As part of the Gemini People Team, you'll help shape and scale our People Operations function as we continue to grow. As an Associate, People Operations, you'll own and support key People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation to offboarding, HR systems, and employee data management. The Department: Platform
Our Platform organization’s purpose is to enable Gemini to scale effectively and empower our engineering teams to focus on building innovative financial products and experiences for individuals around the world. Platform focuses around building a scalable and secure foundations platform, enabling Engineering to deploy, validate, and operate their services in production, improve resiliency of the service and increase organizational efficiency by reducing operational toil and increase system efficiency through architectural evolution.
The Platform team engages directly with our other engineering teams to onboard them onto our platform systems, reviewing and recommending design and architectural decisions, and guiding our engineering teams on how to implement the tooling provided by the larger Platform organization required to ensure systems can scale and react to changing conditions, with continuous improvement loops.
The Role: Senior Data Platform Engineer
As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you'll be an SRE for our data infrastructure: responsible for the reliability, automation, and operability of the database and datastore fleet, not just tuning any single engine. You'll work closely with data engineering and product engineering teams to build self-service, automated foundations that let teams provision, scale, and operate their own datastores safely.
Your role centers on deep relational database expertise (PostgreSQL, Aurora) - internals, replication, failover, backup/recovery, and query performance - paired with the automation and tooling to run that expertise at scale rather than by hand. You'll extend that same automation-first discipline to the other datastores in our fleet - NoSQL/document, columnar, key-value, and streaming systems - so that scaling, failover, and provisioning are repeatable and largely self-service. You'll drive improvements to observability, incident response, and uptime posture through proactive ownership of the platform, and you'll bring SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, blameless postmortems) to how we run data infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems and automation first, thrives on cross-team collaboration, and wants to reduce operational toil across a diverse set of database technologies in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.

The Role: Senior Fraud Data Scientist
As a Senior Fraud Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in protecting Gemini and our customers from emerging fraud risks. You’ll lead initiatives to strengthen our fraud prevention strategies, design and implement effective rules and controls, and proactively mitigate risk before it impacts our platform. Your work will range from evaluating fraud exposure to driving cross-functional projects that enhance detection capabilities and safeguard customer trust.

The Role: Associate, Growth Marketing (Advanced Trading Products)
We're looking for a data-driven, crypto-native Growth Marketing Associate to sit at the intersection of product and growth marketing. You'll own go-to-market strategy for our most technically sophisticated product lines - advanced trading, perpetuals, and margin - while building and nurturing the developer and power-user communities that drive long-term adoption. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing a creative brief and diving into onchain analytics.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, tech, and design.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast, is a forward-thinking owner, and has a deep understanding of advanced trading products. Someone who’s plugged into the crypto industry, capable of managing multiple priorities, and cares about results.

This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $82,500 - $110,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. The Department: Compliance
The Compliance Team at Gemini is dedicated to managing the next generation of financial crime prevention in a complex and evolving regulatory environment. We are a diverse group of technology, legal, compliance, and operational professionals who develop new approaches to solving classic problems using cutting edge tools and processes.
The Role: Analyst, Compliance (Investigations)
In this role, you will work with a team of experienced compliance professionals responsible for critical functions on the Investigations Team within the Compliance Department. You will have responsibilities including, but not limited to, performing Level 2 analysis and adjudication of escalated alerts and cases (including referrals from Transaction Monitoring, Account Review, Market Surveillance, Legal, and other departments), preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (“SARs”) for submission, and assisting with other critical components/development of the compliance program that may arise from time to time.
Gemini’s Compliance team is constantly evolving and developing new processes and controls. In this role, you will contribute to that development, while being an integral part of a best-in-class Compliance team.

The Role: Staff Software Engineer (Post-Trade Data)
As an engineer on the Trading Systems team, you’ll architect and solve complex problems that will directly influence the direction of the digital asset space. Gemini’s Customer Support Team is a highly skilled and dynamic group dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Each team member plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience when seeking assistance, asking questions, or sharing feedback. The Gemini Credit Card and Exchange teams are expanding their presence with a regional office to better align customer support divisions. Collectively, these teams efficiently handle all inbound phone-based service requests and communications for the Gemini Credit Card and email-based requests for Gemini Exchange.
The Role: Associate Director, Customer Support (Operations Center)
As an Associate Director of the regional team, your role will be a combination of “getting your hands dirty” and management responsibilities within an inbound contact center. The Role: Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer
As a Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader and force multiplier across the full breadth of Enterprise Infrastructure – from end-user support excellence to backend platform engineering and automation.
You will apply DevOps methodologies to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the systems that underpin Gemini's global workforce. This includes owning strategies and execution for endpoint management, user identity and access lifecycle, internal tooling, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-augmented operational workflows. You will define and track key metrics, communicate trends and capacity insights to leadership, and make strategic decisions about tooling adoption, vendor relationships, and architectural direction with an awareness of how these decisions impact teams and stakeholders beyond Enterprise Infrastructure.
A core expectation of this role is that you approach problems with an eye toward scalability and sustainability, building systems that reduce manual toil, improve reliability, and position the team for rapid growth.
