QontoParis
Full-timeNot specifiedJul 10, 2026
Our mission and customers: We are creating the freedom for SMEs to succeed by delivering Europe's leading finance workspace with banking at its core, augmented by financial tools. We are proud to be rated 4.8 on Trustpilot, based on 55,000+ reviews. Our culture puts customer satisfaction at the core of what we do, as proven by our Net Promoter Score of 75 (more about our culture here). Our journey: Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000+ customers across 8 European countries. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started. Our beliefs: We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, of which 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity isn't a program; It's who we are. We've built a discrimination-free hiring process because the best teams are built on merit. AI at Qonto: AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as a Compliance Expert Data Analyst to build the analytics foundations that power Qonto's compliance execution. You'll own a brand-new scope — monitoring KYC/KYB funnels, remediation campaigns, and financial exposure — working cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control, under the guidance of Alma, our Lead Data Analyst. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will - Build compliance process monitoring from scratch: You'll build and own the data infrastructure that powers compliance monitoring at Qonto — from onboarding funnel analytics to remediation financial exposure — giving product, operations and compliance teams the self-service tools they need to make decisions without waiting on a data request. - Model and transform data with dbt: With the collaboration of Analytics Engineer Team, you'll build end-to-end transformation pipelines from source to consumption layer, keeping metric definitions clean and trusted by non-technical stakeholders. - Turn regulatory questions into self-service assets: You'll partner with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control to scope and ship analytical tools - Own the KYC/KYB funnel analytics end-to-end: You'll deliver insights from CS initiation through KYB validation — refusal reasons, document gaps, lead-time distributions — so teams can act on friction fast. - Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure: You'll measure MRR secured, at risk, or lost across active campaigns, with peak intensity in Q4 (budget season) and May–June (reforecast). 🤔 What you can expect - A greenfield, strategically critical scope: Qonto is under close regulatory scrutiny — you'll build analytics foundations that matter company-wide, not just for your team. - Senior, cross-functional exposure from day one: Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, Internal Control — few DA roles give you this breadth of senior stakeholder access at this level. - Real ownership in the Modern Data Stack: You'll build in Omni and dbt with a high degree of autonomy — no legacy to untangle, just foundations to create. - A team where AI is a first-class tool: Unlimited access to AI tools (Claude, Cursor, and more) to evolve how you work, not just output more. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Alma, our Lead Data Analyst for Ops & Finance. Alma knows exactly what it takes to build an analytics function that actually changes decisions, and she'll push you to do the same. Alma reports to Erwan, Director of Business Analytics who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams. 🏅 About You - Compliance or regulated environment experience: You've worked analytically on KYC/KYB, AML, remediation, or similar regulatory/operational processes — and you know how to get credible with those stakeholders fast. - Self-service product mindset: You've designed dashboards and models for end-users to explore autonomously, adapting the same dataset from ops-level (daily SLA tracking) to exec-level (budget readouts). - Cross-functional stakeholder management: You've juggled competing analytical priorities across multiple teams — and you know how to scope clearly, push back when needed, and drive adoption. - Strong SQL and data modelling skills: You've built end-to-end transformation pipelines, enforced data quality, and made non-technical stakeholders trust your numbers. - AI-native workflow: You actively use AI tools to accelerate your analytics work — from data modelling to stakeholder communication — and you're genuinely curious about going further. - Language: Fluent in English. At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.

