You will be working as a part of the product squad with a functional reporting into the Head of Product.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Product Discovery - hypothesis driven deep dives (existing product usage data) to identify user problems, quantify size of the problem and highlight solution(s).
- Solution confidence - product experiments are a means to an end. They help us produce data to build confidence on the product & features we plan to invest in. You would be the product experimentation expert and would observe data, propose, design and analyse product experiments.
- Product and feature performance review - new features solve user user problems and drive product usage and thus adoption. You would work with product teams to identify & analyse various impact hypotheses behind new products and features and define measurable KPIs.
- User research - solving user problems helps us achieve commercial goals. You would identify opportunities, perform data deep dives (exploratory and hypothesis driven) to improve our collective understanding of user problems and assist working groups to focus on and prioritise high impact user problems.
- Goals to KPI translations - you would work with product managers to break overall revenue goals into business KPIs, identify impact hypotheses and convert into measurable product KPIs. You would work with analytics engineers to enable KPI reporting through visually speaking dashboards.
- Engagement to LTV correlations - engagement driven products and features have an indirect, unestablished impact on member longevity (commercially speaking LTV). We use data to establish this correlation and quantify the indirect impact. You would be required to perform custom analysis, using statistical methods to validate these correlations and assist product teams to prioritise investment on scaling product and features that have an indirect impact on engagement, longevity and thus LTV.
- Experimentation & product growth - you will operate with a high degree of user behaviour awareness (backed by consistent event data observation) and assist product managers by designing experiments to drive product adoption. You would use custom data analysis and statistical methods to analyse experiment results.
- Self Serve Product Analytics - partner with data, engineering, data product and data science teams to deliver a world-class self-serve event data analytics platform for app and web products. Our experimentation stack includes platforms like LaunchDarkly for shipping variants, Segment for events, Heap for visualisation. You would be required to partner with data-science teams to build a stats-engine for relevant KPIs for each product enabling a seamless self-serve analytics for business and product teams.
You’ll be a great fit if:

Content Strategist, Product Education (Part time)New

We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way. Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.
Role:
SoFi's Content Strategy team is looking for a part-time Content Strategist to support our Product Education program. This role powers the execution layer for multimedia educational content — supporting brief creation, navigating the compliance process end-to-end, and keeping multiple workstreams organized and moving. You're the kind of person who sees a brief and immediately knows what questions to ask, then gets to work. You write clearly, manage complexity calmly, and never let a compliance submission age in a queue.
This is a role for a strategic executor: someone who can hold both the craft of writing and the rigor of operations at once, and who uses AI tools as a natural extension of their workflow.
What You'll Do:
Writing & Editing Support
- Take creative and strategic briefs and produce polished content drafts across formats — articles, explainers, email, scripts, social copy, and more
- Edit and refine content produced by other contributors, applying a consistent brand and editorial voice
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, research, and iteration — and know when to rely on craft over automation
- Translate complex financial and product concepts into clear, accessible language for a broad consumer audience
Compliance Management
- Own the compliance process for Product Education content — submitting assets, managing redlines, tracking approvals, and executing required changes
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date compliance tracker so the team always knows where each asset stands
- Proactively follow up with compliance stakeholders to keep reviews moving and timelines intact
Project Management & Operations
- Take notes in cross-functional meetings and distribute clear, actionable recaps
- Maintain status updates across active workstreams so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
- Route drafts to the right reviewers at the right time, managing version control and feedback loops
- Serve as a reliable operational backbone for the Product Education program, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed
AI-Enabled Workflow
- Leverage AI tools throughout the content production cycle — from research and outlining to drafting and revision
- Propose and implement AI-assisted workflows that improve speed and consistency without sacrificing quality
- Stay current on tools relevant to educational content and compliance-heavy environments
Who You Are:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial, or a related field
- You are a strong writer and editor who can move from brief to polished draft with minimal hand-holding
- You are detail-obsessed and calm under the administrative pressure of a compliance-heavy workflow
- You are a natural project manager: you track things, follow up, and make sure nothing slips
- You are fluent with AI writing and productivity tools and use them to work smarter, not just faster
- Experience with financial services, fintech, or regulated content environments is a strong plus
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way. Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.
Role:
SoFi's Content Strategy team is seeking a part-time Content Strategist to support our Podcasts & Video program — specifically our flagship property, The Important Part: Investing with Liz Thomas podcast (TIP). This role sits at the intersection of editorial rigor, production operations, and AI-enabled workflow. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps TIP's content machine moving: ensuring scripts are sharp, production days run smoothly, deliverables hit deadlines, and every asset — from thumbnail to long-form video — clears quality and compliance bars before it goes out the door.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is equally comfortable in a live recording session and a compliance tracker. You move fast, communicate clearly, and never let details slip.
What You'll Do:
Editorial & Production Support
- Review and edit scripts for clarity, accuracy, and brand voice ahead of recording
- Attend recordings and provide live, real-time feedback during shoots and tapings
- Conduct QA on long-form and short-form video and audio content (V1s and V2s), delivering clear and specific editorial direction with each round
- Write and edit copy for long- and short-form content across formats as needed — from episode descriptions to social pull-quotes
YouTube & Organic Discovery
- Support day-to-day YouTube channel management for TIP, including uploads, metadata, thumbnails, playlists, titles, descriptions, tags, end screens, and related video strategy
- Write and iterate YouTube titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and packaging to improve organic discovery, CTR, retention, and subscriber growth
- Track performance signals across full episodes, clips, and Shorts, identifying patterns and opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- Stay current on YouTube best practices, platform changes, and organic growth strategies for video-first podcasts
Content Calendar & Project Management
- Own and maintain TIP's content calendar, tracking all deliverables across video, audio, written, and visual formats
- Ensure all moving parts — thumbnails, tiles, copy, video cuts, audio files, and written assets — are delivered on time and to spec
- Serve as the operational hub for TIP, flagging risks, resolving blockers, and keeping the broader team aligned on status
AI-Enabled Operations
- Identify and implement AI-assisted tools to accelerate script review, transcription, copy drafting, and asset QA
- Build repeatable AI-augmented workflows that reduce manual lift on production cycles
- Stay current on emerging tools relevant to podcast and video content production
Compliance
- Manage all compliance submissions for TIP content, including tracking requests, routing redlines, following up on approvals, and implementing required changes
- Maintain a clear compliance log so no submission falls through the cracks
Who You Are:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in content production, editorial, or a content operations role — ideally with podcast, video, or multimedia experience
- You are a sharp editor who can give specific, actionable feedback, not just general notes
- You are an organized, proactive project manager who thrives on owning a calendar and holding a team to deadlines
- You are comfortable in live production environments and can communicate feedback diplomatically and clearly in real time
- You are fluent in AI-assisted tools and eager to build smarter workflows
- Experience with financial content or fintech is a plus; comfort translating complex topics for a general audience is required
- You have hands-on experience managing or supporting YouTube channels, ideally for podcasts, video series, media brands, or creator-led content

