What you'll own

Own setting and tracking annual and quarterly SOKRs, building actionable reports and insights for leadership, preparing QBRs, analyzing operational and financial data, and improving business processes through data‑driven decisions.

What they're looking for

5+ years of operations experience in a software or technology company, 3+ years supporting GTM or sales organizations, strong data analytics skills (Google Sheets/Excel, SQL), comfort with LLM/AI tooling, clear proactive communication, and a self‑starter attitude in ambiguous environments.

Why this role matters

The role builds the foundational analytics and operational processes that enable Stripe’s nascent Renewals business to scale, drive revenue growth, and inform leadership decisions across the global GTM strategy.

Best suited to

Candidates who thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous settings, enjoy turning data into actionable insights, and have a proven track record of improving processes for sales‑focused teams.

About this role

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe has a growing focus on our Renewals business and opportunity to drive growth. Our team provides strategic & operational partnership to those specialized sellers, cross-functional product partners, and leadership. Partnership is provided across three pillars:

  • Strategy and planning
  • Operations
  • Analytics and insights

Within the GTM Strategy & Operations organization, our team, the renewals team of our GTM Post Sales Strategy & Operations is focused on driving business changes across business operations, insights, process, and tooling. We facilitate incremental Stripe productivity improvements to help our specialized sellers deliver key revenue results for their remit and drive Stripe Revenue.  We are a global team with resources in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

What you’ll do

Our team is still very nascent, with the majority of our near term focus on building business foundations, which necessarily entails a focus on operational projects (process design, business cadences, systems work). This analyst is a critical person to the foundations and scale of the Renewals business. Their role includes: measuring and providing insights on performance, forecasting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Set annual and quarterly SOKRs and track performance.
  • Build actionable reports and insights for leadership reporting forums.
  • Prepare for QBRs and other leadership meetings.
  • Examine operational or financial data to uncover trends and guide decision-making.
  • System and operational workflow management analysis and investigation.
  • Improve business processes through data driven decisions.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of operations experience in a software solutions or technology company.
  • 3+ years working with a GTM or Sales organization.
  • Strong comfort with LLM and AI tooling (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code or Open AI)
  • Data Analytics (Google Sheets/Excel data manipulation, SQL).
  • Business and operational SLA reporting.
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely.
  • Self-starter and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Tableau or SFDC report development experience.
  • Experience as a User and Report developer
