Our primary languages are Go and Ruby. Our platform runs on a Kubernetes cluster hosted on AWS, with PostgreSQL as our database of choice. We're also using Kafka for event-driven architecture and ELK for logging and auditing, among many other tools and services.

As a Backend Engineer at Qonto, you'll join one of our mission-based teams, typically made up of 5 to 10 engineers and led by a dedicated Engineering Manager.You'll work alongside backend, web, iOS, and Android engineers, as well as Product Managers and Designers, joining either:
Your team owns a clear mission end-to-end. You'll contribute to discovery, make technical decisions, build and release solutions, monitor production performance, and steadily raise quality standards, following our "you build it, you own it" approach.Beyond your immediate team, you'll stay connected with Qonto's wider Backend community through our Backend Guild, where engineers share knowledge, shape technical standards, and improve developer experience across the organization.
