  • Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with clients and internal leadership.
  • Partner with Project Managers on individual engagements, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and support for blocking issues as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery execution with client objectives and company priorities.
  • Champion program governance guidelines, change management, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute to PMO capability-building, including playbook development, methodology refinement, and team mentoring, as the practice scales.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components.
  • Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors.
  • Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms.
  • Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, bring up, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Proven track record to deliver platforms with principled reliability, auditability, and compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Experience building teams and capabilities that scale across diverse regions and regulatory frameworks.
  • Intellectual curiosity - you love to dig into how things work and understand how to improve and scale them
  • You thrive with autonomy and responsibility
  • (Preferred) Good understanding of Java Spring, microservice architecture and AWS

And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

THE WORK:

At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, and governments, we are improving the global financial system. Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer.

We believe data-driven decisions are the heartbeat of a successful enterprise. As a Professional Services Consultant, you are the critical link between our cutting-edge technology and the real-world financial goals of our global clients. Your mission is to deeply understand a client's unique business environment and architect a SQL-backed configuration that transforms their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
  • Solution & Data Architecture: Design the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury. You will be responsible for the structural integrity of the data migration and system integration.
  • Advanced SQL Engineering: Design and execute complex SQL scripts for data mapping and custom reporting. While we leverage AI tools to accelerate script creation, you will own the validation, optimization, and "sanity-checking" of all code.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 point of contact for implementation issues, diagnosing and resolving data-level discrepancies by tracing logic through complex database schemas.
  • Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes using data-driven insights.=
  • Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup—from the UI to the database—aligns perfectly with the strategic vision.
  • Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • SQL Logic & Structure: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in SQL. You must demonstrate "Architectural Thinking"—the ability to understand relational database design and indexing without relying solely on AI-generated syntax.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding exactly how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
  • AI Augmentation Literacy: Experience using AI tools to increase coding velocity, coupled with the critical eye necessary to debug and refine AI-produced logic.
  • Implementation Background: 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
  • Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
  • Financial Fluency: Comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk with Corporate Treasury and Accounting teams.
  • Consultative Mindset: You don't just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to translate "tech-speak" (SQL logic and API structures) into "CFO-speak" (ROI and financial risk mitigation).
  • Problem-Solving DNA: A passion for diagnosing issues at the root cause rather than applying "band-aid" fixes to data errors.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Observability

RippleChicago, Illinois, United States
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 9, 2026

At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world.

Ripple Treasury, now a Ripple solution acquired in 2025, marks a significant expansion into the multi-trillion-dollar corporate finance arena. With more than 40 years of experience supporting some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated companies, Ripple Treasury integrates a treasury command center into Ripple’s technology stack—giving corporates the ability to move, manage, and optimize liquidity in real-time, across traditional and digital assets, under one expanded umbrella.

THE WORK:

This is an engineering-first role with a coaching dimension—not the other way around. You will spend the majority of your time doing hands-on observability and reliability engineering work: building instrumentation, designing alert configurations, authoring Terraform, and troubleshooting production systems. Alongside that, you will coach and consult with stream-aligned product teams, helping them build operational maturity over time.

You will join Ripple’s Technical Operations team and work across Azure (80%) and AWS (20%) environments supporting infrastructure that is predominantly Windows-based (80%), handling significant payment volume for enterprise treasury customers. The incident management program you will help build is early-stage—you will be establishing practices, not inheriting a mature playbook.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Observability Engineering

    • Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards in New Relic (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics) across Azure and AWS; write NRQL queries for troubleshooting, analysis, and reporting.
    • Define and implement SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; coach teams on using them to balance feature velocity with reliability and communicate system health to stakeholders.
    • Lead alert noise reduction and signal quality engineering—tune thresholds, eliminate false positives, and ensure every alert is actionable.
    • Optimize observability costs through log ingestion management, pipeline rules, and New Relic configuration governance.
    • Partner with engineering teams to improve observability maturity: structured logging, metrics instrumentation (RED/USE methods), distributed tracing, and effective dashboard patterns.

    Infrastructure & IaC

    • Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code for provisioning and managing monitoring resources, alert configurations, and observability infrastructure—this is a primary engineering responsibility, not an occasional task.
    • Establish and enforce IaC governance standards for observability infrastructure across teams, providing a repeatable, auditable model for how monitoring resources are managed.
    • Author and troubleshoot Azure DevOps pipelines; support teams with deployment visibility, change tracking, and release hygiene as it relates to production reliability.

