates to our developer persona across the channels developers actually use (in-product, email, docs, changelog, community). Use AI to translate engineering-written notes into developer-friendly communications and draft channel-specific variants.
  • Lifecycle & Customer Communications: Execute customer-facing lifecycle programs in HubSpot—onboarding nurtures, feature adoption sequences, expansion campaigns, customer newsletters—using AI to personalize at scale and identify the highest-converting moments in the journey.

Across all pillars:

  • Project & Calendar Management: Maintain a unified marketing calendar spanning acquisition and client/product communications—using AI to draft status updates, flag conflicts and dependencies, and turn raw campaign data into clean reports for leadership. Keep prospect-facing and customer-facing messaging from colliding.

Here's what we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who gets a deep sense of satisfaction from a perfectly executed project—and who's genuinely excited about reshaping how marketing teams operate in the AI era. You're a natural organizer who lives by checklists and timelines.

  • 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally in SaaS or technology. Exposure to demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or developer marketing is a plus.
  • Fluency with AI tools as your default way of working. You've gone beyond basic prompting—you've built custom GPTs or Claude Projects, automated workflows, or used AI tooling to solve real problems.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across parallel workstreams.
  • Reliable follow-through—you take ownership of your commitments.
  • Clear communicator who works well with internal teams (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales) and external partners—and who can adapt tone for different audiences, including technical readers like developers.
  • Curiosity about how marketing influences not just net-new pipeline, but also customer retention and expansion revenue.
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly—a skill that matters more than ever as the AI tooling landscape evolves monthly.
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus:
    • Marketing Automation (HubSpot or similar), including lifecycle workflows and customer segmentation
    • CRM (Salesforce or similar)
    • Events (Zoom or other webinar platforms)
    • Project Management (Notion, Asana, or similar)
    • AI & Automation Tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gumloop, Glean, or similar)
    • Developer-facing communication tools (changelog platforms, dev community tools, technical documentation systems)

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $64,000/yr- $78,000/yr in Scottsdale. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Onboarding Project Manager

BlockMelbourne, Australia
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 23, 2026

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together.

So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.

Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.

The Role

The Enterprise Seller Onboarding team partners directly with Square’s largest and most complex sellers to ensure they fully realize the value of Square’s products and services. As an Enterprise Seller Onboarding (ESO) Technical Project Manager, you will lead the technical onboarding and activation of new enterprise and strategic merchants, delivering a seamless, scalable, and high-quality onboarding experience.

In this role, you will engage pre-sale to support discovery, solution validation, and the positioning of Square’s professional services offerings. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design and implement complex Square deployments. You’ll have a strong ability to discuss API/SDK product capabilities and the technical background to evaluate and discuss third party partner integrations. This role is pivotal to Square’s upmarket growth strategy and to shaping the enterprise seller experience from initial solution design through activation.

A successful ESO Project Manager will:

  1. Deliver a remarkable onboarding and training experience that drives adoption and long-term seller success.
  2. Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers during pre-sale and onboarding to scope projects, validate proposed solutions, and support professional services positioning.
  3. Serve as a bridge between enterprise sellers and Product teams, ensuring seller needs meaningfully inform Square’s product roadmap.
  4. Function as the technical liaison between sellers, their technical teams and functions, and internal technical stakeholders like Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Product, Engineering, etc.

You Will

  • Engage with sellers pre-sale to support discovery, scoping, planning, and solution validation.
  • Advise on and document Square’s first-party product capabilities (including the Square developer platform and its public APIs) and limitations to ensure clear, accurate expectations are set with prospective sellers.
  • Own and manage multiple complex onboarding projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resource constraints.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales & Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical partners and clearly communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate third-party partner integrations (POS peripherals, ERP systems, loyalty platforms, eCommerce, etc.) for compatibility and feasibility with Square's platform.
  • Proactively identify and manage risk throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring consistent stakeholder communication and successful outcomes.
  • Support data entry and data migration activities as part of the onboarding process for select sellers.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Square’s first-party products and developer platform and ecosystem, providing guidance on technical and product capabilities to optimize the seller experience.
  • Act as a liaison between enterprise sellers and Product teams, translating complex requirements into actionable feature requests and roadmap input.
  • Triage and drive resolution of technical issues during onboarding, partnering with internal stakeholders to unblock sellers.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and strong executive presence while working under deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.