AI at Qonto: AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as Level 1 Permanent Control Coordinator to take on a structural challenge: making Qonto's first line of defence genuinely own its control framework. You'll build the Level 1 Target Operating Model from scratch, run the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) cycle, and produce the risk cartography and governance reporting that keeps regulators and leadership aligned, under the guidance of Maxime, our Operational Risk Manager. ➡️ What you'll do - Design the Level 1 control plan: Roll out a unified control framework across all Qonto teams, defining minimum standards for control objectives, owners, procedures, evidence requirements, and remediation logic. - Own the RCSA-based risk cartography: Build the Risk & Control Self Assessment methodology with business teams and maintain a first-line risk cartography aligned with the broader risk framework. - Define and deploy the Level 1 Target Operating Model: Formalize roles, processes, escalation routes, and first-line/second-line interactions, then drive adoption across the organization. - Produce governance reporting: Consolidate Level 1 control execution data (completion rates, failed controls, remediation status) and present to the Risk Committee and relevant governance bodies. - Keep LoD1 and LoD2 genuinely separate: Act as the first-line counterpart of Internal Control, ensuring first-line teams own their framework independently. ➡️ What we're looking for - Permanent control or operational risk background: 3-5 years experience in permanent control, internal control, or operational risk in a regulated banking environment and understand what strong first-line ownership looks like. - Sound knowledge of French banking regulation: You're familiar with the Arrêté du 3 novembre 2014 (Art. 12, 100/102), EBA internal governance guidelines (EBA/GL/2021/05), and the Three Lines of Defence model. - Hands-on RCSA and risk cartography experience: You've designed or maintained RCSA methodologies, risk taxonomies, and risk cartographies. - Getting teams on board: You know how to get business teams to change their practices through clear standards, governance visibility, and well-structured escalation paths. - AI-ready: You use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting loops, and you're excited to bring that mindset to how you build processes. ➡️ What we can offer you - Real structural impact: This role exists to give the first line genuine ownership of its control framework, and you'll own the build from design through to rollout. - High governance visibility: Your output feeds directly into the Risk Committee and regulatory-level reporting. - Build before you maintain: The TOM, RCSA methodology, and harmonized control plan don't exist yet; you're designing them, not inheriting a legacy. - Scope that grows with you: As the framework embeds, the role evolves from project delivery into owning the recurring annual cycle. ➡️ Your future manager You'll report to Maxime, our Operational Risk Manager at Qonto. Maxime built his risk expertise across regulated banking and asset management — from Operational Risk Analyst at ODDO BHF to Risk Officer at Ardian, before joining Qonto in 2025. He holds a Master's from ESCP Europe and an AMF certification, and brings a structured, framework-oriented approach alongside a solid understanding of what genuine first-line control ownership looks like in a regulated environment.

Collaborateur·rice Comptable - Junior/Senior/Manager

QontoParis

We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 🌏 Location: France, Germany, Spain, or Italy — full remote-friendly. Join us as a Senior Backend Engineer to build the AI-powered tooling that enables Qonto's financial crime compliance teams to make decisions faster and with greater confidence, directly supporting our path to a full banking licence. ➡️ As a Backend Engineer at Qonto, you will - Build AI-integrated backend systems: Design and ship production-grade services that connect AI models (Claude, OpenAI, or open-source equivalents) to our compliance workflows, handling prompting, output parsing, and model behaviour in a real regulated-industry context - Own service architecture end-to-end: Co-own design, reliability, and scalability from day one, no PM layer between you and the technical decisions that shape the product - Automate AML/AFC compliance operations: Translate compliance agent workflows into software, from EDD automation to customer onboarding acceleration, with direct feedback from the ops teams you're helping - Drive continuous improvement: From production monitoring to post-mortems, you track impact, flag regressions, and improve what's in your scope with your peers and manager - Shape the technical direction: In a team of 5, every engineer carries architectural weight. You'll lead design discussions, anticipate risks, and contribute to how the platform evolves ➡️ What you can expect - Short time-boxes and lean process: daily goals, light