Analytics Engineer, dbt (Business Intelligence)

This Analytics Engineer will drive data-driven decision making at Bitpanda by helping product, engineering, operations, finance, and other teams collect, analyse, and understand key metrics that drive growth impacting millions of end users globally, contributing to the design of the core data model and ensuring high data quality with dbt models using Python and SQL.

Requires advanced experience with SQL, dbt, and Python (Airflow and BI tools like Metabase/Tableau a plus), strong communication skills, solid experience with data modelling (dimensional modelling, OBT, star/snowflake schemas), and around 3 years of professional analytics engineering or BI experience with a passion for fintech.
