4+ years in technical customer success or solutions consulting, strong ability to read API docs and troubleshoot integrations, and solid knowledge of AI provider trade‑offs and finance governance.

About the Role
Ramp is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for AI Spend Management and Router. AI Spend Management helps Finance and Engineering see connected AI spend, understand what changed, and assign it to the right owner; Router helps builders route AI model requests. You will guide customers through technical activation, connect the work of developers and AI administrators with the needs of Finance, and turn initial setup into a useful, repeatable workflow. You will lead the customer plan for AI Spend Management and coordinate with specialist Solutions partners when Router requires deeper code integration. This is an early product motion, so you will help build the implementation playbook as we learn.
