Join Ripple Labs Inc. as the Manager, AI Platform Engineering in Chicago, IL, and spearhead our bold venture in AI platform development! This remarkable opportunity enables you to craft the future of our AI platform, GSmart, powering smart features across our enterprise treasury products. You will be involved in greenfield projects, bringing insight and focus to undefined problems. You will also work hand-in-hand with product and solution teams to convert customer challenges into fluid technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end
  • Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable
  • Work together with product and solution teams to address real customer challenges
  • Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables
  • Hire, mentor, and grow the platform ai engineering team
  • Stay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production code

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure
  • 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • Strong full-stack development skills — front-end through back-end and APIs — with solid cloud infrastructure experience
  • Experience operating AI systems in production
  • Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure

For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$212,000—$265,000 USD
