Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany

As an Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany, you'll join the Controllership team to support Global GL Operations end-to-end month-end close processes and oversee Coinbase's global intercompany framework and general ledger functions, driving operational excellence across close, consolidation, and intercompany workstreams while supporting Coinbase's continued international growth.

Requires a CPA with 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years managing direct reports, public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred), applied knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404, and proficiency in SQL with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Location: Remote - USA. Annual base salary range: $166,345-$195,700 USD, plus equity and bonus eligibility.
