Your future manager: Your manager will be Benjamin Director of Engineering.His background? Benjamin started as a network software developer at Thales, where he also owned software integration and verification for defence routing protocols. He then moved into machine learning and became CTO of Collective Thinking, a healthcare deep-learning startup, where he hired, onboarded and managed a team of 10 engineers. He joined Qonto in 2021 as Lead Backend, became Senior Lead Backend, then Head of Back-End, and is now Director of Engineering.