    Incident Management

    • Administer and configure Incident.IO: alert routing, notification workflows, Slack and OpsGenie integration, and runbook management—operationalizing what exists today and expanding from there.
    • Build out incident management foundations that are largely yours to establish: PIR/postmortem processes, on-call rotation design, escalation policies, incident severity classification, and response playbooks.
    • Track and report on MTTR, MTTD, and incident frequency; identify trends and drive continuous improvement in partnership with engineering teams.
    • Respond to and debrief on production incidents—providing real-time troubleshooting support and facilitating structured post-incident reviews.

    Cross-Functional Enablement

    • Enable stream-aligned engineering teams to adopt improved observability and incident management practices through workshops, consultation, and hands-on guidance.
    • Collaborate with the Subsystems Platform Team to translate common needs into self-service observability and incident management capabilities.
    • Build lasting team competency through documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions that outlast any individual engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Core SRE Experience

    • 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with a strong focus on observability and production operations.
    • Proven ability to deliver hands-on engineering work while coaching and mentoring teams—comfortable switching between builder and consultant modes.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Observability & Incident Management Expertise — Required
    • Expert-level hands-on experience with New Relic (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, Alerts) and strong NRQL proficiency for troubleshooting and analysis.
    • Deep understanding of structured logging, metrics collection (RED/USE methods), distributed tracing, and designing effective dashboards and alerts.
    • Expertise defining and implementing SLOs/SLIs and error budgets for reliability management.
    • Hands-on experience with incident management platforms (Incident.IO, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, or similar).
    • Experience designing incident response workflows, on-call rotations, escalation policies, and facilitating post-incident reviews that drive actionable improvements.
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues using observability data across distributed systems.

    Infrastructure & Tools — Required
    • Strong Terraform experience: developing and maintaining IaC for cloud infrastructure and monitoring resources; familiarity with IaC governance patterns.
    • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting (required given the 80% Windows environment).
    • Strong experience with Azure cloud (App Services, Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, networking, monitoring) and working knowledge of AWS.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline authoring and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with Octopus Deploy for deployment management and release orchestration.
    • Comfort working across both Windows and Linux server environments.
    • Familiarity with Slack for operational workflows, alert routing, and incident communication.

    Desired / Additional
    • Experience with alert noise reduction strategies and observability cost optimization (log ingestion, pipeline rules, cardinality management).
    • Background facilitating chaos engineering, game day exercises, or failure injection to build team resilience.
    • Knowledge of VM-hosted SQL Server monitoring and performance optimization.
    • Familiarity with FinTech compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and audit evidence collection.
    • Experience measuring and improving key reliability metrics (MTTR, MTTD, availability, error budgets) at an organizational level.
    • Python or Bash scripting experience in addition to PowerShell.
    • Familiarity with Jira for incident tracking and workflow automation.

  • Strong existing relationships with financial and crypto press; credibility in both TradFi and digital asset circles
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; sharp judgment and the ability to adapt quickly without losing precision
  • A self-starter AND great teammate – someone who wants to push boundaries, try new ideas, shake up the classic comms playbook, and have fun doing it. We don’t take ourselves too seriously – you shouldn’t either!

Senior Staff Security Engineer, AI

RippleSan Francisco, CA, United States
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 2, 2026

At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

THE WORK:

As a Senior Staff Security Engineer focused on AI Security, you will be Ripple's deepest technical expert at the intersection of artificial intelligence and security. This is a purpose-built, high-impact individual contributor role that spans two critical mandates: securing AI systems that Ripple builds and operates, and harnessing AI to make Ripple's security function faster, smarter, and more scalable.

