You’ll own the end‑to‑end accounting for venture capital funds, handling capital calls, distributions, audit/tax support, quarterly and annual financials, and LP communications while collaborating with product and engineering to improve the Investor Services suite.
3+ years of closed‑end fund accounting experience, a finance or accounting degree, strong knowledge of LP agreements and VC/PE fund structures, solid critical‑thinking and communication skills, and experience mentoring junior accountants.

In this role, you will partner with top venture capital firms to streamline their financial accounting needs. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, go-to-market and operation teams, all while growing your foundational knowledge of accounting in an engaging, fast-paced environment.
