Symmetry Software is seeking an autonomous, forward-thinking Executive Operations Partner to sit at the center of how Symmetry runs. You will be the strategic right hand to our CEO, Elizabeth Oviedo, taking ownership of leadership operating rhythms, complex scheduling, and the operational support for the Symmetry steering committee as it navigates a pivotal growth transformation. This is a senior, high-impact role for a leader who anticipates needs by default, reduces friction before it surfaces, and wants the fast pace of a small, high-growth team with the backing of a mature, profitable business.
Symmetry Software is the payroll infrastructure for software & payroll platforms powering the paychecks of over 64 million workers each year. Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.
