Senior Performance Test Architect

Genesis is looking for a hands-on Performance Test Architect who can define strategy and actively build and execute — not a pure oversight role. You'll design performance frameworks, run tests, and work closely with engineering teams to solve real scalability challenges across distributed systems. Ideal candidates have proven experience as a Performance Architect who still codes and tests, a strong background in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Docker), solid scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, or Java), deep understanding of system behaviour under load, and experience with OpenTelemetry and modern observability practices. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India.
