You’ll own end‑to‑end complaint‑management oversight, from reviewing processes and identifying gaps to driving remediation and reporting findings to stakeholders. You’ll also provide compliance advisory for new and existing product initiatives, translating regulations into actionable guidance and supporting agent‑readiness communications.
5+ years of fintech or banking compliance experience, especially with consumer financial products, deposit and credit accounts, and deep knowledge of Reg Z, Reg E, Reg DD, UDAAP, NACHA and VISA standards. Strong data‑analysis, AI tooling, and cross‑functional communication skills are required.
The role serves as the second line of defense, ensuring consumer complaints are handled compliantly and that product launches meet regulatory standards, protecting members and the firm from risk. Effective oversight and advisory help drive process improvements, reduce regulatory exposure, and support audit readiness.

Candidates who are analytical, strong communicators and eager to leverage AI tools for efficiency will excel.
The Sr. Associate, Compliance Advisory partners with Complaints, Product, Operations, and other business teams to provide compliance guidance as a second line of defense. The role supports consumer complaint oversight, new and existing product operations advisory, agent readiness, member- and agent-facing communications, and process improvement while identifying consumer and regulatory risks and helping drive issues through remediation and implementation.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $101,000.00 and up to $140,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
