Supply Chain, Capability Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Capability Program Manager to define and drive the long-term capability roadmap that underpins the scalability and efficiency of our global supply chain. You will partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to translate business needs into strategic vision and actionable initiatives.

You will shape future supply chain capabilities by identifying gaps, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and ensuring cross-functional execution to move from reactive problem-solving to proactive capability building.

This role bridges Product, Commercial, Finance, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to align goals, manage trade-offs, and scale global capabilities effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the long-term supply chain capability vision and roadmap, partnering with commercial and product teams to translate customer needs and capability gaps into a prioritized, multi-year plan, while representing operational feasibility and readiness in roadmap decisions
  • Scope and prioritize new supply chain initiatives, defining requirements and success measures, building cross-functional business cases, and engaging external partners to ensure solutions are both strategically impactful and operationally feasible
  • Drive execution of supply chain initiatives from pilot to scaled rollout, coordinating cross-functional delivery, unblocking progress, and leading change management to ensure smooth adoption across teams, partners, and merchants
  • Define performance metrics and SLAs for new capabilities, and establish ongoing governance to monitor, maintain, and audit performance across deployed supply chain solutions
  • Serve as the cross-functional bridge between product, commercial, and supply chain teams, maintaining roadmap transparency and aligning priorities with other capability managers across the broader portfolio

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations and project management
  • Proven track record of building and managing supply chain capabilities in multi-channel industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, travel)
  • Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into clear roadmaps and actionable execution
  • Expertise in running workshops, scoping projects, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic vision and tactical delivery
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, business case creation, and prioritization trade-offs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
