  • Concept and capture high-leverage, surreal visual metaphors that vividly externalize the psychological triumph of getting your money right.
  • Approach lighting, plate photography, composition, and subjects with an "AI-first" mindset, capturing assets specifically optimized for downstream AI manipulation and generation.

Who we are:

Shape a brighter financial future with us.

Together with our members, we’re changing the way people think about and interact with personal finance.

We’re a next-generation financial services company and national bank using innovative, mobile-first technology to help our millions of members reach their goals. The industry is going through an unprecedented transformation, and we’re at the forefront. We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way. Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.

The role:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Workday HCM to lead the execution and continuous improvement of our Workday HCM platform. This role is responsible for delivering against the Workday roadmap, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the platform effectively supports business needs at scale.

At SoFi, Workday is a shared enterprise platform across HR and Finance, making this a highly cross-functional role. We’ve deployed a broad footprint across HCM (core HR, onboarding, performance, advanced compensation, benefits) as well as Finance (financials, payroll, time tracking, time off, and expenses). You’ll partner closely with IT, Finance, and People teams to drive aligned, scalable solutions across this ecosystem, balancing the needs of multiple functions on a shared platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll drive priorities, while staying close enough to the platform and team to actively guide execution, unblock work, and ensure high-quality delivery with a strong focus on creating simple, intuitive experiences for employees and managers.

You’ll lead the Workday team and partner directly with senior HR and business leaders as a thought partner—bringing a deep understanding of HR functions, shaping solutions, and proactively identifying how technology can better support the business.

What you’ll do:

Roadmap Execution & Platform Evolution

  • Contribute to and help shape the Workday HCM roadmap in partnership with senior leadership
  • Drive prioritization and execution of roadmap initiatives, balancing enhancements, technical debt, compliance, and innovation
  • Evaluate Workday releases, vendor roadmap, and industry trends to proactively evolve our platform
  • Support system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts to ensure scalability and usability

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions
  • Provide recommendations and influence decisions across stakeholders, navigating competing priorities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through consistent communication, transparency, and delivery
  • Partner closely with HR and business leaders, understanding their functional priorities and proactively recommending how Workday can enable better outcomes
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Workday HCM, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility, alignment, and confidence in delivery

Delivery & Operations

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Workday initiatives across HCM modules, including core HR, talent, compensation, benefits, and integrations
  • Drive solutions that prioritize employee and manager experience—focusing on simplicity, usability, and clear design over complexity
  • Lead backlog management, intake, and prioritization processes to ensure aligned and efficient delivery
  • Ensure strong operational rigor across system performance, data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Establish and maintain governance, release management, and change control processes
  • Identify risks and dependencies early and drive resolution to ensure successful delivery
  • Support audit and compliance activities, ensuring readiness and adherence to requirements
  • Drive change management and adoption efforts to support successful rollout of new capabilities
  • Provide clear reporting on roadmap, delivery progress, risks, and outcomes

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Workday team, fostering strong ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and career development for team members
  • Create a collaborative, inclusive team environment aligned with SoFi’s values
  • Ensure the team is structured and prioritized effectively to meet business needs

What You'll Bring:

Workday & Technical Expertise

  • Strong, hands-on expertise across Workday HCM
  • Experience operating at both functional and technical levels, including guiding configuration and solution design
  • Experience supporting Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing platform optimization

Product, Delivery & Leadership Experience

  • Proven track record of driving execution and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a backlog tied to business outcomes
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT, including navigating competing priorities
  • Strong product mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just delivery

Leadership Style & Operating Mindset

  • High standards for quality, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • You bring a point of view, combining deep functional knowledge with Workday expertise to challenge assumptions and steer toward better solutions—not just execute on requests
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to confidently lead discussions, influence decisions, and clearly articulate recommendations and trade-offs
  • Comfortable operating across levels—from understanding strategic context to diving into details when needed to move work forward

What You'll Need:

  • 7-10+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration across core modules
  • 3-5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading high-performing, techno-functional teams
  • Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent) in a complex environment
  • Proven experience operating in a cross-functional, enterprise environment, partnering across HR, Finance, and IT
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale implementations, enhancements, or platform transformations

The Role:

We are searching for a Fraud Strategist, Ecosystem to own horizontal fraud strategy across the SoFi member journey. This is a sophisticated role for an operator who can reason across the entire product and user lifecycle as a single risk surface. You will design decisioning that travels with the member and recognizes perimeter threats and scam typologies as they cross product seams: onboarding, account creation, funding, money movement (ACH, FedNow, Wire, Zelle, P2P), and high-value product activity. The work requires fluency in device forensics, entity resolution, account takeover (ATO) defense, scam interception, and the rule-engine craft to translate that fluency into production policy. You will lead the cross-product signal layer that lets every product line see a member’s full risk posture, and replace fixed dollar caps with risk-tiered frameworks that price velocity, recency, and counterparty risk.

