About this role

Opportunity

Wealthfront is looking for an experienced financial writer and/or editor (or audio reporter/producer with writing experience) to support our growing market commentary vertical and newsletter, Vested Interest. The goal of this vertical is to empower digital natives to make informed financial decisions through timely, unique content that connects the prevailing macroeconomic news with their personal finance goals.

This role will be responsible for ideating and writing engaging, sharable stories for the Vested Interest newsletter and associated distribution channels. This will include creating a mixture of short and long-form content in both written and video formats, as well as translating topics into social media content on platforms ranging from Substack to TikTok to YouTube, among others. This role will work closely with multiple teams across the company including Social Media, Editorial, Investment Research, Creative, Compliance, and more.
