The Product Partnerships Manager role is responsible for executing on the partnership strategy for expanding product capabilities and ultimately expanding the total addressable market and opportunities that our commercial team can capitalize on. The Product Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing partnership relationships, shaping product propositions, executing on go-to-market motions, facilitating commercial activities between Thought Machine and the partner, developing our better together story, and tracking the success of the partnership initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities In the process of finalizing the roles and responsibilities for Product Partnerships Manager but can share the high level scope. - Identify product proposition opportunities and the set of partners that could bring the opportunity to market. - Research and track high-impact issues that banks face from a core and payments technology perspective as well as partner capabilities that best complement our product capabilities. - Track the partners that have influence with commercial targets to find opportunities to strengthen our positioning with a prospect. - Create and structure the necessary collateral and narrative for a better together story that highlight the customer problem we are solving, the combined capability set, and why our product proposition strengthen our overall value to the customer - Lead engagements with partners developing proprietary assets to ensure all builds strictly complement our product direction. - Ability to run low level workshops with partners, demoing with an understanding of the evolution and direction of our products. - Ensure each partner solution enhances our product offering, rather than duplicating internal roadmaps and engineering efforts. - Build the go-to-market strategy and partnership plan to ensure objectives, targets, and success criteria are collectively agreed upon and iterated upon when success is not met - Manage relationships of partner organisations, identifying key incentive programs and ensuring that they bring the right stakeholders into builds that strictly complement the Thought Machine roadmap. The Cloud Support Engineers are a global team, operating a 24/7 shift pattern working closely with our Clients, Client Success Managers, Client Delivery Teams and Engineering. Our Cloud Support Engineers perform the crucial task of providing world class support and ongoing maintenance for our clients, operating at a comprehensive technical level to validate and triage technical issues received from clients, perform initial diagnostics and engage our engineering support team to resolve incidents within the agreed service levels. Cloud Support Engineers will also assist clients during the full lifecycle of the product from cloud infrastructure provisioning, product installation to production rollout and ongoing support, managing client communications 24x7 to proactively engage clients on identified incidents along with responding to client issues and ensuring a speedy resolution. Thought Machine software engineers work across the stack to solve complex engineering problems that have not been solved before. Software Engineers will take complete ownership of a requirement, converting it into an engineering design, task breakdown, and implementation. You’ll be responsible for building both backend services and frontend experiences. Our clients range from the world’s largest financial institutions to smaller regional banks. Our systems must cater to each of these use cases, so we care deeply about providing the ability to configure and customise the user experience based on the client's or end user's persona. Software engineers are expected to bridge the gap between back-end and front-end, crafting delightful experiences that delight all our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our London office, requiring three days a week onsite, with the option to work four days per week, which includes an additional financial allowance. Duties - Design and implement end-to-end features across the stack, including web applications and backend services. - Ensure your solutions are delivered with security, performance, scale, and user experience in mind. - Write automated unit, integration, acceptance tests, etc. - Interface with other engineering teams to ensure that features are added in a structured and coherent way. - Managing and debugging your features from testing environments to production. - Translating customer requirements into a clear plan that can be delivered via tasks. - Collaborating as part of a cross-functional team of backend, front-end, and full-stack engineers.