By joining SoFi, you'll become part of a forward-thinking company that is transforming financial services for the better. We offer the excitement of a rapidly growing startup with the stability of an industry leading leadership team.

What You’ll Do:

The Fraud Strategist, Ecosystem will help SoFi build a unified cross-product fraud defense by:

  • Owning fraud strategy across the full SoFi product surface, designing decisioning that uses signals from onboarding, login, money movement, and product activity together rather than in isolation.

  • Leading cross-product perimeter defense covering ATO carryover from compromised credentials, scam interception (authorized push payment, romance, investment, impostor, business email compromise), mule-account detection, and synthetic-identity attacks at funding.

  • Driving device forensics across product lines: shared device-graph infrastructure, emulator and VM detection, jailbreak and root signals, residential-proxy detection, and entity resolution that links a single bad actor across accounts that look clean in isolation.

  • Designing risk-tiered money movement decisioning for ACH, FedNow, Wire, Zelle, and P2P flows, replacing fixed dollar caps with dynamic frameworks priced on velocity, recency, counterparty risk, and scam telemetry.

  • Building the cross-product analytics layer in SQL and Python: shared feature tables, entity-resolution signals, and rule-level attribution that lets every product line see a member’s full risk posture.

  • Partnering with EPD, Fraud Ops, InfoSec, and product owners to ship strategy changes through the rules engine with clean governance, performance monitoring, and clear escalation when losses deviate from forecast.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS in Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience, and 5–8 years of work experience in Fraud Analytics across multiple product lines.

  • ATO and Scam Defense: Demonstrated track record reducing account takeover and scam losses across more than one product line. Comfort with the scam taxonomy in detail: authorized push payment, romance, investment, impostor, remote access, business email compromise, and the shared signal between them.

  • Perimeter Threat Fluency: Operational understanding of how perimeter threats (credential stuffing, MFA bombing, SIM swap, mule-account farming, synthetic identity at funding, first-party intent fraud) manifest at each entry surface of a multi-product fintech.

  • Device Forensics: Hands-on experience with device fingerprinting, emulator and VM detection, jailbreak and root signals, behavioral biometrics, and entity-level device-graph analysis as a tool for linking accounts across products.

  • Cross-Product Reasoning: Demonstrated track record building fraud strategy that spans more than one product line, with explicit framing of where signals transfer, where they do not, and how to govern shared risk infrastructure.

  • Money Movement and Onboarding: Working knowledge of onboarding orchestration, IDV vendor stacks (Socure, Persona, Veriff), rules engines (Oscilar, SAFE, Camunda), and the economics of risk-tiered limits in real-time payments.

  • Balance Friction and Growth: Deep mastery of evaluating trade-offs between fraud mitigation and UX, ensuring security strategies protect the business without compromising key conversion and retention metrics.

  • Architect Scalable Data Systems: Expert-level SQL/Python skills used to build automated, high-volume data architectures and statistical models that serve as the foundation for global risk detection.

  • Drive Strategic Influence: A proactive leader who uses cross-functional persuasion to align stakeholders across product lines and owns the end-to-end execution of complex initiatives in fluid environments.

  • Founders’ Mentality: You need to have a positive, proactive attitude, being able to identify problems, raise proposals, and be an advocate of your initiatives. Learn, iterate, and excel.

Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.

The Role:

We are searching for a Fraud Strategist, Login and Auth to own the perimeter of the SoFi platform. This is a sophisticated role at the intersection of adversarial threat intelligence, device forensics, and real-time decisioning. You will design fraud strategy across login, password reset, MFA, step-up, and high-risk session events, calibrated against the full spectrum of perimeter threats: account takeover (ATO), authorized scams, credential stuffing, MFA bombing, OTP interception, SIM swap, adversary-in-the-middle phishing, and emulator-driven bot traffic. The work requires fluency in device intelligence,, behavioral biometrics, network reputation, and the device-graph forensics needed to attribute risk to entities, not just sessions. You will work cross-functionally with EPD, IAM, Fraud Ops, InfoSec, and partner risk teams to translate signals into production policy that scales across Money, Invest, Crypto, Card, and Lending.

