Associate, Finance

This Finance Associate will support Chime's Finance Business Partnerships team, playing a critical role in budgeting and forecasting accuracy while driving high-impact strategic and financial initiatives. You'll own payroll and workforce planning end-to-end, partnering with People, Recruiting, and Compensation, and help lead the adoption of AI and automation across Finance.

Requires a minimum of 3+ years of Finance/FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or Big 4 accounting/advisory experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, experience building financial models for budgeting/forecasting, and demonstrated experience with AI-driven finance solutions.

Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid, 4 days/week in office). Base salary: $101,000 - $140,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
