Adyen is looking for a data-driven, proactive, and collaborative Demand Generation Manager to join our team. This role will be based in our Stockholm office and report directly to the Head of Marketing.

About the Role

The Demand Generation role is focused on driving measurable impact for Adyen’s new customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across owned channels, paid media, and events.

The ideal candidate is experienced in meeting revenue-based goals through 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns, collaborating closely with SDRs, Sales, and Event teams. This is a matrixed-role requiring seamless collaboration across the region and Global Marketing teams to generate sales-accepted opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Multi-Channel ABM: Plan, set up, and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 account-based marketing campaigns to drive pipeline.
  • Event-Driven Demand Generation: Leverage both external trade shows and Adyen-owned events as core demand generation vehicles—driving targeted prospect attendance, designing pre-/post-event nurture tracks, and ensuring rigorous pipeline follow-up.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: Partner with SDRs and Sales to identify high-priority target accounts and build highly segmented lists based on market priorities.
  • Content & Messaging: Map, plan, and create compelling messages and creative tailored to prioritized accounts and specific event touch-points.
  • Digital Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create effective media strategies that surround target accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Build and run regional email programs, direct marketing efforts, and optimized landing pages to convert interest into sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Global Alignment: Work closely with the Global Acquisition Marketing team to implement and scale localized strategies.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to measure and determine the effectiveness of campaigns and event activations across all touch points.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation or integrated marketing role, with a proven track record of driving net-new customer acquisition.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or similar
  • Proficiency with ABM and marketing automation tools; knowledge of Marketo is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns. Experience with Looker (or similar BI tools) is a plus.
  • A healthy balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you can design the plan and build it, too.
  • Agile & Self-Motivated: A self-starting contributor with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Native spoken and written Swedish is required.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+ (e.g., to support key trade shows and Adyen events).