By joining SoFi, you'll become part of a forward-thinking company that is transforming financial services for the better. We offer the excitement of a rapidly growing startup with the stability of an industry leading leadership team.

What You'll Do:

The Fraud Strategist, Login and Auth will help SoFi build a defensible authentication perimeter by:

  • Owning the end-to-end login risk strategy across web and mobile authentication surfaces: signal selection, rule construction, threshold tuning, champion/challenger lifecycle, and rule-level loss attribution.

  • Architecting perimeter-threat defense covering ATO, scam interception (authorized push payment, remote access, impostor, investment), MFA bombing, OTP interception, SIM swap, and adversary-in-the-middle phishing. Translate live campaign telemetry into production rule changes within hours

  • Driving device forensics at depth: device fingerprinting, emulator and VM detection, jailbreak and root signals, residential-proxy detection, and entity-level device-graph analysis to surface coordinated abuse hidden under individually clean sessions.

  • Designing step-up authentication, account recovery, and high-risk transaction decisioning that synthesizes device, behavioral, network, and credential-risk signals into a single decision, with explicit FPR budgets per surface.

  • Leading 3DS, CNP, and tokenization risk decisioning for card-not-present transactions, coordinating with issuer processing and network rules to optimize approval rate without ceding losses.

  • Partnering with InfoSec threat intel on credential-capture campaigns (phishing kits, SEO poisoning, ATO-as-a-service marketplaces) and translating intelligence into rule changes inside the live policy stack.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS in Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience, and 5–8 years of work experience in Fraud Analytics, Authentication Risk, or Adversarial Security Engineering.

  • ATO and Scam Defense: Demonstrated track record reducing account takeover and scam losses across banking, card, and crypto surfaces. Comfort across the full kill chain: credential exposure, login compromise, in-session manipulation (remote access, screen share, social engineering), and money movement out.

  • Perimeter Threat Fluency: Operational understanding of credential stuffing, MFA bombing, OTP interception, SIM swap, adversary-in-the-middle phishing, residential-proxy abuse, and emulator-driven automation. You can recognize a campaign in flight from telemetry and respond at the policy layer.

  • Device Forensics: Hands-on experience with device fingerprinting, emulator and VM detection, jailbreak and root signals, behavioral biometrics, and entity-level device-graph analysis.

  • Authentication Stack Depth: Working knowledge of FIDO2/passkeys, OAuth/OIDC, 3DS protocol mechanics, tokenization, and the trade-offs between approval rate and chargeback exposure on CNP flows.

  • Balance Friction and Growth: Deep mastery of evaluating trade-offs between fraud mitigation and UX. You can articulate why a 50 bps lift in challenge rate is or is not worth the loss avoidance, with the data to back it.

  • Architect Scalable Data Systems: Expert-level SQL/Python skills used to build automated, high-volume data architectures and statistical models that serve as the foundation for global risk detection.

  • Drive Strategic Influence: A proactive operator who uses cross-functional persuasion to align EPD, IAM, InfoSec, and Fraud Ops on policy changes, and owns end-to-end execution in fluid environments.

  • Founders’ Mentality: You need to have a positive, proactive attitude, being able to identify problems, raise proposals, and be an advocate of your initiatives. Learn, iterate, and excel.

Principal Product Manager, Real-Time Payments Platform

SoFiWA - Seattle; CA - San Francisco
Full-timeNot specifiedJun 29, 2026

Employee Applicant Privacy Notice

The Role:

At SoFi, we're on a mission to help our members get their money right and become a Top 10 Financial Institution. Beyond that, we're building the "AWS of Banking" — modern, scalable platforms that power financial services across every SoFi product.

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own SoFi's real-time payments platform — the infrastructure that enables instant, 24/7/365 money movement for our members and commercial clients. You'll define the vision and strategy for how SoFi sends and receives money in real time, and build the platform capabilities that make fast, transparent, and reliable transfers the default experience.

This role sits within Bank Platform, SoFi's shared financial infrastructure team. Your platform serves every line of business — from Consumer to Commercial Banking, Invest and Lending and everything in between — enabling them to move money faster, compliantly and more cost effectively without each building their own rails.

