Own the top‑of‑funnel growth experience for Toast IQ Grow, building tools that capture restaurant context, streamline onboarding, and accelerate activation. You’ll own key metrics like time‑to‑first‑campaign, feature adoption and early retention, and run experiments to improve them. You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, ops and other product teams to ship these capabilities.
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a growth‑focused environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping direction for a new team. Strong cross‑functional instincts and a curiosity about AI/agentic products, with a bias toward shipping quickly.
