  • Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Credit Policy, Risk, Data, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex cases and improve the end-to-end credit experience
  • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve underwriting quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Use data, spreadsheets, and AI-enabled tools to streamline routine work and surface actionable insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tools and workflows that support cash-based underwriting.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical rigor and attention to details
  • Customer centric and passionate about thinking through customer needs and working with them while balancing risk exposures
  • Ability to communicate technical problems in an elegant and tactful way

  • Familiarity with underwriting or credit-risk tooling and workflows.
  • Experience using SQL, Hex, spreadsheets, or similar tools to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and global markets
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable case-management tools