What you'll do:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SoFi's real-time payments platform, including FedNow, Fedwire, instant debit (Visa Direct, Mastercard Send), and future real-time rails.
  • Scale real-time capabilities to new business lines — champion the real-time payments services internally, evangelize the value of Bank Platform adoption to other business units, and build a roadmap to onboard new use cases so that all relevant SoFi products benefit from real-time money movement capabilities
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance and Operations to ensure real-time payments are secure, compliant, and resilient and every penny is accounted for
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships — including Galileo (Payment Hub), the Federal Reserve (FedNow, Fedwire), The Clearing House (RTP), and card network partners — to influence roadmaps, negotiate terms, and ensure SoFi's needs are met.
  • Drive operational excellence — define SLAs, monitor platform health, reduce failure rates, and build operational tooling that enables support teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Instrument and measure — define the metrics that matter (transaction success rate, speed, funds availability, cost per transaction, fraud rates, complaints per rail) and build the data infrastructure to track them.

What you'll need:

Must-Have

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time in payments, financial infrastructure, or money movement platforms.
  • Deep understanding of payment rails — you can explain the difference between FedNow, Fedwire, RTP, ACH, and card-based instant payments in your sleep. You understand message formats, settlement mechanics, cutoff times, and regulatory requirements for each.
  • Platform product management experience — you've built infrastructure or platform products that serve multiple internal or external customers, not just a single consumer surface. You think in APIs, contracts, and capabilities, not just screens.
  • Experience with payment orchestration — routing logic, fallback strategies, rail selection, transaction lifecycle management. Ideally you've worked with or built a payment hub or gateway.
  • Vendor and partner management chops — you've managed relationships with processors, networks, or infrastructure vendors. You know how to influence a partner's roadmap when you're not their biggest customer.
  • Comfort with compliance and risk — you understand AML/KYC/OFAC requirements for real-time payments, Reg E implications, and how to design for compliance without killing the user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills — you use data to identify problems, size opportunities, and make decisions. You can define and instrument metrics from scratch when the data doesn't exist yet.
  • Excellent communication — you can translate complex technical infrastructure into clear narratives for executive leadership, business partners, and operations teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience at a bank, neobank, or bank-as-a-service provider (not just a fintech that rides on someone else's charter).
  • Familiarity with Galileo's platform (Payment Hub, Cyberbank Core) or similar core banking processors.
  • Experience building for both consumer and commercial (B2B) use cases on the same platform.
  • Background in real-time gross settlement (RTGS) systems, cross-border payments, or correspondent banking.
  • Technical depth — you can read an API spec, review an architecture diagram, or write a SQL query to investigate an issue. You don't need to code, but you're credible with engineers.

The Role

At SoFi, we're on a mission to help our members get their money right and become a Top 10 Financial Institution. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the payments product experience and API/developer platform for Big Business Banking (BBB) - SoFi's zero-to-one commercial banking platform for institutional clients, backed by our national bank charter.

You'll define how commercial clients move money - via portal or programmatically through APIs - across wires, SEN, FedNow, RTP, ACH, and potentially tokenized deposit settlement (SoFiUSD).

As a key cross-functional player, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and others to set a vision, define priorities, manage trade-offs, execute an ambitious agenda, and be accountable to results reported at the executive level.

What You'll Do:

