5+ years of backend engineering experience building production low‑latency systems, hands‑on work with market‑data feed handlers or normalization, strong Java (or C++) skills, and familiarity with high‑throughput messaging (Aeron, SBE) and market‑data protocols (FIX, ITCH/OUCH).