Kanban, ceremonies, you spend most of your time building, not in planning meetings - AI is the product, not a side tool: this team's output is AI-powered compliance tooling. You'll use Claude or OpenAI to solve real problems, and you'll be expected to handle model behaviour reliably in production, not just use AI to go faster - Direct roadmap ownership: no dedicated PM means you and the team define priorities, your judgment shapes what gets built next - Close feedback loop: AML/AFC ops teams proactively raise needs and respond quickly to what you ship. Lead time reduction, prediction confidence, and agent throughput are the metrics that tell you it's working ➡️ Your future team You'll join a team of 5 engineers within Qonto's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) domain, alongside Ioannis (Tech Lead) and a mix of Senior/Staff Backend Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers. You'll be part of a 190-strong backend engineering community within a 500+ Product Engineering department. One important clarification: this team does not build fraud detection engines or KYC/KYB rule engines. Those exist elsewhere at Qonto. This team builds the automation layer on top, turning model outputs into decisions that help compliance agents respond faster. It's a backend role at the intersection of AI integration and regulated-industry operations. ➡️ About you - AI integration in production: You've shipped systems where AI (Claude, OpenAI, or open-source) is a core functional component, not a coding assistant, but the product itself. - Strong backend foundation: Solid experience with large-scale web application architecture and real production constraints + Ideally experience in Python. - Sound architectural judgment: You make confident system design decisions independently and can articulate the trade-offs. - Product instinct without a PM: You're comfortable owning the full cycle: scoping, prioritizing, shipping, success metrics

You'll run real controls from day one, interviewing engineers, reviewing processes, tracking remediations, all under the guidance of Charlotte, responsible of Internal Control (Tech & Product). ➡️ What you'll do - Own monthly tech controls end-to-end: Each month you'll be assigned controls covering access management, change management, security processes, and cybersecurity topics — and take them from stakeholder interview to final report. - Interview control owners across the tech org: You'll meet with Security, Data, Backend, and SRE teams to assess how processes actually work vs. how they're supposed to. - Formalize your findings into sharp, actionable reports: You'll synthesize what you've collected into clear, structured control documentation that surfaces the key risks and next steps. - Track remediations until they're closed: When you identify a gap, you own the follow-up — making sure agreed fixes happen on time, every time. - Use AI to move faster and understand more: You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and understanding of technical processes you've never seen before. ➡️ What we're looking for - You communicate clearly, even with technical audiences: You know how to walk into a meeting with a senior engineer, build credibility quickly, and ask the questions that actually matter. - You can turn complexity into clarity: You produce structured documents that lead with the key findings — not a dump of everything you heard. - You're genuinely curious: When you hit an unfamiliar domain (access control, security processes, code behavior), your first instinct is to dig in and understand the "why." - You think structurally: You can separate what you observed from what it means, and you propose practical solutions rather than just flagging issues. - You're in M1 or M2 of Information Systems Management, IS Audit, or Engineering: English is required; French is a plus. ➡️ What we can offer you - Work at the heart of Qonto's most important transformation: We're becoming a fully licensed bank, and this team is directly responsible for making that happen safely and compliantly. - Cross-functional exposure across the entire tech org: You'll work with Security, Data, Backend, and SRE — seeing how a fast-scaling fintech actually operates from the inside. - Real ownership, not shadowing: Charlotte gives you the work, the tools, and the context — then trusts you to deliver independently. - A mentor who's been exactly where you are: Charlotte built her career from Information Systems Management and knows exactly what you need to develop in this space. ➡️ Your future manager You'll be working with Charlotte Guilbaud, responsible of Internal Control (Tech & Product). Charlotte came up through Information Systems Management herself, which means she knows exactly where you're starting from. Her approach is to give you the context, the stakeholders, and the tools, then trust you to own your work. Expect real autonomy, weekly 1:1s to check in on your controls and development, and a mentor who's invested in your growth, not just the deliverables.

