What you'll own

Own the end‑to‑end marketing engine for the Benelux region, designing and executing integrated multichannel campaigns, managing budgets, localising playbooks, and overseeing tradeshow and event execution.

What they're looking for

5+ years of SaaS/B2B tech or fintech campaign management experience, strong ABM and lead‑generation skills, analytical mindset, fluent Dutch, and proven stakeholder‑management ability without direct authority.

Why this role matters

The Benelux market is central to Mollie's commercial success, and this role translates central marketing strategy into local impact, driving brand equity, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.

Whether you're solving problems, building market-leading products or exploring how AI can make work smarter, you'll have the freedom to create and the trust to deliver.

If you're ready to grow, shape the future of fintech and join an ambitious, high-performing team, this is the place for you.

Your impact

The Benelux region is at the heart of Mollie’s commercial success. As Regional Marketing Manager BNLX, you will own the end-to-end marketing engine across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Positioned right at the intersection of commercial rigor and creative execution, you will partner directly with central marketing functions, local sales, and leadership to turn company objectives into high-impact regional playbooks. You are the bridge connecting Mollie’s central strategies to real, locally resonant customer touchpoints.

This is a high-visibility, outcome-driven role where you’ll balance campaign orchestration with hands-on local execution. You will deploy standardized playbooks, optimize regional budgets, and orchestrate multichannel growth initiatives—from ABM and digital media to field events and partnerships—to directly build brand equity and drive pipeline generation. Operating with direct ownership and relying on collaborative leverage rather than hierarchy, you will shape how Mollie scales its footprint in one of our most critical markets.

What you'll ship

  • Run end-to-end integrated, multichannel campaigns across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, spanning brand awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Propose regional campaign plans, secure budget allocations, and manage spend to ensure maximum ROI across all activities.
  • Adapt and localize central marketing playbooks to resonate with local Benelux market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Manage regional tradeshows and owned events, in close coordination with channel owners and commercial teams.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators—including MQAs, leads, pipeline contribution, brand awareness, and event ROI—using data to continuously optimize the marketing mix.
  • Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder in the regional leadership team for the local sales and commercial teams, acting as the connective tissue between central marketing experts and regional growth goals.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management and multichannel execution within SaaS, B2B tech, startup, scale-up, or fintech environments.
  • Strong tactical mindset with experience leveraging account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation strategies to fuel sales pipelines.
  • Analytical to understand regional KPIs and how to plan tactics to improve our overall performance.
  • Native or professional-level proficiency in Dutch, paired with a deep understanding of Dutch market dynamics.
  • Proven hands-on track record in end-to-end tradeshow, event- and campaign management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and orchestrate projects across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • An organized, agile, and analytical approach to problem-solving in fast-paced commercial settings.

Grow your way

You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step.

No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way.
