About the team

Marketing Operations is a team of marketing execution experts and systems thinkers focused on efficiency. We partner closely with Regional and Demand marketing, Growth, Martech, and creative teams to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns across channels. While we operate globally, this role is focused on supporting the EMEA region.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager to serve as the end-to-end marketing operations process owner for in-person and online events. In this role, you will collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Technology, and Marketing Operations teammates to identify audiences, track and drive attendance, produce high-performing and measurable campaigns, accurately process attendee and non-attendee data, route leads accurately and quickly, and provide sales follow-up reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing operations for in-person and online events, from campaign intake through post-event reporting.
  • Partner with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Technology, and Sales to define operational plans, timelines, responsibilities, and success metrics.
  • Manage audience strategy and campaign execution, including segmentation, registration, email, testing, launch readiness, and attendance tracking.
  • Monitor registration and attendance, address risks and dependencies, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Manage the accurate capture, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation of attendee and non-attendee data.
  • Oversee lead scoring, classification, routing, nurture, sales notifications, and handoff within agreed service levels.
  • Report on campaign performance, attendance, engagement, lead routing, sales follow-up, and pipeline impact.
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, privacy, consent, and contact governance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify and address process, data, and technology gaps by implementing scalable documentation and operating procedures that improve consistency and performance.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, event operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven expertise in Marketo, with a strong track record of developing scalable programs and driving successful campaign outcomes.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaign and execution workflows within event and webinar platforms (such as Splash and ON24).
  • Experience with audience segmentation, campaign workflows, lead management, and sales follow-up processes.
  • Strong program-management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple concurrent events.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using campaign data to identify issues and improve performance.
  • Understanding of data quality, consent, privacy, and contact-governance practices.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and experience working across Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience integrating AI into scalable marketing operations workflow designs and streamline processes.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the technology or financial services sectors, ideally within a high-growth company.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in campaign execution.
  • Strong adaptive skills with a proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with an offshore production team to streamline operations.
