Develop and execute pricing and packaging strategies for Stripe’s products, build financial models to assess pricing impact, and create scalable tools and processes for the Pricing Strategy team.
3–5 years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, product or consulting, strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, and excellent communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
Pricing decisions directly affect Stripe’s revenue, margin and product adoption, making the role critical to the company’s mission of growing the internet economy.
Candidates who enjoy blending financial analysis with strategic thinking, thrive in cross‑functional environments, and can drive alignment across finance, product, legal and go‑to‑market teams.
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
The Pricing Strategy team is part of Stripe's Product Marketing organization and is responsible for how Stripe prices its products. Our work is highly cross-functional and we partner closely with Product Management, Finance, and Sales to tackle some of Stripe's most visible and commercially impactful decisions. We're looking for someone who can blend financial analysis, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and operational rigor to help us price new products and evaluate their pricing performance as the products evolve.
You will support the development and execution of pricing and packaging strategies across Stripe’s existing and upcoming products. Working at the intersection of Product development, Go-to-Market, and financial planning, you will analyze pricing questions, develop recommendations, and help cross-functional teams move from insight to execution.
You will also play an important role in strengthening how the Pricing Strategy team operates - bringing structure and consistency to recurring processes, improving visibility into the team’s work, and identifying opportunities to help the team scale and increase impact.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
