  • Support the relocation process for new joiners, helping ensure logistics and documentation requirements are handled smoothly
  • Participate with other members of our wider People team in facilitating new joiner engagement & networking
  • Support running local onboarding sessions, sharing relevant new joiner information for that first week (e.g. joiners, benefits, etc)

Wiser support

  • Support the People team’s ticketing desk with a one-team mentality by responding to queries in an efficient and customer-centric way
  • Provide first-line guidance to Wisers on leave policies, supporting a strong end-to-end experience
  • Support internal transfers and relocation requests, ensuring onboarding and offboarding actions are completed
  • Support processing Workday actions in relation to the Wiser lifecycle
  • Help ensure operational onboarding and offboarding steps are completed, working closely with Workplace, User Technology and People Services teams to keep processes running smoothly
  • Maintain team content on Confluence, ensuring information to Wisers is transparent, convenient, easy to remember and updated, thinking globally as well as locally for process efficiency, alignment and speed
  • Support the Payroll team with documentation and/or information needed to process changes (joiners, benefits, leavers, etc)
  • Produce standard employment documentation (e.g. reference letters, contract changes, etc) with support and guidance from the team

Research, process enhancement & documentation

  • Conduct research and gather feedback from stakeholders (e.g. new joiners, hiring leads, People team) to identify friction points and improvement opportunities across the Wiser lifecycle
  • Support process enhancement work by mapping current workflows, proposing improvements, and helping implement updates to improve clarity, speed and consistency
  • Create and maintain clear documentation (SOPs, checklists, templates) for recurring processes and knowledge sharing
  • Track and report basic operational metrics (e.g. ticket themes, onboarding volumes, turnaround times) to support continuous improvement

Innovation + automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks through automation (e.g. templates, workflows, Workday/Confluence enablement, ticketing macros), partnering with the team to test and roll out improvements
  • Support standardisation of forms, communication and trackers to reduce manual work and improve the Wiser experience
  • Contribute ideas for improving tooling, self-serve guidance and ways of working across the People operations journey

Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or conversion into a permanent role based on individual performance, business needs, and headcount availability.