  • Define payment product strategy for Big Business Banking - sequence the roadmap across various payments capabilities. Translate market and client needs into a prioritized backlog.
  • Own the client-facing payment experience - design end-to-end UX for how treasury teams initiate, approve, track, and reconcile payments across portal and API. Design for commercial complexity: batch payments, multi-approver workflows, scheduled transfers, beneficiary management.
  • Own the API product and developer experience - define payment and webhook API contracts, error handling, idempotency, and versioning. Build a sandbox and documentation experience that gets a client from signed contract to first successful API payment with minimal friction.
  • Write PRDs and requirements for Bank Platform - serve as the "customer voice" to the Bank Platform team that builds rail infrastructure. Define acceptance criteria and own UAT. Ensure BBB's needs are prioritized alongside other internal consumers (Money, Credit Card, Crypto).
  • Define payment operations and exception handling - design what happens when payments fail, get returned, or need manual intervention. Define ops workflows and tooling requirements so operations teams can resolve issues quickly.
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance on payment-level controls - transaction limits, sanctions screening flows, fraud rules, and regulatory requirements (Reg E, BSA). Treat compliance as a product feature.
  • Own go-to-market for new payment capabilities - define readiness criteria for each new rail launch, coordinate across eng/ops/compliance/business, and drive adoption with clients.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in payments, commercial/B2B fintech, or financial infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of how money moves - wires, ACH, real-time rails, stablecoins - and what's different about commercial payments: higher stakes, multi-party authorization, beneficiary management, batch operations.
  • Experience shipping APIs that external developers integrate against. You think in contracts, error codes, idempotency keys, and developer experience.
  • Ability to cut through swirl and define the requirements. You can take ambiguous client needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements that an engineering team can execute without constant clarification.
  • Proven cross-functional partnership skills and ability to work in matrixed environment
  • Experience working in regulated environments - you know how to partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams while keeping the product experience usable.
  • Technical credibility - you can read an API spec, review a sequence diagram, and discuss system design with engineers. You self-service data.
  • Strong communication, forward lean and AI-fluency

Nice to Have:

  • Experience at a bank, neobank, or banking-as-a-service provider - particularly on the commercial or treasury side.
  • Familiarity with real-time payment rails (FedNow, RTP) and/or stablecoin settlement infrastructure.
  • Experience with developer-facing products at companies like Stripe, Plaid, Marqeta, Unit, Treasury Prime, Modern Treasury, or similar.

Senior Product Manager, Transactional Risk

SoFiWA - Seattle, CA - San Francisco
Full-timeNot specifiedJun 29, 2026

Employee Applicant Privacy Notice

The Role

At SoFi, we’re on a mission to help our members get their money right. We are seeking a high-agency Senior Product Manager to own the fraud product strategy for all money movement rails at SoFi.

You will be the core of the fraud organization, directly owning the real-time systems and detection logic that monitor and authorize all money movement at SoFi. Your mission is to stop bad actors from moving a single dollar out of the ecosystem while ensuring our good members can pay their bills and send money to friends without a hitch. Sitting at the intersection of Data Science, Engineering, and Payments, you will build high-precision detection logic that scales. You will own the risk profile for every inflow and outflow, building out defenses against the unique challenges of physical check fraud, ACH, Wires, Card, and irreversible real-time payments.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Transactional Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for transaction authorization and monitoring, both in-app and out-of-app.
  • Harden the "Hot Path": Enable the rules and ML models that decide in milliseconds whether a transaction is safe, suspicious, or fraudulent.
  • Drive Smarter Limits: Move beyond blunt "one-size-fits-all" limits. You will build and iterate on designing a secure solution in a limitless world, velocity policies, and transaction-time policy checks that adapt based on member risk and behavior.
  • Design Pre-Authorization Gates: Own the logic for assessing member eligibility to attempt a transaction and strategically issuing step-up challenges before the transaction leaves our systems.
  • Optimize Efficacy: You’ll tune our detection systems to maximize loss prevention while minimizing False Positives.
  • Full-Rail Coverage: Own the fraud product strategy to secure all transactional money movement rails including ACH, Wires, Debit Card, Credit Card, Checks, P2P, International Remittances and Crypto.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Fraud Products Lead to ensure your transactional logic fits into the holistic member risk profile, with the Account Security team who hands you a "Secured Session", and with the Fraud Data team for the features your rules rely on.
  • Metrics & Impact: Manage and optimize key success metrics, including keeping Gross/Net Fraud Loss (BPS) below target, maintaining sub-second detection latency for real-time rails, and ensuring a low False Positive Rate (FPR) so we aren't blocking good members unnecessarily.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience: With a focus on fraud, risk, payments, or FinTech.
  • Deep Domain Expertise in Fraud: You possess a strong understanding of common fraud attack vectors and the strategic product solutions required to mitigate them.
  • Payments Expertise: You understand the nuances of different payment rails (ACH, Wires, Card) and how fraudsters exploit the "settlement gap" in each.
  • A Data-First Decision Maker: You are comfortable diving into SQL or data visualization tools to understand why a specific rule fired and how to tighten the net without catching good users. You can synthesize inputs and data from multiple sources to build a strategic rationale that advocates for long-term customer value.
  • Systems Thinker: You don't just want to write a rule; you want to build a repeatable framework for how we authorize money movement across the entire enterprise.
  • Exceptional Communication: You can distill complex concepts into easily understood product strategy and requirements, tailoring your message to engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong Ownership: A proactive bias for ownership, capable of taking initiative on product outcomes, finding scrappy ways around roadblocks, and driving multiple key results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience tuning specific detection systems (like Oscilar, Datavisor, Flowable, or internal decision engines).
  • Direct experience with the unique risk challenges of physical Check fraud and irreversible real-time payments.
  • Experience working closely with Data Science and Machine Learning Engineers to operationalize real-time scoring and transaction monitoring models.

