About the Role

We're hiring an experienced, curious Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are positioned, launched and grown in Mexico. It's an individual contributor role that leads mostly through influence. You'll be the closest partner to the Product and Growth teams on narrative, go-to-market, segmentation and product consideration, and you'll run launches end-to-end. You'll use research, customer behavior and data to find barriers and opportunities, size their impact, and decide on audience, message, channels and investment. You'll join a small, ambitious team that works fast, iterates and uses AI heavily, and from day one you'll help shape roadmaps and full-funnel strategy. This is a high‑ownership role, changing the financial inclusion in Mexico.

You’ll be Responsible for

  • Setting the strategy: turning company and product strategy into clear positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market choices: where we play, who we serve, and how we win in Mexico.
  • Owning the story end to end: building one consistent narrative across the product ecosystem, including campaigns, owned channels, paid media, influencers, customer journeys, and support.
  • Shaping the roadmap early: partnering with Product and Research from the start so customer needs, barriers, and proof points drive what we build and how we talk about it.
  • Leading launches: running GTM for new products and updates, and aligning cross-functional teams on investment, audiences, channels, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Knowing the customer deeply: understanding the lifecycle, segments, and jobs-to-be-done, and working with Product and Growth to make every journey coherent, on-brand, and relevant to Mexican customers.
  • Reading the market: maintaining a sharp view of Mexico's competitive landscape and turning research, data, and competitive signals into clear calls on what we say, build, and test next.
  • Building the operating system: establishing rituals for narrative development, launch readiness, prioritization, measurement, and quarterly planning.
  • Cutting through ambiguity: bringing clarity and sound judgment to cross-functional problems, balancing strategic quality with speed.
  • Raising the bar: codifying best practices and creating reusable playbooks that level up Product Marketing.
  • Working AI-first: using AI for writing, research, analysis, and workflow automation, and continually finding ways to move faster and go deeper.

What We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Required

  • 5–8+ years in product marketing or very similar roles at consumer tech or fintech companies, including time as a PMM on high‑impact launches.
  • Proven track record owning end‑to‑end product or major feature launches with clear, quantified business impact.
  • Strong customer-insight judgment: you can combine qualitative research, quantitative data, market signals, and frontline feedback into a clear point of view.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools as a natural part of your day‑to‑day work.
  • Strategic GTM leadership: designing customer-led plans tailored to product tiering, with the operational excellence required to execute them effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience across multiple areas (e.g., growth, brand, lifecycle, paid) and working with senior cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using experimentation, lifecycle communications, or customer journey orchestration to drive activation and usage.
  • Experience working with product-led growth, digital platforms, or mobile applications.
