Your mission

As an Engineer within Bitpanda’s Prime Services team, you will design, build, and scale the low-latency, highly available back-end systems powering our margin trading ecosystem. You will own critical infrastructure spanning leverage and collateral management, real-time risk assessment, and automated liquidation engines. Who you are

Your mission
As part of the Social Media team, your mission is to create high-quality, social-first video content that brings Bitpanda’s brand, products, campaigns, and events to life across our channels. You combine strong camera skills, editing craft, and a good understanding of social media formats to produce content that feels premium, engaging, and platform-native.

Who you are

• You have strong hands-on experience with camera operation and understand both the technical and creative side of shooting content – from studio setups to event coverage.

• You are confident working with Adobe Premiere Pro and have a strong understanding of editing for social-first formats and short-form storytelling.

• You ideally have basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects and are comfortable creating simple animations and motion graphics.

What you'll do

• Establish the baseline: define the core customer health metrics such as cohort retention, product attach, CLV by segment, churn drivers, and engagement depth to diagnose value leakage, size growth opportunities, and guide investment decisions.
• Own the rewards flywheel and engagement strategy: design the earning and redemption logic that connects Trading, Earn, Card, and future products through a shared loyalty currency, and map the core engagement loops across the customer lifecycle; from activation to habit, reward to reinvestment, referral, community, and status.

Who you are

• Growth, retention, and monetisation expert: 5+ years of Product Management in a high-growth B2C consumer platform — ideally crypto, fintech, neobank, marketplace, or loyalty/rewards. You've shipped or scaled a subscription, loyalty, or rewards product, and you connect what makes customers loyal directly to recurring revenue and retention, understanding tiering, points economics, and the traps: breakage, cannibalization, reward fatigue.

Your mission

As a software engineer within Bitpanda’s Trade Hub, you will help design, build and scale the core systems that power our trading ecosystem end-to-end — from pricing, execution and portfolio lifecycle, to asset infrastructure, hedging and prime services. • Detection engineering. Own the strategy and quality of our detection library in Elastic Security (ES|QL/KQL), designing high-fidelity detections mapped to real-world attacker techniques while continuously improving coverage, reducing noise and raising the maturity of our SOC.
• Drive incident response and threat hunting. Lead investigations into complex security incidents, proactively hunt for advanced threats across AWS, Elastic and Datadog, refine response playbooks, and turn every incident into lasting improvements to our security capabilities.
• Build automation that scales security. Design and implement automated investigation, enrichment and response workflows using SOAR, APIs and custom tooling, reducing manual effort while increasing speed, consistency and resilience across security operations.

Who you are:

• You have 4+ years of hands-on security engineering experience, with deep expertise across incident response, threat hunting, SIEM, digital forensics and scripting.

Your mission
As Senior AFC Compliance Officer for Bitpanda’s activities in Germany, you will be responsible for building and running a robust, effective and scalable AML/CFT and sanctions compliance framework. You will act as the key senior AML control owner in Germany, ensuring compliance with the German Money Laundering Act, BaFin expectations, FIU requirements, applicable EU AML/CFT rules, the Transfer of Funds Regulation / Travel Rule, and Bitpanda Group standards.

• Local Control Ownership: Serve as the appointed AMLO or Deputy AMLO and senior AML control owner for Bitpanda in Germany, establishing and managing a scalable AML/CFT and sanctions framework.

Your Mission
As our Expert, Treasury ALM, you will run the day-to-day engine of a multi-entity treasury function spanning traditional finance and digital assets. Reporting to the Manager of Treasury, you will manage liquidity and balance sheet operations across a multi-regulatory structure handling 12+ fiat currencies and 700+ digital assets. Your Mission:

As an Associate, you will be an integral part of the second line of defense within our Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Execution team. This role sits within the second line of defence and supports the governance and execution of our AFC/AML Compliance framework. As Bitpanda continues to scale, we are strengthening our AFC Compliance capabilities with a focus on clear accountability, high-quality decision-making, and a customer-aware approach to compliance.

You will work closely with Customer Operations, Risk, Legal, and AML leadership to ensure compliance cases and escalations are handled thoroughly, consistently, and with appropriate urgency, balancing regulatory requirements with a strong awareness of customer and business impact.

What you’ll do

• Conduct investigations for Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Proof of Funds / Wealth (PoF/W), Transaction Monitoring (TxM) alerts, and PEP/Sanctions screening, using OSINT research and crypto exposure analysis, ensuring timely progression, clear decisions, and well-documented outcomes. As a second-level compliance executor, you will ensure that controls in the PoF/W and TxM areas are applied consistently.