We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as a Customer Care Manager to own the KYB/KYC lifecycle for Qonto's German business customers, based in our Barcelona office. You will report to Rafael Hajzeri, Lead of the Customer Onboarding Lifecycle team for Germany. You won't be handling account usage questions — your focus is the structured, compliance-driven work that happens after a customer is validated: periodic reviews, data remediation, and documentation. ➡️ What you'll do - Own lifecycle reviews: Conduct periodic KYB/KYC re-reviews for German business customers, managing your caseload through Qonto's internal tools. - Handle customer support: Reach out to customers via email, chat, and phone to collect updated documentation or resolve data gaps — direct client communication is a regular part of the role. - Identify process gaps: Spot recurring blockers, inconsistencies in documentation flows, or tool limitations and flag them to the team — your observations feed directly into how the team improves its processes and knowledge base. - Maintain knowledge resources: Contribute to and update internal documentation via Notion AI, ensuring the team's knowledge base reflects current procedures and regulatory requirements. - Operate with precision on compliance cases: Work on cases with legal and regulatory implications — an overlooked data point or an unclear client communication can directly affect a customer's account status. ➡️ What we're looking for - 1–2 years in a customer-facing role: You've worked in customer support, onboarding, or success — ideally in a structured environment with KPIs. You don't need to come from KYC/KYB specifically, but you need to be comfortable with process-driven work and accountability. - Native-level German: You'll communicate directly with German business owners and entrepreneurs. The bar is high — your written German needs to be precise, professional, and clear, because errors in compliance communications have consequences. - Attention to detail in complex cases: You read carefully before acting. You notice when something doesn't add up and you ask rather than assume. This matters most when cases have regulatory implications. - Composure under pressure: Lifecycle reviews can stack up. You stay methodical and solution-focused when the queue is long and cases are ambiguous. - Improvement mindset: You don't just process tickets — you notice patterns, flag blockers, and contribute to making the team's tools and processes sharper. ➡️ What we can offer you - Substance from day one: You'll work on KYB/KYC lifecycle cases — compliance reviews, remediation campaigns, risk-class-based re-validations — with real regulatory weight. The learning curve is steep and intentional. - A team being built deliberately: The team is structured around distinct ownership areas with a defined mission per person, not a generic shared task list. - Tools that match the work: You'll use Aircall for client calls and Notion AI for knowledge management. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Rafael Hajzeri, Lead of the Customer Onboarding Lifecycle team for Germany, based in Barcelona. - His path? Originally from Germany, Rafael started his career in hospitality before transitioning into customer support. He has been with Qonto for almost four years, growing with the company into his current role as KYB/KYC Operations Lead – Lifecycle Germany. - What does he bring to the team? Rafael built the KYB/KYC Lifecycle team around defined ownership areas and structured processes — each team member owns a specific mission rather than a shared queue. He runs interviews conversationally, prioritises character and thinking alongside technical fit, and is deliberate about who joins the team.

Louis came from nearly 6 years at BCG as a consultant and project leader before joining Qonto as Strategic Projects Manager — and stepped into leading Customer Care France. He values structured thinking applied to real operational problems: expect clear frameworks, high standards, and a manager close enough to the work to roll up their sleeves.

What we're looking for - Fluent in German and English: You're comfortable working in both languages in a professional setting. - Rigorous and organised: You've juggled multiple moving parts before and nothing slips when you're running a project. - Comfortable with data: You can read a dashboard, spot what matters, and turn a metric into a recommendation. - Agile and adaptable: You can switch from localization tracking to page performance analysis to stakeholder follow-ups without losing quality. - Curious about digital products: You've looked at a website and thought about conversion and user journeys, not just design. What we can offer you - Real ownership from day one: You'll work on initiatives that move actual conversion metrics for Germany and the Netherlands, not shadow projects. - A seat at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering: You'll see how a scaling fintech manages its website strategy end-to-end. - A mentor who's fully invested: You'll be paired with Zehra, our PM for Northern Europe, who will guide you through real product management work in Berlin. - An office where things actually happen: You'll join a team of 3 Berlin-based product managers — a real collaborative dynamic environment. AI at Qonto: AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As our Inside Sales Representative Junior – Account Growth, you’ll help newly created businesses get more value from Qonto at one of the most important moments in their journey: right after company creation. You’ll reach out to entrepreneurs who have recently created their company