As a Customer Support Associate (Live Chat), you'll be the go-to person users turn to for questions, problem-solving, and support, primarily via live chat and tickets. This role is a great way to kickstart a career in fintech, offering hands-on experience in a fast-moving international environment.

Requires fluent English and German (other EU languages an advantage), curiosity about fintech/investing/crypto, being detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple chats, and thriving in a fast-paced international team environment. Flexible with shift-based scheduling including evenings and weekends.