Senior Product Manager, Member Account Safety

SoFiCA - San Francisco; WA - Seattle
Full-timeNot specifiedJun 29, 2026

Employee Applicant Privacy Notice

The Role

At SoFi, we’re on a mission to help our members get their money right and become a Top 10 Financial Institution. We are seeking a high-agency, Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for authentication and safety experiences for our members.

Your mission is to manage the tension between security and friction when accessing their accounts. Safety often feels annoying to users; your job is to flip that script, making "being safe" feel like a high quality feature rather than a chore. We want our members to feel protected, not locked out. You will own the "Front Door" of the SoFi experience: encompassing authentication, multi-factor authentication, and account recovery, ensuring that access is defended against bad actors while remaining a welcoming experience for our members.

Beyond the point of entry, you will oversee the broader safety journey. This includes designing experiences to manage the member experience during active fraud investigations and securing high-stakes profile changes that are often the first targets in a takeover attempt. You will build systems that identify anomalies and suspicious behavior to prevent account takeovers before they happen. Your products will provide defenses against crypto scams, phishing attacks, and social engineering, ensuring that only the true member is authenticated to access their account, and ensuring members have full awareness of what they’re authorizing during a step-up challenge. Your products will serve as the cornerstone of customer trust, transforming moments of security friction into empathetic, brand-building experiences that protect our members without slowing them down.

What You’ll Do

  • Articulate a comprehensive roadmap for the Member Safety domain, aligning with SoFi’s broader objectives and executive-level reporting.
  • Harden the "Front Door":  Own authentication, MFA, and account recovery, ensuring that the first point of contact with SoFi is both seamless and secure.
  • Build active awareness into risk checkpoints, defending against scams and social engineering attacks to high-risk surface areas such as crypto, by ensuring members know exactly what they are authorizing.
  • Guide a vision to improve the member experience during active fraud investigations, reducing fraud-related complaints and maintaining trust during high-stress events.
  • Secure Critical Account Updates: Design and implement robust defenses for sensitive profile changes (e.g., contact information or security settings), utilizing step-up challenges to ensure attackers cannot "lock out" legitimate members during an account takeover attempt.
  • Partner with Engineering to implement security layers that accurately identify suspicious behavior or potential account takeovers (ATO) without adding friction for legitimate users.
  • Champion transparency and security education through products that drive safety awareness, transforming security from a background process into one that offers members agency in the process.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with the Fraud Risk Center of Excellence, multiple Product teams,  Design, and Engineering to ensure safety is a cornerstone of every new product surface.
  • Collaborative Scope Management: Partner closely with the Fraud Product team to align on a unified defense strategy, maintaining the flexibility to flex across shared domains and take ownership of critical initiatives to support broader team capacity and shifting business needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on Identity, Safety, Fraud, or Fintech.

  • Strong Ownership: A proactive, results-oriented approach to ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

  • Technical Fluency: The ability to discuss integrated systems and APIs deeply with engineers.
  • Adversarial Empathy: A demonstrated ability to grasp complex user scenarios while anticipating the moves of a malicious actor.
  • Customer-First Mindset: A passion for the "UX of Safety" and a commitment to reducing member complaints through better interdiction experiences.
  • Exceptional Communication: The proficiency to distill complex fraud or technical issues into clear, actionable product strategies.
  • Adaptive Leadership: A low-ego, team-first approach with the ability to operate across different product charters, supporting peer PMs and taking on adjacent work when it’s the best thing for the member and the business.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Auth0, Identity Verification, Passkeys, WebAuthn, or similar identity technologies.

We’re a next-generation financial services company and national bank using innovative, mobile-first technology to help our millions of members reach their goals. We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way. Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.

