Own end‑to‑end growth strategy and outcomes for Chime Enterprise’s employee‑side B2B2C funnel, including roadmap delivery, experimentation, landing pages, eligibility flows, offers, and GTM playbooks.
8+ years in growth or product marketing with proven funnel ownership, strong analytics, experience marketing through partners/employers (B2B2C), and ability to collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, sales and customer success teams.
The role drives the conversion of eligible employees into funded, engaged Chime members, unlocking Chime Enterprise’s most defensible distribution channel and fueling overall business growth.
A data‑driven marketer who thrives on owning metrics, running experiments at scale, and influencing cross‑functional teams while navigating partner‑controlled channels.
We're hiring a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive measurable growth outcomes across Chime Enterprise's B2B2C funnel — the path that turns eligible employees at our employer partners into enrolled, funded, and engaged Chime members.
Chime Enterprise is Chime's B2B business, with a vision to be the premier HR benefits platform dedicated to holistic financial wellness. Our flagship product, Chime Workplace, gives employers an all-in-one financial wellness suite at no cost — spanning capital management (including MyPay at Work), capital growth, credit building, and rewards and loyalty (Salt). Sales and Customer Success win and onboard employer partners; once a partner is live, we gain access to their workforce — their eligible employees. Converting those eligible employees into Chime members is the challenge this role owns, and mastering it unlocks one of the most powerful and defensible distribution channels at Chime.
This role is embedded directly within the cross-functional Chime Enterprise growth effort and operates as the growth owner, not just a marketing advisor. You'll sit at the intersection of growth strategy, experimentation, performance analysis, and product marketing craft: identifying opportunities, prioritizing and running experiments, and driving metric movement against clear goals. While the role retains core product marketing strengths — research, positioning, and messaging — it goes further by owning results and tradeoffs.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $150,000.00 and up to $208,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

We're a team of problem solvers, dreamers, and builders with one shared obsession: our members. From day one, Chimers have worked tirelessly to out-hustle and out-execute competitors to bring our mission to life. Their grit and determination inspire us to work harder every day to deliver the very best experience possible. We each bring an owner's mindset to our work, refusing to be outdone and holding ourselves accountable to meet and exceed the highest bars for our teams, our company, and our members.
We believe in being bold, dreaming big, and taking risks, while also working together, embracing our diverse perspectives, and giving each other honest feedback.
