We are hiring Senior BI Analysts to join our Fraud & Financial Crime and Collections & Recoveries teams.

These roles are ideal for technically strong, curious analysts who enjoy using data, reporting and automation to solve meaningful business problems. You will improve access to insight, reduce manual processes and build scalable data solutions that support better decisions across the bank.

We are recruiting through one pipeline and will align successful candidates to the team that best matches their experience, interests and business need.

The opportunity

Both roles have a strong BI and reporting focus, with a meaningful element of data modelling and collaboration with Analytics Engineering. You will build trusted data pipelines, establish semantic layers with clearly defined metrics and design self-serve reporting. You will enable analysis at scale and help teams monitor performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

Depending on your alignment, you could support

Collections & Recoveries

Helping to deliver better outcomes for customers in financial difficulty through high-quality MI, operational performance insight and process efficiency. You will partner closely with Collections, Operations and Credit Strategy stakeholders to understand performance, improve reporting and support data-led decision making.

Fraud & Financial Crime

Help protect Zopa and our customers from fraud and financial crime by building the data products that sit behind smarter, faster controls. You’ll create trusted MI, scalable data models and automated monitoring across fraud performance, transaction monitoring, screening and operational controls. You’ll be giving teams the insight to spot emerging threats, improve customer outcomes and meet regulatory expectations with confidence.