The role:

The Business Unit Lead (Business Lead) will have primary day-to-day responsibility for managing the Crypto Lending service line, including sales and contracting, end-to-end operational delivery, P&L, and Risk, all in coordination with functional partners in areas such as engineering & product, finance, legal, operations, compliance, and risk management. Because this is a new service not yet in market, the Business Lead will also have the opportunity to shape the product and feature roadmap, the credit/collateral frameworks, and the underlying technology and operating model.

The Business Lead will report to the SVP, Crypto. This role is a great fit for someone who brings deep experience in digital assets, institutional lending, or prime brokerage, an ability to integrate all of the disciplines necessary to run a successful and compliant business, and a desire to create something new in a highly regulated environment.

What you’ll do:

Shape the Strategy: Refine the existing business plan and the detailed work plan for building out crypto lending capabilities (e.g., collateralized lending, yield generation, or institutional lines of credit) based on your deep experience and expertise.

Drive the Build: Lead the "build" process from pilot to general launch stages, working closely with partners in engineering, operations, compliance, legal, and risk to establish secure custody, valuation, and liquidation infrastructure.

Manage Day-to-Day Operations: After launch, lead and coordinate the daily operations of the crypto lending business, holding ultimate accountability for financial performance (P&L), operational excellence, and strict adherence to regulatory compliance and risk parameters.

Lead Client Acquisition: Play a direct role in client sales, onboarding, and contracting, in conjunction with the legal and finance teams, and external institutional partners as appropriate.

Evolve the Roadmap: Lead strategic thinking for the evolution of the crypto lending service line in terms of institutional clients, digital asset use cases, and product features, maintaining a "living" roadmap for future enhancements.

Align with the Bank: Ensure that the crypto lending business strictly aligns with the Bank’s broader strategic goals, capital requirements, and macroeconomic risk mitigation strategies.

What you’ll need:

Deep Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of crypto markets, digital asset lending mechanics, prime brokerage services, collateral management, and the broader Web3/digital asset financial ecosystem.

Proven Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial services, with at least 5 years specifically focused on crypto financial services, institutional lending, or structured credit.

Business Leadership: Demonstrated success overseeing a lending-related or digital asset line of business, with a track record of driving revenue and managing credit/market risk.

Cross-Functional Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, bridge the gap between traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized infrastructure, and collaborate heavily with engineering and product teams.

Entrepreneurial Instincts: A builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity, navigating evolving market structures, and launching a business line from scratch.

Regulatory Rigor: A clear commitment to operating to the letter and spirit of regulatory, compliance, and risk parameters in a rapidly evolving legislative landscape.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

  • Regulated Banking Background: Experience overseeing a digital asset or complex lending business within a regulated Bank or federally chartered financial institution.

  • Risk & Liquidation Expertise: Hands-on experience designing automated margin-call and liquidation engines for volatile asset classes.

  • Ground-Up Builds: Experience building new crypto or financial service extensions from the "ground up."

Director, AI Platforms

SoFiCA - San Francisco; WA - Seattle
Full-timeNot specifiedJun 23, 2026

Employee Applicant Privacy Notice

The Role:

