As an Executive Assistant at Bitpanda, you will act as a strategic operational partner to executive leadership. Operating at the heart of decision-making within one of Europe’s leading fintech unicorns, you will bridge strategic priorities with day-to-day execution—mastering complex logistical landscapes, optimising executive workflows, and driving cross-departmental alignment.

What you’ll do

  • Executive & administrative support: Provide high-level administrative, operational, and executive support directly to C-suite leadership.
  • Calendar & travel logistics: Oversee complex, fast-changing calendar schedules, expense reporting, and international travel arrangements with high precision.
  • Stakeholder & meeting coordination: Act as a primary liaison between leadership and stakeholders while organising cross-departmental meetings and all-hands sessions.
  • Executive communications: Assist in preparing and reviewing executive presentations, strategic documents, and internal communications.
  • Cross-functional alignment & discretion: Collaborate closely with the wider EA team on company initiatives while providing confidential administrative support with absolute discretion.

Who you are

  • Proven track record providing high-level administrative support to C-level or executive stakeholders.
  • Native or full business fluency in both German and English (both strictly required).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with extreme discretion and switch tasks rapidly in a dynamic context.
  • Full willingness to work from the Vienna office 5 days per week.
  • This position requires 100% on-site presence in Vienna and is not eligible for the "Work from Anywhere" benefit.