About Gusto
At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.
All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.
AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.
About the Role:
We’re expanding our Sales team and looking for driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate new opportunities. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your responsibility will be to identify businesses that could benefit from Gusto, reaching out through thoughtful cold outreach, and starting conversations that turn into real opportunities for our Account Executives.
This is a high-energy, prospecting-focused role built for someone who's hungry to grow a career in sales. You'll spend your days researching accounts, running outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social, and qualifying interest before handing off well-vetted opportunities. You'll learn the fundamentals of a top-tier sales motion and have a clear path to advance into a closing role.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct over 100 cold calls to prospective buyers, facilitating next steps such as scheduling meetings for account executives to further qualify leads.
- Qualify Opportunities: Identify and nurture a large volume of prospects to qualify leads through multiple channels.
- Innovate with AI: Leverage AI Agents and other AI tools in our tech stack to drive increased efficiency and output across your daily processes.

- Maintain CRM Hygiene: Accurately log all activities and insights in Salesforce and maintain a disciplined, data-driven approach to outreach.
- Hit Goals & Grow: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly quotas and metrics, while contributing to a high-performing team culture focused on results and career development.
- AI Fluency: Use AI-powered workflows as a core part of how you sell: running assigned tools daily, surfacing friction and inefficiencies as you find them, and collaborating with your team to influence what gets built or improved next.
Here’s what we're looking for:
- 1+ years of sales or outbound prospecting experience, ideally in SaaS, HCM, HR Tech, or FinTech but specific industry experience not required
- Expertise in outbound prospecting and sales strategy, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling messaging.
- Strong command of Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Claude (or other AI Models) and similar tools with demonstrated mastery in managing the sales pipeline.
- Strong judgment in handling complex situations, including decision-making in ambiguous or challenging scenarios.
- Takes initiative and requires minimal direction, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of the accounting industry or payroll/HR tech and its role in business operations.
- Ability to engage with high-level decision-makers and executives.
- Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work — across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.
Our cash compensation range for this role ranges from $27.17 - $31.90 per hour with a 20% commission structure in the Denver location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.
Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.