As Director, AI Platforms, you will build and lead the team responsible for multiple AI-enabling platform services, automation, and SDLC-enabling agents for SoFi and our affiliates. This shared foundation enables teams across the company to build, deploy, and operate AI capabilities through self-service workflows, standard tooling, and clear operational contracts. You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data to ensure AI development and runtime practices meet regulatory and governance requirements by default. You will also align the AI platform roadmap with our broader internal developer platform strategy, including infrastructure automation, CI/CD, observability, and reliability standards. You’re a builder first: someone who has shipped production platforms that engineering teams actually chose to adopt, who can operate with influence across organizational boundaries, and who thrives when the roadmap is theirs to define. The idea of building an in-house variant of Open Claw that is both powerful, safe, and auditable is an appealing challenge to you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and run a multi-tenant AI and SDLC platform that provides standardized primitives, including model access, inference serving, prompt and workflow orchestration, feature and retrieval integration, and evaluation tooling.
  • Establish golden paths for AI development and deployment, including templates, reference architectures, and developer experience workflows that reduce time to first production and increase reuse across teams.
  • Drive AI-accelerated developer productivity across the engineering organization - embedding AI capabilities into an AI native SDLC to transform how all SoFi engineers plan, code, test, build, deploy, observe, and remediate.
  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and continually refine the platform based on developer feedback and business impact. Teams use your platform because it's the fastest path to production, not because they're required to.
  • Define and deliver the AI and SDLC platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model, including productization, intake, prioritization, lifecycle management, and deprecation policies.
  • Lead vendor and ecosystem strategy for AI platform components, including build-versus-buy decisions, model provider evaluation, contracting partnership, and total cost of ownership optimization.
  • Build governance into the platform, including access controls, data handling controls, auditability, model and prompt change management, and approved usage patterns for regulated workloads. This isn't an approval gate — it's infrastructure that makes the right thing the easy thing.
  • Own platform reliability and operability, including SLOs, on-call readiness, runbooks, incident response posture, and continuous improvement through post-incident learning.
  • Implement platform observability for AI systems, including telemetry, tracing, and monitoring for model performance, drift, latency, safety signals, and cost drivers.
  • Drive automation and standardization across infrastructure provisioning and delivery pipelines, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD patterns, environment management, and policy-as-code guardrails.
  • Hire, develop, and retain 2-3 high-performing teams of AI and DevEx platform engineers, while setting technical standards and mentoring platform engineering practices across the organization.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading teams delivering platform or infrastructure products used by other engineering teams at scale.
  • Proven experience building and operating internal platforms, including multi-tenant services with clear operational contracts, reliability targets, and measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Experience delivering production AI platform capabilities, such as inference serving, orchestration, evaluation, and model observability, with enough depth to set architecture decisions and quality bars.
  • Strong technical depth in cloud and distributed systems, including AWS, Kubernetes, networking, and service reliability practices.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and delivery, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD systems, and policy-as-code approaches.
  • Fluency in observability and operational excellence, including metrics, logging, tracing, capacity planning, and incident management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to partner with Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data to translate governance requirements into developer-friendly platform guardrails.
  • Experience shaping vendor strategy, evaluating platforms and model providers, and balancing speed, risk, cost, and flexibility through build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to align executives and engineering teams on strategy, tradeoffs, and execution plans.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare (preferred). Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI) and building security and compliance into platform defaults.

Content Strategist, Product Education (Part time)

SoFiNY - New York City; CA - San Francisco
Full-timeNot specifiedJun 22, 2026

Employee Applicant Privacy Notice

Role:

SoFi's Content Strategy team is looking for a part-time Content Strategist to support our Product Education program. This role powers the execution layer for multimedia educational content — supporting brief creation, navigating the compliance process end-to-end, and keeping multiple workstreams organized and moving. You're the kind of person who sees a brief and immediately knows what questions to ask, then gets to work. You write clearly, manage complexity calmly, and never let a compliance submission age in a queue.

This is a role for a strategic executor: someone who can hold both the craft of writing and the rigor of operations at once, and who uses AI tools as a natural extension of their workflow.

What You'll Do:

Writing & Editing Support

  • Take creative and strategic briefs and produce polished content drafts across formats — articles, explainers, email, scripts, social copy, and more
  • Edit and refine content produced by other contributors, applying a consistent brand and editorial voice
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, research, and iteration — and know when to rely on craft over automation
  • Translate complex financial and product concepts into clear, accessible language for a broad consumer audience

Compliance Management

  • Own the compliance process for Product Education content — submitting assets, managing redlines, tracking approvals, and executing required changes
  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date compliance tracker so the team always knows where each asset stands
  • Proactively follow up with compliance stakeholders to keep reviews moving and timelines intact

Project Management & Operations

  • Take notes in cross-functional meetings and distribute clear, actionable recaps
  • Maintain status updates across active workstreams so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
  • Route drafts to the right reviewers at the right time, managing version control and feedback loops
  • Serve as a reliable operational backbone for the Product Education program, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed

AI-Enabled Workflow

  • Leverage AI tools throughout the content production cycle — from research and outlining to drafting and revision
  • Propose and implement AI-assisted workflows that improve speed and consistency without sacrificing quality
  • Stay current on tools relevant to educational content and compliance-heavy environments

Who You Are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial, or a related field
  • You are a strong writer and editor who can move from brief to polished draft with minimal hand-holding
  • You are detail-obsessed and calm under the administrative pressure of a compliance-heavy workflow
  • You are a natural project manager: you track things, follow up, and make sure nothing slips
  • You are fluent with AI writing and productivity tools and use them to work smarter, not just faster
  • Experience with financial services, fintech, or regulated content environments is a strong plus
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
