You'll be joining our Carta Law team, specifically within the Contracts - APAC function. Our Contracts team manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for clients – from first review through to execution. You'll be the direct day-to-day contact for sophisticated investment fund and asset manager clients, working alongside fellow lawyers and paralegals.
