Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

Salesforce Commercial

Adyen is looking for an experienced Team Lead for our Salesforce Sales cloud team. This role will be based in our Amsterdam office and report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations.

As Team Lead Salesforce Commercial, you are responsible for leading the team that optimizes and integrates our commercial engine. You will champion people management, performance reviews, career growth, and cultivate a culture of engineering excellence within the team. Your focus will be on facilitating high-velocity sprints by removing blockers and sequencing work based on team capacity. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner on capacity planning for backlog priorities, and partner with other relevant teams (e.g. GTM Operations, Salesforce Service, RevOps Tooling) to consult on timelines for technical debt remediation and report on function alignment, ensuring the team is equipped to efficiently deliver a best-in-class user experience from target to live.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the team: Oversee daily operations for the admins and developers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, career progression, and handling administrative approvals.
  • Foster a high-performing environment: Cultivate a collaborative, positive team culture that encourages cross-functional collaboration within RevOps and supports individual professional growth.
  • Facilitate Scrum execution: Drive agile delivery by running Scrum ceremonies, actively removing engineering or operational blockers, and monitoring team velocity to ensure stable delivery cycles.
  • Own capacity planning: Manage resource allocation and sequence execution timelines based on current team availability, aligning closely with the Product Owner's backlog priorities.
  • Manage technical debt: Consult with the Technical Architect on technical debt remediation, ensuring that platform health initiatives are realistically scheduled into delivery timelines.
  • Drive functional alignment: Partner with the PO, GTMO, Tooling, Salesforce Service, and RevOps stakeholders to maintain cross-functional alignment and coordinate dependencies.

  • Experience managing or partnering closely with senior technical staff (e.g., Architects, Tech Leads) in a platform/engineering context
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in leading a team and driving Scrum ceremonies
  • Experience in change management and realizing adoption of technology solutions