You will lead the technical strategy for AI security across the agentic SDLC, define and operationalize guardrails for LLM and agentic AI adoption, and build AI-powered security tooling in close partnership with the broader organization to embed AI security into how Ripple operates every day. You will also shape Ripple's external posture on AI security, contributing to industry standards, regulatory discussions, and Ripple's published security practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive the AI Security technical strategy and roadmap, defining how Ripple secures its AI systems, governs agentic workflows, and embeds security controls into the AI development lifecycle from day one.
  • Design and implement security controls for LLM-integrated and agentic AI systems, including sandboxing, identity and permission scoping, runtime monitoring, and containment of autonomous agent actions that exceed authorized scope.
  • Own AI security across the Controlled Agentic SDLC, establishing security guardrails, AI provenance standards, dual-review requirements, and audit trail controls for AI-assisted development across Ripple Engineering.
  • Lead the security review and risk assessment of all AI integrations entering production, including LLM APIs, SaaS copilots, AI code editors, agentic workflows, third-party MCP servers, and vendor-embedded AI.
  • Build and scale Ripple's Shadow AI detection capability, surfacing unsanctioned AI usage, driving adoption of the AI acceptable use policy, and ensuring all AI workflows operate within Ripple's auditable perimeter.
  • Serve as Ripple's go-to technical resource on agentic AI risks, including MCP server security, tool poisoning, prompt injection at the orchestration layer, and excessive agency in multi-agent systems, translating emerging threats into concrete mitigations with Engineering and Product.
  • Shape Ripple's external AI security posture, contributing to industry frameworks, engaging regulators, and publishing research that establishes Ripple as a credible voice in responsible AI security.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 10+ years of Security Engineering experience with demonstrated depth in at least two domains, such as Product Security, Cloud Security, or Security Operations, and meaningful hands-on exposure to AI or ML security in practice.
  • Solid understanding of AI and LLM security concepts, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, model extraction, RAG manipulation, and agentic risks such as tool poisoning, excessive agency, and MCP server vulnerabilities.
  • Experience securing agentic AI systems, including sandboxing, permission scoping, human-in-the-loop design, or runtime monitoring for autonomous workflows.
  • Fluency with core Security Engineering domains including cloud security on AWS, GCP, or Azure, CI/CD pipeline security, container and Kubernetes security, IAM, and API security, with the ability to reason about how these apply in AI-specific contexts.
  • Strong threat modeling instincts, whether using STRIDE, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM Top 10, or your own approach, and comfort applying frameworks to architectures where the playbook remains in development.
  • Experience in FinTech, crypto, or other highly regulated environments is a strong plus, ideally with exposure to frameworks like NYDFS, MAS, DORA, or SOC 2 as they relate to AI adoption.
  • Proven ability to work across teams, influence technical direction without direct authority, and bring structure to problems that span Engineering, Product, and Security.
  • A genuine builder's mentality. You are energized by problems without established playbooks, comfortable building in ambiguity, and motivated by raising the bar in an area that is still being defined.

Business Development Manager

RippleNew York, NY, United States
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 2, 2026

At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

THE WORK:

Ripple is expanding its Business Development team in North America and hiring a Business Development Manager to drive RWA tokenization and institutional DeFi activity on the XRP Ledger.

This role sits at the intersection of institutional capital markets and regulated on-chain infrastructure, with responsibility for sourcing, structuring, and closing partnerships with asset managers, issuers, broker-dealers, custodians, tokenization platforms, and institutional DeFi venues that will make XRPL the venue of choice for tokenized real-world assets.

Your portfolio spans two priorities under the RWA tokenization umbrella:

  1. XRP Ledger (XRPL) Collateral Mobility — mobilizing tokenized assets as on-chain collateral across repo, lending, prime brokerage, trading, and the broader institutional DeFi stack.
  2. Ripple Capital Markets (RCM), Ripple's institutional product for bringing capital markets workflows (issuance, settlement, post-trade) onto the XRP Ledger. You will execute against the strategy and translate it into a partner book that moves the market — not incrementally, but materially.

Based in our New York office alongside the Ripple Prime team, you will also partner directly with Ripple Prime to source and structure joint opportunities that pair tokenized asset issuance and on-chain capital markets workflows with Ripple Prime's institutional offering. This is an externally facing role at one of the most important inflection points in financial markets, at a company with the credibility, capital, and customer footprint to win it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and execute Ripple's RWA tokenization business development plan in North America.
  • Source and closing institutional partnerships that drive issuance, distribution, and adoption of tokenized assets on the XRP Ledger.
  •  Drive partnerships for RippleX Collateral Mobility, mobilizing tokenized assets as on-chain collateral across lending, prime brokerage, trading, and institutional DeFi venues — unlocking new capital efficiency for institutional counterparties.
  • Drive partnerships for Ripple Capital Markets, bringing institutional capital markets workflows — including issuance, settlement, and post-trade — onto the XRP Ledger.
  • Partner directly with the Ripple Prime team in New York to source, structure, and close joint opportunities that combine tokenized asset issuance and on-chain capital markets workflows with Ripple Prime's institutional offering.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 6+ years of business development, strategic partnerships or coverage experience within fintech, financial services, or digital assets — ideally at an investment bank, asset manager, market infrastructure provider, leading fintech, tokenization platform, or top-tier crypto firm.
  • Solid understanding of institutional capital markets concepts such as collateral, securities lending, repo, settlement, custody, and market infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of tokenization, RWA, stablecoins, institutional DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure, with experience driving adoption in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to source, structure, and execute complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements with measurable revenue or strategic outcomes.
  • An established network across institutional counterparties — asset issuers, capital markets institutions, custodians, prime brokers, and the digital asset ecosystem — that you can mobilize from day one.
  • Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments — this is a from-scratch team in a from-scratch market.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency with both AI and standard tools of the trade (Claude, Gemini, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or equivalent is helpful.

