As Tax Manager, and as the first tax hire within the team, you'll be responsible for owning all aspects of Zopa's UK tax compliance and reporting, ensuring the business meets its statutory obligations while maintaining a strong tax control framework. Working Pattern: This is a hybrid role, with the team working in the office 1 day a week. Your working week will consist of 7.5 hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work one day of the weekend every other week, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, which will be worked remotely. We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our team to partner with our lending business. You'll closely with key stakeholders across the bank, while also supporting operational areas such as collections, customer service and customer care where required.