through Qonto, understand what they need next, and guide them toward the right Qonto plans, financial tools, add-ons, and partner solutions. This is a real Sales role, combining high-volume execution, customer discovery, pipeline ownership, and revenue impact. You’ll report to Yannick Davillé, our Sales Lead based in Barcelona. ➡️ What you'll do - Own your pipeline from first contact to close: Reach out to newly created businesses by phone and email, manage your opportunities in Salesforce, follow up with discipline, and make sure every customer has a clear next step. - Run structured discovery conversations: Understand each customer’s business situation before pitching anything — their activity, maturity, priorities, and operational needs — then recommend the most relevant Qonto solution. - Present and close relevant offers: Drive the full Sales conversation around Qonto plans, Financial Tools, partner offers, and complementary products, always matching the right offer to the right customer need. - Maintain strong activity standards: This is a high-volume Sales role. You’ll manage a sustained daily call and email cadence, with an expected rhythm of around 2 hours of customer calls per day, while keeping conversation quality high. - Help build the team’s playbook: Share recurring objections, customer feedback, product insights, and segment signals with your Team Lead, peers, and Sales Enablement to help shape this new Account Growth scope. ➡️ What we're looking for - A first Sales experience behind you: A 6-month internship, apprenticeship, or first Sales role is enough — ideally in outbound, SDR, BDR, business development, upsell, or another call-heavy Sales environment. - Comfort with volume and repetition: You enjoy speaking with customers, you can handle a high number of calls, and you know that consistency, resilience, and daily execution are key to building strong Sales foundations. - A consultative instinct: You ask questions before you pitch. You listen, understand the customer’s context, and use discovery to make your recommendation simple, relevant, and useful. - CRM and follow-up discipline: You log your activity, keep your pipeline clean, manage reminders, and follow up properly. You understand that great Sales execution also depends on strong operational habits. - Fluency in French and professional English: You’ll work with French-speaking customers, so fluency in French is required. English is needed for internal communication, with a B2 level expected. ➡️ What we can offer you - A real Sales role from the start: You won’t just support or shadow the team. After your ramp-up, you’ll own your pipeline, your customer conversations, and your revenue targets. - A fast-learning Sales environment: The Company Creation segment gives you a high frequency of customer interactions, helping you build Sales reflexes quickly and learn from real conversations every day. - Structured coaching and clear progression: You’ll benefit from weekly coaching, call reviews, feedback sessions, and Sales Enablement support to improve your pitch, product knowledge, and Sales methodology. - A strategic new scope at Qonto: You’ll join the launch of a new Account Growth team focused on Company Creation, a high-potential segment where there is still a lot to build, test, and improve. - Growth opportunities within Qonto Sales: This role can be a strong entry point into Qonto’s Sales organization, with potential next steps toward more senior roles or other scopes such as acquisition, upsell, credit upsell, financing solutions, or other business areas. Your manager will be Yannick Davillé, Sales Lead at Qonto, based in Barcelona. His path? Yannick has grown through several hands-on B2B Sales roles before moving into Sales leadership at Qonto. He has worked as Inside Sales at Papernest, Account Executive at Otter, Business Development Representative at SOFY, and now leads an Inside Sales team at Qonto. Today, he focuses on team performance, Sales coaching, CRM optimization, pitch frameworks, conversion improvement, and helping Sales profiles progress toward more senior roles. What does he bring to the team? Yannick brings a practical and supportive Sales culture. He knows what it takes to build confidence on the phone, manage short sales cycles, structure a pipeline, and progress step by step in a Sales career. He’ll give you clear expectations, regular coaching, and the support you need to develop strong Sales foundations while contributing to the launch of a new strategic team at Qonto.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As our Strategic Operations Project Manager & Analyst, you will own the execution of Qonto's most complex cross-functional initiatives — and bring the analytical rigour that makes each project land with evidence, not assumptions. You'll take projects from ambiguous brief to clean BAU handover while building the performance frameworks that help our operations factories plan, steer, and improve. This is a hybrid role: ~70% project leadership, ~30% analytical work. The two are inseparable — you use data to structure, challenge, and measure your own projects, and you contribute to shared performance cycles across the factories. You'll report to Marie Piquemil, our Head of Operations Enablement. ➡️ What you'll do Project leadership (primary) - Lead cross-factory operations projects end-to-end: Own the full project lifecycle — governance setup, milestone tracking, cross-team coordination, and clean handover to BAU. Typical scope: initiatives impacting at least two ops factories (compliance framework rollouts, routing and escalation rework, inter-governance harmonisation across Customer Care & Success, AML & Fraud, Banking Operations, and KYCB factories). - Turn strategic priorities into execution: Before work starts, define the problem, clarify scope, outcomes, success metrics, timelines, and dependencies — so every stakeholder aligns on "what good looks like" before a single slide is built. - Build and maintain senior stakeholder alignment: Manage dependencies, resolve friction, and keep initiatives moving from decision to delivery — without formal authority. Anticipate misalignment early and escalate when needed. - Contribute to strategic assessments: Size opportunities, structure business cases and scenarios, and support leadership decisions with clear recommendations and explicit open questions. Performance analysis (secondary) - Instrument and track your projects: Define leading and lagging indicators per initiative, build the dashboards and measurement frameworks that prove impact, and deliver ROI measurement post-implementation — not as an afterthought, but as part of the project close. - Contribute to shared performance monitoring: Support the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance rhythms (WBR/MBR/QBR) across the operations factories — surfacing early signals before they become problems and contributing analytical narratives to steering discussions. - Run structured deep-dives when needed: Go beyond dashboards — run funnel, cohort, or segmentation analyses to understand a project's root cause or quantify its levers. Deliver clear "so what / now what" with explicit trade-offs. - Partner with Finance on budget and forecast cycles: Work closely with the Finance team to provide operational input into budget planning and rolling forecasts — translating factory performance trends into forward-looking projections, flagging variance drivers early, and ensuring operations data feeds financial decisions with the right level of granularity. - Support factories on compensation and performance analysis: Proactively partner with factory leads to structure and run compensation reviews and performance analyses — building the frameworks and data views that help them make informed, consistent decisions, rather than waiting to be asked. ➡️ What we're looking for - End-to-end project leadership: You've run large, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives from kickoff to delivery — not just coordinated them. You know how to design governance, build a RASCI, manage a decision log, and keep delivery on track when things get messy. - Analytical rigour: You write SQL confidently, can frame a problem before opening a spreadsheet, and produce decision-grade narratives — not just charts. You connect metrics to operational reality and make the ambiguous concrete. - Senior stakeholder management: You've built alignment at VP and director level without formal authority. You know how to frame decisions, pre-empt pushback, and maintain momentum across departments with competing priorities. - Data storytelling for non-technical audiences: You communicate analysis clearly to operations leaders. You challenge constructively, drive alignment through evidence, and know when to simplify and when to go deep. - AI fluency and modern tooling: You're actively using AI tools to accelerate your work (Notion AI, Claude). You're comfortable in Notion for visual management, and in Metabase or Tableau for data and BI. - Process challenger: You step back on ways of working, question organisational defaults, and propose more efficient operating mechanisms — while keeping stakeholder buy-in. ➡️ What we can offer you - Multi-factory scope: Your projects span Compliance, Routing, and Governance across Qonto's operations factories — not siloed in one team or one market. - Senior exposure from day one: You'll work in close collaboration with the Operations leadership team, with real decision-framing authority — not just slide preparation. - A central team with broad reach: You'll join Marie's Operations Enablement function — spanning Operations Engineering, Knowledge & Learning, Workforce Management, and strategic project execution. Your work lands fast and visibly. - Build things that don't exist yet: Standardising KPI definitions, building scalable measurement frameworks, improving operating mechanisms — this is not a "maintain the existing" role. - A modern toolkit, used for real: Notion, Metabase, SQL, and AI tools are standard equipment — not aspirational. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Marie Piquemil, our Head of Operations Enablement. - Her path? Marie spent five years as COO at Morning, then built and led an international CX operations team at Swile (7 people across France and Brazil, five post-merger integrations). Most recently as VP Operations at Combo, she ran RevOps, Enablement, and Data teams, drove a post-merger integration, and launched a new Payroll Business Unit from scratch. She's been an operator, a builder, and a manager of managers. - What does she bring to the team? Marie has built exactly the kind of cross-functional operations infrastructure this role will strengthen. She'll give you the strategic context and the autonomy to own your projects — while staying close on the decisions that matter. ➡️ Hiring process - Intro call with TA (30 min): alignment on your experience and motivation, plus role/Qonto Q&A. - Hiring manager interview (60 min): deep dive on project delivery and stakeholder management with Marie. - Case study (take-home + review): a real-life ops project scenario to assess structuring, prioritisation, governance, and impact measurement (followed by a debrief). - Final leadership discussion (45 min): wrap-up on scope/fit and mutual expectations.