Role Overview

At Ripple, we're building a world where value moves like information does today. It's big, it's bold, and we're already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you're ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Data Engineering team, you set the technical direction for the Caspian Data Platform — Ripple's centralized lakehouse powering analytics, financial reporting, product intelligence, and data-driven operations across every business unit. You own the architecture for ingestion, transformation, governance, and data quality across the platform, and you stay deep in the code while you, do it. You are the bar raiser for the team: the engineer who sets the standard for how data is built at Ripple, and the others learn from by working alongside you.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design of the core pillars of the platform — ingestion, transformation, governance, and data quality — and build the most critical components yourself.
  • Define the engineering patterns and reference architectures for Databricks pipelines, and stay hands-on shipping production flows, writing the reference implementations, and prototyping the hard parts before the team scales them.
  • Establish the benchmark for data quality and governance — expectations, data contracts, lineage, validation frameworks — and hold the team to it through building and code review.
  • Lead the most complex, ambiguous initiatives that span multiple quarters and teams, from problem statement to delivered capability.
  • Lead the technical direction for applying AI across data engineering. This includes agentic systems for pipeline operations, automated transformation generation, and self-serve analytics interfaces. Develop the first versions yourself.
  • Act as the quality standard bearer: raise code quality, build rigor, and engineering judgment across the team, and mentor senior engineers into greater ownership.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of data engineering experience, with a strong track record of architecting and operating data platforms at scale — while remaining deeply hands-on.
  • Deep mastery of Databricks — Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Spark — with the judgment to make platform-level decisions and the skill to implement them.
  • Demonstrated ownership of ingestion, transformation, governance, and data quality across a production platform.
  • Expert in SQL and Python, applied to complex data modeling, transformation, and platform tooling.
  • Strong AWS experience operating data systems at scale.
  • A history of being the technical bar raiser — setting standards and patterns that other engineers build on, and lifting the quality of everyone around you.
  • Experience driving AI tooling into data engineering workflows — building agentic systems, integrating LLMs into developer workflows, or enabling conversational analytics.
  • The ability to influence through technical credibility and translate tradeoffs for both engineers and leadership.

Senior Manager, Software Engineering – Identity Platform

The Identity Platform at Ripple is the backbone of how we know and trust our customers. It’s a horizontal capability powering every critical step of the customer lifecycle — from onboarding and meeting compliance requirements to enabling secure, seamless product experiences across Ripple’s entire suite.

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead the team that will design, deliver, and scale this platform for the next chapter of Ripple’s growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of platform engineering, vendor integration, and cross-product orchestration, ensuring Ripple can move faster, operate with trust, and meet the demands of a regulated global business.

This is a high-leverage leadership role: you will build the team from the ground up, own the evolution of a trusted identity data model decoupled from legacy systems, and deliver the capabilities that make Ripple’s customer experiences secure, compliant, and ready to scale worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to the Identity Platform — defining its culture, standards, and ways of working from day one.

  • Partner with Product, Compliance, and other engineering teams to deliver capabilities that power customer onboarding and compliance workflows across Ripple’s products.

  • Integrate with world-class vendors like Persona for KYC/KYB, while owning the orchestration, persistence, and service layers that connect them to Ripple’s core systems.

  • Lead the design and governance of a core identity data model, decoupled from legacy systems and built as a source-of-truth across Ripple.

  • Build for global scale — enabling identity workflows that meet diverse regulatory requirements and operational needs across multiple geographies.

  • Define and implement a technical roadmap balancing near-term delivery with long-term architectural durability.

  • Champion engineering excellence in design, testing, security, observability, and operational practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager (or equivalent) leading platform or identity-focused teams delivering complex, distributed systems.

  • Domain expertise in identity, KYC/KYB, regtech, or compliance-heavy platforms — with hands-on delivery of critical identity capabilities.

  • Experience integrating major vendors into platform architectures while maintaining reliability, security, and compliance.

  • Strength in guiding teams through complex system migrations and legacy decoupling.

  • Skilled at aligning diverse team members — across engineering, product, compliance, and legal — into a coherent technical strategy.

  • Proven ability to deliver platforms with uncompromising reliability, auditability, and compliance in a regulated environment.

  • Experience building teams and capabilities that scale across multiple geographies and regulatory frameworks.

Why This Role is High-Impact

  • Horizontal reach: Your work will power identity, onboarding, and compliance capabilities across all Ripple products.

  • Foundational scope: You’ll shape the platform that underpins trust, regulatory compliance, and customer activation globally.

  • Global complexity: Build systems that work across multiple geographies, each with unique regulatory and operational needs.

  • Strategic alignment: This work is a top company priority with direct sponsorship from senior engineering and business leadership.

If you want to own a platform at the heart of Ripple’s global customer experience — one that demands technical excellence, deep domain expertise, and leadership at scale — we’d love to talk.