You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or onboarding roles.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and/or SDK integrations in a professional capacity.
  • Ability to understand and reason about system architectures, third-party integrations, and multi-system data flows.
  • Ability to understand developer documentation, API references, and technical project tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across competing priorities, timelines, and resources.
  • Strong ability to distill complex enterprise requirements into tailored solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in the POS, payments, or broader technology industry.

Full-timeNot specifiedJul 23, 2026

It all started with an idea at Block in 2013. Initially built to take the pain out of peer-to-peer payments, Cash App has gone from a simple product with a single purpose to a dynamic ecosystem, developing unique financial products, including Afterpay/Clearpay, to provide a better way to send, spend, invest, borrow and save to our 50+ million monthly active customers. We want to redefine the world’s relationship with money to make it more relatable, instantly available, and universally accessible.

We partner with enterprise merchants to unlock access to the largest and most engaged network of next generation consumers and drive bottom line results.

We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic and strategic Enterprise Account Manager to build and execute the strategy behind Block’s post-sales revenue stewardship and expansion for some of our largest merchants. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be on the front lines of a fast-growing payments business - partnering with business owners and leading executives of Fortune 500 companies. You will be responsible for managing a book of business spanning verticals and geographies. Beyond being responsible for revenue outcomes across your portfolio, you will also be tasked with deepening partner relationships and ensuring long-term mutual success and retention of our merchant partnerships.

A successful candidate thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment, has a passion for nurturing and expanding client relationships, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership to drive results for Cash App and Afterpay. This role requires a strategic problem solver who is an effective influencer with a high degree of business acumen. • Craft Account Strategy: Develop cohesive, well-researched and data-driven account roadmaps for your entire book of business that maximize growth for Block and the partner.  Effectively communicate with senior decision makers at the largest brands in the world. Negotiate hard yet pragmatically, using data and principles to inform your strategy.
  • Be a Team Player: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive deals forward, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Risk, Legal, Operations, Customer Service; and with external partners’ cross-functional teams
  • Be the Voice of the Merchant: Represent market feedback and sentiment internally, advocating for your clients while balancing against the needs and constraints of our business, by aggregating and delivering key insights across the organization in a structured, consistent, and proactive manner.

You have:

  • A high familiarity and comfort with how product development works. You hold your own interfacing with stakeholders across disciplines (technical, marketing, product), and you have credibility with your internal product and engineering colleagues.
  • A self-starter mentality and deep comfort operating in ambiguity and frequent change, while still delivering results

You’re a killer relationship manager and strategic thinker who comes armed to internal and external conversations with the right data and analysis to make a convincing argument. Chief of Staff Director, Product

AffirmRemote US
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 23, 2026

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

About the Product team

The Product team listens to our customers’ needs and translates those insights into a clear product vision. The team works closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable financial products that empower people to manage their money with confidence. We rely on empathy, curiosity, and business sense to prioritize features and improve experiences. Our role is to lead with clarity, support cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision.

About the role

The Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product is the strategic thought partner and proxy to the leader. The role exists to scale the product leadership function: by anchoring on the leveraged people problems most central to the org, by owning the external product narrative end-to-end, and by being on point for strategic bets that need a single accountable owner (ex: AI enablement, special projects).

The end goal is a healthy Product org with pillar leads running independently at high quality, decisions made with less latency, and a clearer story about where Product is going, and why.

