What you'll own

Own the end‑to‑end product strategy and execution for Robinhood’s Canada launch, shaping the Canada‑focused vision, roadmap, and localized financial features while shipping them with cross‑functional teams.

What they're looking for

6+ years of consumer product management experience, preferably on a global product, with strong research, analytics, and cross‑team collaboration skills; excellent communication, self‑starter attitude, and willingness to work EST and travel.

Why this role matters

The role drives Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance by capturing a historic $124 trillion wealth transfer in Canada, expanding the company’s global footprint and creating high‑impact growth opportunities.

Best suited to

Ambitious, high‑performing builders who thrive in fast‑moving, collaborative environments, enjoy in‑person teamwork, and are motivated by shaping market‑specific financial products for a large, emerging user base.

About this role

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

Robinhood set out to open the financial system to the many, not the few. We've done it for tens of millions of people in the US—now we're expanding into Canada. This is one of the most ambitious expansion initiatives for the company, and you'd be sitting at the center of it.

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

As a Product Manager on the Canada Expansion team, you'll manage localized product offerings, own end-to-end product experiences tailored for Canadian users, and work with experts in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and regulatory affairs to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize finance in Canada.

This role is based in our Toronto office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

The International PM team's goal is simple to say and hard to do: democratize finance globally. That means scaling our products to work across many regions and building market-specific experiences that serve customers where they are.

As a Staff PM on this team, you'll own product strategy and execution in Canada and set the playbook for user acquisition, growth, and localized offerings across the country. Additionally, you will: -

  • Ship tailored financial products into the Canadian market working shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional teams.
  • Bring together product development teams to craft and communicate a Canada-focused product vision and set of priorities that address the specific financial needs of Canadian consumers.
  • Drive the roadmap—adapting existing trading features and building local tax-advantaged features and funding rails.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships across design, engineering, and operations at the team and organizational levels.
  • Partner with leaders in communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing to ensure our vision, products, and progress are well understood.
  • Ensure parity of product lines across US & global markets

What you bring

  • 6+ years as PM of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products and growth efforts
  • Ideally past experience working on a global consumer facing product
  • Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
  • Experience working with and coordinating across globally dispersed teams
  • Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance and marketing in previous roles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for financial products that improve people’s financial lives.
  • Motivation to be a self-starter.
  • Open to travel
  • Willingness to work in EST
  • English proficiency is required

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career
  • Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership
  • Top tier benefits to fuel your work, including supplemental health insurance, ancillary insurance, and mental health support programs
  • Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not
  • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible employer-paid benefits spending account expenses beyond traditional benefits such as wellness, childcare, learning, and more.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, paid volunteer time off, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
  • Monthly commuter stipend to help offset in-office commuting costs
