Summary
We are seeking an organized, metrics-driven Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, embedded within Service and Platform Enablement. In this role, you will analyze Agentic AI performance and enterprise CRM workflows, evaluate hyperautomation initiatives, and demonstrate the business impact of our operational transformations across product, operations, and business functions.
About the Opportunity
As a Data Analyst embedded in Service and Platform Enablement, you will work side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and operations leads to build the intelligence layer behind our operational scale. You will own the quantitative evaluation of end-to-end process transformations by analyzing event logs, tracking workflow friction, and evaluating AI agent outputs. By establishing robust process-mining datasets, performance tracking, and self-serve analytics, you ensure operational teams and product managers can validate efficiency gains while upholding strict regulatory and quality standards.
Set the right goals: Help us establish clear, measurable targets based on an initiative’s scope, while improving overall forecasting and ROI modelling (e.g., FTE impact, handling times, error rates, and cost-per-unit).
Manage stakeholders: Serve as the internal go-to person for operational, product, and business teams on data-related questions, translating operational friction into structured analytical solutions.
Evaluate AI & automation initiatives: Support experimentation and testing frameworks; design test plans, benchmark Agentic AI and hyperautomation workflows, obtain cross-functional alignment, execute robust analysis, and deliver actionable insights through empathetic, clear documentation.
Drive process mining & CRM analytics: Query and analyze complex event data from enterprise CRM platforms and core backend infrastructure to identify workflow bottlenecks, evaluate continuous releases, and support end-to-end process redesign.
Contribute to our self-serve data platform: Help build solid analytics foundations by pairing with technical peers and data engineers to define data model requirements, enabling product and operational teams to extract insights independently.
Provide monitoring tools: Build and maintain reliable, automated BI dashboards that your team relies on every week to ensure initiatives directly impact company OKRs and operational SLAs.
Improve data literacy & engage with the data community: Educate teams to become self-sufficient in data access through function-led training and workshops, while collaborating with the broader N26 analytics community to leverage shared platforms, insights, and innovations.
Support teams in discovering new product ideas and operational opportunities by combining quantitative data with qualitative insights from UX research.
Ensure all necessary data for future evaluation is captured during development through proper setup of tracking events or backend services.
Drive quantitative analysis across your domain, taking ownership of business discovery and data-backed recommendations for your segment.
Background
3+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally working directly alongside Product Managers in FinTech, tech, or high-volume operational environments.
Demonstrated track record modeling process efficiency metrics, failure demand, cost savings, or operational automation projects.
Core Skills
Advanced SQL: Strong capability to query, manipulate, and extract actionable insights from large, multi-table relational databases.
Exploratory Data Analysis (Python/R): Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, data cleaning, trend identification, and hypothesis testing.
Enterprise CRM Data Proficiency: Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing operational data, ticket flows, and user journeys from enterprise CRM systems.
BI & Data Visualization: Skilled in using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase to transform raw data into clear, intuitive dashboards and operational reports.
Experimental & Statistical Rigor: Solid understanding of A/B testing, observational methods, and operational metrics (e.g., AHT, failure demand, STP rates).
Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights and present recommendations clearly to cross-functional business partners.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience evaluating machine learning outputs, LLMs, conversational agents, or automated workflow logic.