What you’ll do

  • Design and run the product leadership team’s rhythms (staff meetings, product reviews, all-teams, offsites): agenda architecture, pre-reads, decision capture, follow-through

  • Co-own the people rhythms with the HRBP across hiring, calibrations, performance, and talent reviews. Surface emergent structural risks (broken hiring funnels, attrition signals, single points of failure) with proactive solutions

  • Partners with Technology Operations function to define and improve processes for roadmap planning, driving prioritization decisions, setting annual OKRs and tracking progress to goals throughout the year

  • Own headcount planning and budget management alongside the Finance and HR Business Partners: annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, hire-prioritization tradeoffs

  • Drive AI retooling and enablement, including running internal AI masterclasses for leadership and natively embedding AI-enabled processes across the function

  • Curate the external product narrative (all-hands, written updates, major external talks): operate as a speechwriter, partnering with PR, comms, and brand

  • Prepare executive briefings and leadership communications, and reduce decision latency across the Product leadership team

  • Run a recurring org health pulse (engagement scores, regrettable attrition, leveling drift, manager effectiveness), escalating early signals before they become structural problems

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years in roles that built product credibility and strategic-narrative chops: strategy with deep product partnership, or a prior CoS role to a senior product or engineering executive at a high-growth tech company

  • A track record of running people processes at scale (hiring, calibrations, leveling, talent reviews) in a fast-growing organization

  • Exceptional written communication: you can ghostwrite, synthesize narrative from raw inputs, and draft a board page that holds up under scrutiny

  • Pattern-matching for organizational dysfunction: the muscle to spot a broken hiring funnel, a single point of failure, or a leadership gap before anyone names it

  • Comfort operating with influence and without authority across senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue, Finance, and HR

  • Strong analytical foundation and business acumen: fluent enough in product metrics, financials, and growth analytics to reason about tradeoffs without delegating every quantitative question

Why this role matters

Affirm’s next phase of growth depends on Product moving from a function powered by heroics to a function powered by a world-class operating system. The Chief of Staff is the linchpin of the strategic side of that change: the partner who helps make the strategy clear, the org stronger, and the leader’s leverage real.

Fintech sits at the intersection of regulated finance and consumer-grade software, and FinJobsly tracks the people building it. Every role on this page comes from a primary employer ATS or trusted partner — Stripe, Revolut, Wise, Monzo, Starling, Klarna, GoCardless, Adyen, Tide, Brex, Plaid, Affirm, Carta and several hundred others — so you only see live, currently-hiring positions instead of stale aggregator copies.

We split fintech hiring into the buckets that actually map to job ladders: payments and money movement, neobanking, lending and credit, wealth and wealth-tech, RegTech and compliance, and the platform/infrastructure layer used by all of the above. Filters along the side let you narrow by remote-first vs hybrid, seniority, contract type, and base salary band, while the keyword search reads the full job description (not just the title) so a search for “PSD2” or “KYC” surfaces roles even when the title is something generic like “Senior Backend Engineer”.

If you are early in your career, the entry-level and graduate filter highlights structured programmes at Monzo, Revolut and Wise. Mid- and senior-level engineers will find a strong skew toward Go, TypeScript, Kotlin and Python, while product, design and risk functions are dominated by London, Berlin, New York, Singapore and remote-EMEA postings. Salary benchmarks shown on each card are sourced from posted ranges where the employer publishes them, never from third-party guesses, so the numbers you see are the numbers you can negotiate against.

FinJobsly is built specifically for fintech: jobs are auto-tagged with the exact stack and regulatory regime mentioned in the description, duplicate listings from the same ATS are collapsed, and roles older than 30 days drop off automatically. The result is a clean, opinionated board where every click goes to a real role you can apply to today.

Direct-to-employer applications

Apply links go straight to the employer's ATS — no recruiter middlemen, no expired postings.

Salary transparency where available

Where employers publish salary bands we surface them on the card; where they don't we mark it explicitly.

Built-in role filters

Slice live listings by remote, seniority, contract type, stack and regulatory experience.
