You’ll own the design, scaling and reliability of Thought Machine’s cloud‑agnostic platform infrastructure, building control‑plane tooling, observability suites and data/streaming pipelines.
5+ years building production‑grade infrastructure platforms, strong Python or Go skills, deep knowledge of containers/Kubernetes and experience integrating tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry or Grafana; degree in CS/Engineering.
The platform powers the Vault core product for global banks, so reliable, scalable infrastructure directly enables customers to replace legacy systems and supports the company’s mission to modernise banking.

Our team's mission is to abstract away multi-cloud complexity and reduce cognitive load for other developers. We treat our platform infrastructure which spans, orchestration, observability, and data. As a first-class product, enabling our internal teams and global clients to operate securely and reliably at massive scale.