Senior Product Manager [Accounting expertise] - German speaking 🇩🇪

QontoParis
Full-timeNot specifiedJun 17, 2026
Join us as a Product Manager to build the accounting products that will make Qonto the default finance workspace for SMEs across Germany and beyond. You'll own our accounting expansion in the German market end-to-end — shaping the product strategy, deepening our local offering, and defining what we build next — in one of the most fragmented and locally complex domains in fintech: German accounting, bookkeeping, and the DATEV ecosystem. You will report to Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting. ➡️ What you'll do - Own your product roadmap end-to-end: Define what we build, why, and in what order — working with engineers, designers, and domain experts to ship features that make a real difference for SMEs and their accountants in Germany. - Go deep on German accounting workflows and develop a sharp understanding of how accounting actually works in Germany. - Define and execute the German accounting strategy by understanding customer needs, evaluating what to build vs. partner on, and shaping an offer that's genuinely useful to German SMEs, not just a localized version of what works elsewhere. - Ship faster with AI: Use AI tools (Dust, Notion AI, Claude) and leverage AI as a product lever, identifying where automation and intelligence can transform accounting from a chore into a competitive advantage. - Challenge the status quo: Question assumptions, prototype fast, and push for the best possible product. - Work with maximum squad autonomy: Your squad owns its roadmap, picks its approaches, and ships independently. No layers of approval, no waiting on committees. ➡️ What we're looking for - Deep German accounting domain expertise as you've worked at or closely with a German accounting-tech company. - 5+ years as a Product Manager: Concrete examples of products you took from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled. You think in outcomes, not features, and you're comfortable making hard trade-offs. - AI-native workflow: You use AI to supercharge how you work — from research and analysis to spec writing and user testing. You see AI as a product lever, not just a productivity hack. - German fluency, strong English: You're able to navigate the German market natively — accounting is intensely local, and firsthand understanding of the landscape matters. Strong English is required to work cross-functionally across Qonto's European teams. ➡️ What we can offer you - A market being completely transformed: You'll be building Qonto's accounting offer in this market from the ground up and shaping the strategy. - Squad autonomy as the default: You own your decisions and ship without red tape. No committees, no approval chains. - Unlimited access to the best AI tools: Claude, Dust, Notion AI, Cursor, Copilot — every tool you need, no permission required. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting. - His path? Paul was CPO and co-founder at Semana (3+ years), Head of Product at BCG Digital Ventures, and CPO at Tiime — an accounting-tech platform — for nearly 4 years. Before that, he led product at AppTurbo, managing a team of designers, data analysts, and POs. He joined Qonto in 2025 to build the accounting product line. He knows the accounting domain from the inside, he's built products for it before. - What does he bring to the team? Real ownership for his PMs. You define the vision for your scope and you're accountable for the results. His approach: hire great people, give them context and autonomy, and create an environment where the best ideas win.
